六月是離別的季節(jié)。

在美國(guó)學(xué)校，八年級(jí)就要初中畢業(yè)，升入高中了。除畢業(yè)典禮外，還有一個(gè)很流行的活動(dòng)——畢業(yè)舞會(huì)。

June is the season of separation.

In my American school， students go to high school after 8th grade. There is another event besides the Promotion Ceremony——the 8th Grade Dance.

舞會(huì)當(dāng)天，我迫不及待地盼著放學(xué)。當(dāng)最后一堂課的下課鈴聲響起時(shí)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)其他同學(xué)也和我一樣，飛也似的沖出教室。一到家，我便開始忙活。梳洗、化妝、穿禮服、戴首飾、做頭發(fā)和指甲……

In the morning of the 8th Grade Dance， I looked so much for school to end. Finally， the bell of the last period rang. I realized that my classmates were also enthusiastic. We were all running to get home. As soon as I stepped into my house， I started preparing myself for the Dance. Showering， putting makeups， dressing， wearing jewels， fixing hair and nails…

懷著激動(dòng)的心情，我來到舞會(huì)。我和朋友們打過招呼，一起去吃自助餐，然后不停地拍照、合影。舞會(huì)上充滿歡聲笑語。我們都想在這青春年華里留住最美麗的瞬間。

I arrived at the Dance with excitement. My friends greeted me. We then served ourselves. Afterwards， none of us could stop taking pictures with each other. The Dance was filled with laughters. All of us wanted this moment to last longer and longer.

大約半個(gè)小時(shí)后，校長(zhǎng)發(fā)表了講話。他指向一面我先前沒有注意到的、貼滿名字的墻，說道：“這面墻上是所有八年級(jí)學(xué)生的名字，它們代表著你們每一個(gè)人在這所學(xué)校里留下的永恒印記?！?/p>

About half an hour into the Dance， our Principle spoke on the microphone. He pointed at a wall full of names， which I did not notice before. “This wall is filled with all your names. They marked the everlasting imprint that each and everyone of you made in this school.”

舞會(huì)結(jié)束前，我找到了我的姓名卡?？粗@張卡，我感慨萬分。三年來的迷茫與堅(jiān)定、汗水與拼搏、挫折與成長(zhǎng)，都包含在這張薄薄的姓名卡中了。它是我成長(zhǎng)的標(biāo)志，它代表這所學(xué)校留給我的所有美好記憶。

At the end， I found my name card on the wall. Staring at the card， I was lost in my thoughts. During the three years of middle school， Ive experienced so much， Ive learned so much， Ive grew so much. All of which are concluded in this one little name card. It marked my growth. It represented the loving memories of this school.
