當(dāng)大數(shù)據(jù)與智能化遇見停車庫，私家車主茶余飯后的聊天話題正悄然改變。“哪個(gè)停車軟件功能更豐富？”“哪個(gè)APP共享車位賺的錢更多？”……

在APP集合軟件中，與智慧停車有關(guān)的手機(jī)應(yīng)用，從官方到民間，就有346個(gè)。這些種類紛繁的APP，究竟如何改變車主們的停車日常呢？

In the APP software collections, there are as many as 346 mobile APPs related to intelligent parking, from official releases to DIYs. How have these APPs changed the parking routines of car owners?

新司機(jī)的停車福音

Good News for Newbies in Parking

在“老司機(jī)”們口耳相傳的出行攻略中，有一條與解放碑有關(guān)，那便是“不到萬不得已，一定不要開車去。”

剛剛拿到駕照的王女士卻一反常態(tài)，每每外出都喜歡約在解放碑環(huán)球金融中心。這里的一個(gè)被她稱為“新司機(jī)福音”的智能停車庫——美天科技推出的美天智慧停車立體機(jī)械車庫，解決了她停車難的問題。

為了一探究竟，美天科技&ipark工作人員張靖邀約了一名新手女司機(jī)，從南坪出發(fā)來到解放碑，體驗(yàn)了一番這個(gè)被稱作“新司機(jī)福音”的車庫。

出發(fā)前，司機(jī)在張靖的指導(dǎo)下，打開導(dǎo)航軟件，查看得知路途所需時(shí)間約20分鐘后，張靖摸出手機(jī)，熟練地點(diǎn)開“美天停車”APP，在操作頁面中點(diǎn)擊了預(yù)約車位一欄，勾選了停車時(shí)間段，確定預(yù)留好車位后，一路向解放碑出發(fā)。

到達(dá)環(huán)球金融中心后，張靖再次點(diǎn)開美天停車，在軟件自帶的導(dǎo)航功能指示下來到車庫口。跟著車庫的指引，在汽車接近道路盡頭時(shí)，一道卷簾門緩緩升起，眼前是一個(gè)碩大的停車位，而且按照軟件提示，只需要司機(jī)將車“一頭栽進(jìn)去”就行。在停車的時(shí)候，司機(jī)正疑惑車怎么開不動(dòng)時(shí)，只見停車位前方的電子屏上已提示車輛已停到正確的位置。

按照提示檢查后視鏡是否收回后，汽車開始在停車庫上輕微挪動(dòng)起來。張靖告訴我們，這是系統(tǒng)在進(jìn)行自動(dòng)校正，將汽車擺放到正確的位置上。在經(jīng)過車內(nèi)生命體自動(dòng)檢測，確認(rèn)車內(nèi)沒有遺留人或?qū)櫸锖?，司機(jī)便可取出IC卡。

在我們即將離開車庫前，張靖隔著玻璃，指著迅速上升的汽車說，車輛在入庫后，完全由機(jī)器人進(jìn)行控制，智慧車庫使用的機(jī)器人能識(shí)別不同類型的車輛的軸距，按大小歸類排放，而機(jī)器人手臂能夠舉起重量2800公斤的車輛，并且不會(huì)對(duì)輪胎和車輛造成任何損傷。

取車時(shí)，將IC卡插入卡槽后，不到二十秒，卷簾門便已開啟，最讓司機(jī)高興的是，車庫里的車，已經(jīng)自動(dòng)調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)了車頭，只需筆直地向外開，便能出停車場。

There is an intelligent garage she called "good news for newbies", a Meitian intelligent multi-storey garage launched by Meitian Tech, which has resolved her parking problems.

To find out, Zhang Jing, a staff member of Meitian Tech&ipark, invited a newbie, a woman driver to set out from Nanping to the Liberation Monument and to experience the garage nicknamed"Good News for Newbies".

Before setting out, the driver, under the direction of Zhang Jing, opened navigation software and found out it would take about 20 minutes to get there. Zhang Jing took out her mobile and quickly opened "Meitian Parking" APP, click Book Parking Place tab, ticked parking time slot, confirmed parking reservation and set out to the Liberation Monument.

Upon arriving at the Global Financial Center,Zhang Jing opened Meitian Parking App again, and they drove to the entrance of the garage under the direction of built-in navigation function of the App.Following the parking direction, the car approached the end of driveway, when a rolling door was pulled up slowly, a huge parking place appeared, and as the App indicated, all that driver needed to do was to "head in". The driver was wondering why the car wouldn't move while parking, when the electronic screen in front of parking place showed that the car had been parked in the right position.

After the rear view mirrors had been checked for retraction as indicated, the car started to move slightly. Zhang Jing told us, it was the automatic system correction that would place the car in the correct position. After automatic life detection and confirmation that no body or pets was left in the car,the driver can take out IC card.

As we were leaving the garage, Zhang Jing pointed against the glass to the car being fast hoisted and said, once in the garage, the car would be completely handled by robots, and the robots in this intelligent garage could identify wheel bases of various car makes, and placed them by size; and the robot-arm could hoist a 2800 kg car without damaging the tires and the vehicle.

To pick up the car, insert IC card in the card slot and in less than 20 seconds, the rolling door will be open, and what delights the driver most is, the car has already been turn around, facing outward and ready to go.

老舊社區(qū)停車有新招

New Moves for Parking in Old Communities

對(duì)于像環(huán)球金融中心這樣的立體停車系統(tǒng)，美天科技稱其為“黑光車庫”。張靖說，這樣的立體停車系統(tǒng)，整個(gè)停車入庫的過程全部由機(jī)器人進(jìn)行，所以車庫里甚至不需要光亮設(shè)備，可以說是極其節(jié)能。

事實(shí)上，智慧車庫并不僅存在于高檔商圈、寫字樓中，一些老舊社區(qū)也已在應(yīng)用。其中，南橋寺茶葉市場便是這一系統(tǒng)在老舊社區(qū)中的應(yīng)用。

很多前往南橋寺批發(fā)茶葉的茶商都知道，南橋寺茶葉市場已經(jīng)告別了過去停車難的狀況，隨著停車場改造，加上智能化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用，車主將車開到停車庫門口就能完成入庫，大大節(jié)省了停車時(shí)間。

而通過APP提前預(yù)約車位、精確到車位的室內(nèi)導(dǎo)航，以及反向?qū)ぼ囅到y(tǒng)等功能，使整個(gè)停車庫比過去有序多了。

當(dāng)然，老舊社區(qū)的車庫智能化改造絕不僅是如此。在一些地下車庫中，空間也被充分利用起來，美天科技根據(jù)空間高度，將原本只有一層的地下停車庫改造成了兩三層，車庫內(nèi)停車位隨之增加。

在一些沒有地下車庫的社區(qū)，美天科技還利用社區(qū)閑置地塊，建起一座座5層的“黑光車庫”。按照美天科技的說法，搭建好這樣一座車庫，耗時(shí)不超過3個(gè)月。

相對(duì)而言，美天停車APP用戶接觸得更多的，還要數(shù)類似于沙坪壩區(qū)鳳天路法院附近這樣的路邊智能停車系統(tǒng)。

到達(dá)鳳天路法院停車庫前，美天停車APP就能提前看到當(dāng)前剩余車位數(shù)，由于所剩車位不多，我們選擇了預(yù)約車位。

到達(dá)目的地后，點(diǎn)擊停車，地鎖隨即放下。停好車后，道路兩旁安裝的智能檢測系統(tǒng)開始計(jì)時(shí)。當(dāng)汽車駛離停車位后，計(jì)時(shí)也隨之結(jié)束。車主可以在離開車位之前付費(fèi)，也可以待到空閑時(shí)，再打開手機(jī)軟件付費(fèi)。

In fact, intelligent garages exist not only in high-end business district and office buildings, but also apply to older residential communities. Among them, Nanqiaoshi Tea Market is the application of this system to old residential community.

Many tea merchants doing wholesale of teas at Nanqiaosi would know, the Nanqiaoshi Tea Market has done away with parking problems. With the renovation of garage plus application of intelligent system, car owners only have to drive to the parking entrance for parking, which greatly saves parking time.

In addition, booking parking place through App,indoor parking place navigation and backtracking system and other functions make the whole garage a lot more efficient.

Of course, the intelligent garage renovations for old residential communities are far more than that.For some basement garages, the spaces have also been made fully use of. Meitian Tech restructured the previous one-storey basement garage into two or three storeys according to the height, and the parking places were increased accordingly.

For the residential communities without basement garages, Meitian Tech used the unused plots to build 5-storey "black light garages".According to Meitian Tech, it takes less than 3 months to build up such a garage.

Comparatively speaking, what the users of Meitian Parking APP come in contact with more often is the roadside intelligent parking systems similar to the one near the court at Fengtian Road,Shapingba District.

Before arriving at the garage of the court at Fengtian Road, we could check the available parking places in advance through Meitian Parking APP. Since there were not many parking places left,we chose to book parking place.

When we arrived and clicked Park, the parking lock was locked down automatically. After the car was parked, the intelligent detection systems installed on both side of drive ways started timing.When the car leaves the parking place, the timing stops accordingly. The car owner could pay the charge before leaving the parking place, or at other leisure time through mobile App.

隨著智慧停車技術(shù)的不斷成熟，智慧車庫如今已經(jīng)頗具規(guī)模。我們?cè)诮弊旖鹑诔牵姷搅嗣捞炜萍几笨偨?jīng)理兼首席科學(xué)家陳敏豐。他告訴我們，在停車這個(gè)萬億級(jí)市場中，僅美天科技一家公司而言，目前已經(jīng)有一萬個(gè)車位投入使用，今年，美天科技還將在5個(gè)城市落地，實(shí)現(xiàn)5萬個(gè)車位。

隨著運(yùn)營車庫的不斷增加，共享車位這一功能將顯得越發(fā)實(shí)用，越來越多處于閑置時(shí)段的車庫會(huì)被利用起來，通過共享的方式，達(dá)到最大限度的利用。

陳敏豐說，目前他們已經(jīng)攻破了這一技術(shù)，在不久的將來，一旦車庫的大數(shù)據(jù)與導(dǎo)航軟件進(jìn)行無縫式咬合以后，導(dǎo)航路線能夠更準(zhǔn)確地選擇路徑，從而最大限度緩解交通擁堵。

很多駕駛員特別是新手都有這樣的感受，車輛絕大多數(shù)的擦掛，都是在停車時(shí)導(dǎo)致的。而美天科技目前正在對(duì)立體機(jī)械停車庫進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步升級(jí)，再次升級(jí)后的立體機(jī)械停車庫將從室內(nèi)運(yùn)用到室外，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)無人泊車。

按照陳敏豐的想法，當(dāng)這一升級(jí)完成后，未來路邊停車位停車時(shí)，駕駛員也只需要將車開到指定位置，此后將由搬運(yùn)機(jī)器人通過軌道將車輛搬運(yùn)到車庫中。

談到路邊停車庫的建設(shè)想法，陳敏豐說，“過去我們?cè)谘芯繖C(jī)器人的時(shí)候，總感覺缺少什么，當(dāng)大數(shù)據(jù)到來，仿佛就像“任督二脈”突然被打通，在大數(shù)據(jù)的幫助下，一切都不再遙遠(yuǎn)，我仿佛已經(jīng)看到，未來在機(jī)器人的幫助下，或許我們將不再需要學(xué)習(xí)如何停車?！?/p>

As the intelligent parking technology matures,intelligent garages have reached a considerable scale. We met Chen Minfeng, vice present and chief scientist of Meitian Tech, at Jiangbeizui Financial City. He told us, in the trillion market of parking, for Meitian Tech only, there were 10,000 parking places in use, and in this year, Meitian Tech would land projects in 5 cities and realize 50,000 parking places.

As the operating garages are increasing, the shared parking becomes more practical. More and more garages of idle time are being used, in this shared manner, to its maximum.

Chen Minfeng said, they had overcome technical difficulties and in the near future, once big data of garages were integrated with navigation software,the navigation route would be more accurate so as to mostly reduce traffic congestion.

Many drivers especially for newbies experience scratches mostly in parking. And Meitian Tech is upgrading multi-storey garages, and the upgraded multi-storey garages will apply to open field garages and truly realize unmanned parking.

According to Chen Minfeng, when this upgrade is done, for roadside parking in the future, driver will only need to drive to the designated place,and then conveying robots will transferring the car through track to the designated place.

Speaking of the roadside garages, Chen Minfeng said:"we always felt something was missing when researching robots in the past, but when big data came, we felt like the "governor and conception vessels" were suddenly unblocked, and with the help of big data, everything is not far away. It seems to me that with the help of robots in the future,perhaps we will no longer need to learn how to park a car. ”
