Zhang Xinmeng graduated from Shihezi University in 2006， and got the Masters degree at Capital Normal University （CNU） in 2012 under the instructions of Mr. Dong Zhongxun， and now teaches at CNU. Zhang is a member of Beijing Association of Meticulous Paintings， and painter employed by China Painting Academy.

Zhangs works have been displayed at Beijing New Artists and New Works Exhibition twice， the Exhibition for Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps， and the First National Line Drawing Art Exhibition. His works and essays have also been published on journals and magazines.

張新盟，北京工筆畫(huà)協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國(guó)畫(huà)院畫(huà)家。2006年畢業(yè)于石河子大學(xué)，2007年在北京大學(xué)進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí)，師從李?lèi)?ài)國(guó)先生。2009年考入首都師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院，師從董重恂先生，2012年獲得碩士學(xué)位?，F(xiàn)任教于首都師范大學(xué)科德學(xué)院，曾獲最具凝聚力青年教師稱(chēng)號(hào)。作品《家園》《春深》《高原情》等入選新疆建設(shè)兵團(tuán)成立五十周年慶；《凈土》《秋曉》等入選北京市第八屆、第九屆新人新作展；《乙平房》入選新疆石河子大學(xué)并校20周年慶典；《新娘》入選首屆全國(guó)線描展；水彩系列作品《圓明園·游憶》入選《藝術(shù)家》雜志。論文《現(xiàn)代中國(guó)工筆人物線的剖析》發(fā)表于北京大學(xué)國(guó)內(nèi)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者、進(jìn)修教師論文專(zhuān)刊；《北方題材景觀園林的表現(xiàn)特色及對(duì)創(chuàng)作的體會(huì)》發(fā)表于首都師范大學(xué)科德學(xué)院教師論文集；《高校藝術(shù)類(lèi)教學(xué)中“導(dǎo)師制”的實(shí)施初探》發(fā)表于《藝術(shù)家》雜志；《中國(guó)元素在設(shè)計(jì)中的運(yùn)用》發(fā)表于《文化研究》雜志。
