1 外景/Exterior views

該辦公總部是一座帶有大型采光中庭的4層建筑，環(huán)繞著采光中庭設(shè)有進(jìn)深15m的翼樓。帶有中庭的平面不但使室內(nèi)布局高度靈活，有助于員工間的聯(lián)系接觸，也優(yōu)化了流線，串聯(lián)起各個區(qū)域。

環(huán)繞著中庭的蜿蜒露臺提供了多樣化的空間體驗(yàn)，從天窗射入的自然光和自然建材的使用營造出這個具有北歐風(fēng)格的現(xiàn)代建筑。

一個大型樓梯串聯(lián)起各個樓層，該樓梯為員工提供了一個會面交談的場所——咖啡廳和休息室等社交空間均位于樓梯附近。

中庭布局有助于員工之間的凝聚和聯(lián)系。通行流線十分便捷，所有區(qū)域都得到了高效利用。工作區(qū)的分布十分靈活，且沒有不便使用的空間死角，對DSV等企業(yè)來說，靈活性和使用體驗(yàn)是很重要的。

總共4層建筑中，公共的、外向性的活動空間設(shè)置在首層，更隱蔽或更私密的工作空間設(shè)置在首層。

近外立面和中庭露臺周圍的空間都是開放的工作區(qū)。毗鄰工作區(qū)的是多功能會議室、衛(wèi)生間、更衣室等共享設(shè)施。

室內(nèi)外頗為通透是該建筑的顯著特色，從工作區(qū)可欣賞到周圍的全景。每層都嵌入了4個露臺，配有非正式會議設(shè)施和可用于工作洽談的咖啡區(qū)。首層餐廳還能通往戶外用餐區(qū)和會面區(qū)。

露臺外層疊的白色噴鍍面板塑造出平直的橫向外觀。深灰色調(diào)的窗欞在視覺上后退于立面，突顯了外部遮陽頂棚的水平線條。

該建筑在立面玻璃窗外，安置了CTS中控的遮陽百葉窗。

該項(xiàng)目是立面不承重的柱板結(jié)構(gòu)。含白色平臺和混凝土立柱在內(nèi)的所有內(nèi)飾面均為淺色。核心區(qū)貼有橡木飾層，墻壁上大面積的玻璃體現(xiàn)了建筑的開放性。中庭地面鋪設(shè)了淺色大理石瓷磚，餐廳鋪設(shè)橡木地板，辦公室與會議室的地面鋪設(shè)著地毯。（天妮 譯）

The office headquarters is designed as a flexible 4-storey atrium building with 15m deep wings around a unifying atrium with a large central skylight. The benefits of an atrium building include a high degree of flexibility in the interior design,proximity and contact between employees, as well as optimised circulation roads and areas.

The arched shapes of the balconies around the atrium provide a varied spatial experience, and the natural light from the skylight and natural materials used, create a modern building with a Nordic expression.

All floors are tied together by a large staircase.The staircase functions as a natural meeting place for the employees - social features like cafes and break spaces are situated close to the staircase.

The atrium building creates coherence and contact between the employees. Circulation routes are short and all areas are used efficiently. The distribution of workplaces is very flexible and all work areas are"equally good", which is important for the flexibility and experience of DSV - One Company.

The four floors of the building are disposed with the common, outward-facing activities on the ground floor, and the more sheltered/private working environments upstairs.

The offices are designed as those of open plans with work zones located near the fa?ades, along the atrium balconies. In central zones adjacent to work areas are shared facilities, such as flex rooms,flexible meeting rooms, restrooms, wardrobes, etc.

The contact between inside and out is an important quality in the building. From work areas,there is a panoramic view of the surroundings. Each floor has four out door recessed terrace are with informal meeting facilities and café areas that can be used for project work. The ground floor canteen also provides access to an out door green terrace dining and meeting area.

White cladding panels in front of the slabs create horizontal lines of the fa?ade. The window mullions are in a dark grey tone, visually stepping back from the fa?ade, enphasising the horizontal lines of the exterior canopy blinds.

The building is equipped with exterior CTS-controlled sun shading blinds built into the fa?ade glazing system.

The constructive principle is a pillar-plate house with non-load bearing fa?ades.

Inside all surfaces are light coloured with white balconies (acoustic surface) and concrete columns.Cores are covered with acoustic oak veneered cladding and most walls are glazed emphasising the openness of the building. The atrium flooring is laid with light marble tiles and the floor of the canteen is oak plank flooring. Flooring in the office areas and meeting rooms is carpet tiling.

宋曄皓：DSV新總部大樓是一個符合丹麥建筑水準(zhǔn)的辦公建筑，具有簡潔明快、功能清晰的特點(diǎn)，同時在嚴(yán)肅地探討建筑舒適性以及與環(huán)境的關(guān)系上，符合作為北歐地區(qū)一員的丹麥建筑一貫的堅(jiān)持。這體現(xiàn)在丹麥提出的將“舒適—能源—環(huán)境”作為未來可持續(xù)建筑的3個并列的主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主動式建筑體系中。而其中的“舒適”，在很多方面均集中探討了自然光線和建筑使用者舒適感受之間的關(guān)系。不客氣的說，對自然光線應(yīng)用于建筑設(shè)計(jì)及其與建筑使用者舒適感受關(guān)系的探索，丹麥建筑一直走在世界的前列。DSV新總部大樓的設(shè)計(jì)，非常明顯地突出了自然光線的應(yīng)用，而自然光線的合理應(yīng)用，顯然對提升使用者的主觀舒適滿意度有很大的幫助。

燕達(dá)：建筑師對于該辦公建筑的設(shè)計(jì)給予了交流和休息空間的充分考慮?？Х葟d和休息室等交流空間的設(shè)計(jì)有極大的開放性，并未完全分隔于建筑內(nèi)其他空間。中庭天窗、玻璃幕墻和百葉窗的設(shè)計(jì)也使空間擁有更為通透的采光效果，給人以開闊舒暢的心理感受。而玻璃幕墻外的遮陽板既避免了靠近玻璃幕墻區(qū)域長時間的陽光直射，同時也使靠內(nèi)的區(qū)域獲得更多的自然光，巧妙利用自然光營造了室內(nèi)的光環(huán)境。

SONG Yehao:DSV's new headquarter centre is an office building lives up to Danish construction standards. It has a concise and vivid character as well as a clear function. Meanwhile, it seriously discusses the comfort of the building and the relationship with the environment. Since Denmark is a member of the Nordic region, it conforms to the consistent insistence of Danish architecture.The Danish brings up the initiative of using "comfort - energy - environment" as the main criterion for active sustainable buildings in the future. In regard to the "comfort", many focus on the relationship between natural light and the comfort of the users. We have to admit that Danish architecture has always been at the forefront of the world in terms of the use of natural light in architectural design and its relationship with the comfort of the users. The design of the new DSV headquarter building highlights the rational use of natural light, which is obviously helpful to improve user's subjective satisfaction. (Translated by QI Yiyi)

YAN Da:The architect thoroughly thought over the communication and rest spaces while designing this office building. The communication spaces, such as the café and the lounge, are extremely open and not completely separated from other spaces in the building. The design of the atrium skylight, glass curtain walls and louvers also endows the space with more transparent lighting effect, making people feel open and relaxed psychologically. The sun is kept outside the glass curtain wall avoid long-time direct sunlight to the area close to the glass curtain wall, and at the same time allows the deeper area to enjoy more natural lighting, ingeniously taking advantage of the natural light to create the indoor lighting environment.
