一大批“黑科技”紛紛亮相：能用雙足行走的仿人機器人，讓電影《全民公敵》中的場景變成現實；不用排隊、不用抽血，只需用智能儀器掃描眼白，就能診斷疾?。换氐郊依?，機器人管家就自動幫你打開窗簾、燈光，以及播放音樂……

這一切，即便在當下也已觸手可及，一如那句“未來已來”?？梢韵胍姡覀儗⒁忮说奈磥?，定是難以言狀的美好。

當今世界，新一輪科技革命和產業(yè)革命蓄勢待發(fā)，大數據智能化等新興技術日新月異，正深刻改變著我們的經濟形態(tài)和生活方式。

A large number of "black technologies" have appeared: a humanoid robot that can walk with both feet, making the scene in the movie Enemy of the State become real in reality; the disease could be diagnosed only by scanning the white of the eye with an intelligent instrument, eliminating the pain of queuing and blood drawing; the robot butler will automatically open curtains, lights, and play music when returning home ...

Nowadays, a new round of technological and industrial revolution are poised for growth, and emerging technologies such as big data intellectualization are changing with each passing day, which are profoundly changing our economic shape and lifestyle.

在大數據智能化高峰會上，11位全球智能科技領域的知名院士、科學家和企業(yè)家立足新技術、新理念，把脈智能產業(yè)未來發(fā)展方向。

中國工程院院士、中國人工智能學會理事長李德毅認為，21世紀最具顛覆性的技術當數無人駕駛；澳大利亞科學院院士、澳大利亞工程院院士拉瑪莫哈那勞·哥達吉利說，如何運用海量數據，幫助人類更好利用現有的知識，是討論大數據和人工智能的意義所在；騰訊公司創(chuàng)始人、董事會主席馬化騰則表示，中國正在面臨一場前所未有的數字化變革，需要發(fā)揚數字工匠精神，從外到內打磨每一個細節(jié)。

At the Big Data and Smart Technology Summit, 11 well-known academicians,scientists and entrepreneurs in the field of global smart technology talk about the future direction of the intelligence industry based on new technologies and ideas.

Li Deyi, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and chairman of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence,believed that the most disruptive technologies in the 21st century are unmanned driving;Rama Mohanalo Kodagily, an academician of the Australian Academy of Science and academician of the Australian Academy of Engineering, said that how to use massive data to help humans make better use of existing knowledge is the significance of discussing big data and artificial intelligence;Ma Huateng, founder and chairman of Tencent,said that China is facing an unprecedented digital transformation, and it is necessary to carry forward the spirit of digital craftsmanship and polish every detail from the outside to the inside.

本次智博會作為國際智能產業(yè)開放合作舞臺的形象全面展現，得到國內外高度關注。

在中國·重慶國際友好城市市長圓桌會議上，來自美國、德國、巴拿馬等16個國家23個省州市的代表，圍繞“智能生活·創(chuàng)新未來”主題，共同探討城市在推進智能化發(fā)展和創(chuàng)造美好生活中的角色與作用，分享智慧城市建設的經驗與愿景，推動國際城市創(chuàng)新合作。

在智博會國際友好城市展區(qū)，英國、荷蘭、老撾等13個國家和地區(qū)應邀參展，并帶來了如工業(yè)模具智能設計AI系統(tǒng)、云端智能化物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)、Tero智能體育系統(tǒng)等方面的智能應用。

At the China·Chongqing International Sister Cities Mayors' Rou n d-t a ble Conference, representatives from 23 provinces and cities in 16 countries including the United States, Germany, and Panama jointly explored the significance and role of cities in promoting intelligent development and creating a better life, shared the experience and vision of smart city construction , and promoting international urban innovation cooperation by focusing on the theme of“Smart Life·Innovative Future”, so as to promote innovative cooperation among international cities.

在智博會新加坡資訊通信媒體發(fā)展局媒體見面會上，重慶全域智慧旅游APP“愛重慶”正式發(fā)布上線，重慶與新加坡在智慧旅游領域的合作開花結果。并且，在區(qū)塊鏈、云技術和智能物流等領域，兩國科技企業(yè)也達成了緊密的合作協(xié)議。

At the press conference of the Info-communications Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA) on the Smart China Expo, the Chongqing global smart travel APP “Love Chongqing” was officially launched,and the cooperation between Chongqing and Singapore in the field of smart tourism blossomed. Moreover, the technology companies from Singapore and China have also reached close cooperation agreementd in the areas of block chain, cloud technology and intelligent logistics.

以大數據智能化為引領，智能產業(yè)在重慶方興未艾。這不僅深刻影響著人們的生活，也將重新定義老工業(yè)基地的發(fā)展方向。

阿里巴巴在重慶建立生態(tài)合作伙伴系統(tǒng)，騰訊在重慶打造“城市超級大腦”，科大訊飛在重慶構筑人工智能生態(tài)圈，華為牽手長安汽車建立創(chuàng)新中心開發(fā)智能汽車……

未來，重慶將圍繞汽車、電子、裝備等產業(yè)，大力推廣智能化改造，將重慶傳統(tǒng)制造優(yōu)勢和大數據智能化前沿技術結合起來，推動重慶產業(yè)轉型升級，實現跨越式發(fā)展，把重慶打造成“中國制造2025”先行區(qū)。
