Yang Yongrang was born in Liaocheng city of East Chinas Shandong province in 1957. With a masters degree， Mr. Yang is a national first-class artist， member of China Calligraphers Association， Vice-Chairman of Chinese Quintessence Arts Research Society， and Chairman of Fujian Calligraphy Specialized Committee.

His works， which were reported by a lot of national media and journals， have been displayed at different exhibitions held in Beijing， Guangdong， Hong Kong， Taiwan， the Philippines， etc.， receiving many awards at national level， and collected by individuals at home and abroad.

楊永讓，1957年生，山東聊城人，研究生學歷。原福建預備役高炮師政委兼省軍區(qū)政治部副主任（已退休）。國家一級美術師，中國書法家協(xié)會會員，中華國粹藝術研究會副主席；福建省老藝協(xié)常務副會長兼書法專業(yè)委員會會長，福建愛國擁軍書畫院、長城書畫院、福海書畫院常務副院長。中央電視臺、新華社、《人民日報·海外版》《解放軍報》《中國國防報》《世界知識畫報》《中國書畫報》、福建省電視臺、福建東南網(wǎng)等媒體對其做過專題和專版報道。作品曾多次在北京、香港、福建、廣東、山東、臺灣以及菲律賓等地展出，并獲得全國金獎和多種獎勵。有些作品被國內(nèi)外領導人和軍地領導、企業(yè)家等收藏。經(jīng)常參加全國和省市公益慈善拍賣捐助活動，多次受到獎勵和好評。
