The parallel forum “Fashion · New Development”， themed on “Fashion · Globalization”， “Fashion· Intelligence” and “Fashion · Design”， focused on globalized development tendency of the fashion industry and explored into enterprise transformation under the new retail tendency and product design & development under the guidance of artificial intelligence as well as associated development among “fashion， culture and design”.

Independent director Yang Dajun of French SMCP Fashion Group expressed that globalization of the fashion industry could not be realized without capital， and the “right of speech” in the global fashion industrial pattern should be created. Director Huang Yanting of China-Europe Fashion Dream Incubator Industry Alliance pointed out that talent was the root， brand strategy was the emphasis and establishing and developing a middle and high-end market was the key of strategic transformation and upgrading of the textile industry from 3 aspects： talent introduction， brand strategy and middle- and high-end market development. CEO of Santex Rimar Group Simone Rancan analyzed fashion tendency under the promotion of digitization and the production tendency under the influence of sustainable development upsurge by combining 18-year practical experience in the textile machinery production industry. “Now we should pay more attention to data acquisition， client research and solving of production problems in the market using innovative technologies.”

Convertlab co-founder and CEO Gao Peng expressed that marketing digitization was the first link of enterprise digitization. Through a comparison of similarities and differences between Sino-American enterprises in marketing， he pointed out that the internet in this period had become the standard configuration for enterprises pursuing transformation and upgrading， and the next wave of bonuses would be the combination of traditional enterprises and internet technologies. Combining multi-year professional experience in operation and management of an internet company， general manager Zhong Hefu of iResearch Group Strategic Consulting Center pointed out that new retail referred to： during the supply exceeding demand period， using advanced technologies like big data and artificial intelligence （centering on users） to rapidly and accurately see through user demands which are satisfied through process upgrading and transformation like commodity design， production， circulation， marketing， service and experience， etc. and then strengthening user connection to shape industrial format structure and ecosphere.

Marc Partouche， Principal of école Nationale Supérieure des Arts（ENSAD） and senior official of French Ministry of Culture & Communication， explained the new relation between art and industry， that between art and economy and that between art and commerce in details. He pointed out that we should break through traditional game rules， fuse into new cultures and creative arts and popularize them by the virtue of mass communications brought by consumerism and market economy， and seek for sustainable development.

Oliviere Guillemin， Chairman of French Color Association， introduced that finding the path to new sports fashion tendency could be expounded from four aspects namely latest tendency， lifestyle， influence of luxury goods and eco-environmental protection requirements， and the relation between sports and fashion could be effectively expressed through colors. When it came to environmental protection， Oliviere Guillemin brought fashion influence and development responsibility together for explanation： fashion should be sustainable， for example， a fashionable color returning to nature also represented environmental protection and conveyed health.
