ITMA ASIA + CITME 2018 was held from October 15th to 19th at the National Convention and Exhibition Center （Shanghai）， during which Jiangsu S&S; Intelligent Science and Technology Co.， Ltd.（hereinafter referred to as S&S;） mainly exhibited its SLX series of double-sided conjugate cams and SEJ series of jacquard machine.

“On the opening day， we enjoyed 4 orders worth about 4 million yuan， and today， there are several interested customers coming to the stand. Now， the sample machine has been ordered. It is really a good start.” Yu Jiang， Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu S&S; Intelligent Science and Technology Co.， Ltd. told the reporters on the second day of the exhibition， that the three series of products on display covered the demand for the entire jacquard weaving shedding， which cannot only meet the various needs of domestic and overseas markets， but also offer more choices and more experiences. S&S; equipment has the technical advantages of high reliability， high efficiency and high return， and is welcomed by domestic and overseas customers.

The SLX double-sided conjugate cam jacquard machine specially introduced at the exhibition adopts the concentric shaft system driven by the doublesided conjugate cam， which has the advantages of high reliability， high efficiency and high return. The double cam reduces the load of the cam， which is beneficial to extend the service life of the cam； the reinforced frame system guarantees stability and reliability； the sealed frame and the optimized filter ventilation system can effectively prevent the fly waste from entering the system； the long-lasting optimized shed opening enables the shedding curve to be designed accordingly to ensure the best weft insertion and reduce the stress on the soft warps； the modular design is convenient for maintenance； the convenient and quick adjustable shed is more convenient and efficient.

The whole series of jacquards adopt low-power axial fan to dissipate heat， ensuring stable and reliable operation of the electrical system. The fully enclosed， high-reliability electrical control system as well as the most compact shedding mechanism and crank-driven broach mechanism guarantee high efficiency； simple shedding mechanism and very small number of parts are good for easy maintenance and repair with low costs； hollow core running parts have extremely low operating inertia， suitable for high speed and complicated pattern weaving； in the crank direct drive + chain drive， the main transmission components are standard parts， and the chain transmission efficiency is up to 96%， so that the load-bearing capacity and life of the reinforced self-lubricating chain is more than 5 times that of the ordinary chain； the cast wallboard has better mechanical properties， reducing the vibration of the frame， reducing noise， and extending the service life； elastic diaphragm coupling is adopted， maintenance-free， low inertia， high elasticity， high torque， and no noise.

Focusing on technology R&D; to lead the industry

Jiangsu S&S; Intelligent Science and Technology Co.， Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the research， development， production， operation and service of high-end jacquard weaving equipment as well as its key components. Talking about the overseas market， Yu Jiang said that the companys “S&S;” electronic jacquard machines are cost-effective and competitive， enjoying the highest market share in the world. The products cover the whole country and are exported to more than 30 countries and regions along the “Belt and Road”， including India， Vietnam， Pakistan， and Turkey. Among them， India is the companys largest export market. At present， the companys exports account for about 45% of total sales， which is planned to be expanded to more than 60%.

According to Yu Jiang， adhering to the business management philosophy advocated by Song Risheng， Chairman of Jiangsu S&S; Intelligent Science and Technology Co.， “to solve customer needs and offer customers good products as the utmost purpose of the strategic goal， and to select the companys strategic direction with the actual market demand as a starting point”， for every machine， the customer needs will be taken into consideration in the early stage of development， followed by order-oriented production according to market characteristics. This year， for the Indian market， the company has developed a new SA5 series electronic jacquard machine which is large in quantity and low in price. It can replace mechanical jacquard machines， which is in line with the characteristics of the Indian market. At present， S&S; electronic jacquard machines have occupied more than 70% of the Indian market. It is introduced that in India， there are hundreds of thousands of mechanical jacquard machines to be replaced with electronic ones. According to the current possession and improvement goals of mechanical jacquard machines in the Indian market， the market share of S&S; in India will reach up to more than 80% after this newly developed equipment is put into the market.
