在山野間，順著溪流激情開漂；在高山上，看激情世界杯；在寧?kù)o小鎮(zhèn)，欣賞盛放的荷花；在區(qū)縣野外，來(lái)一次星空露營(yíng)……這就是精彩紛呈的消夏避暑節(jié)。6月8日，重慶市夏季旅游季啟動(dòng)，市內(nèi)超過20個(gè)區(qū)縣推出了自駕、夏令營(yíng)、漂流等200項(xiàng)暑期旅游活動(dòng)，貫穿整個(gè)夏季……

來(lái)吧，從現(xiàn)在開始，穿越熱浪，開始清爽閑怡之旅！

避暑游，感受夏日清涼

“山水之城，美麗之地”，重慶并不乏涼爽之地，一些海拔較高的區(qū)域有著二十多攝氏度的夏日清涼。

在梁平竹海尋禪田園攬勝；在武隆仙女山，習(xí)習(xí)涼風(fēng)中聆聽主題音樂會(huì)，在芙蓉江的游輪上看中國(guó)風(fēng)山水實(shí)景時(shí)裝秀；在石柱黃水參加中國(guó)·重慶石柱第二屆康養(yǎng)大會(huì)；在江津峽谷穿越、探險(xiǎn)；在北碚金刀峽溪降，樂享一夏……

山水游，親近大自然

被稱為山水之城的重慶，旅游自然也與山水息息相關(guān)。

上山，野營(yíng)露宿。合川鷲峰峽，綦江花壩，南川金佛山、山王坪，開州紫水，奉節(jié)興隆……看日出、唱情歌，燒烤啤酒狂歡、體驗(yàn)少數(shù)民族篝火歌舞晚會(huì)，從6月持續(xù)到10月，多樣活動(dòng)讓人樂不思蜀。

下水，清涼狂歡。到南岸加勒比海水世界、永川樂和樂都等游樂場(chǎng)所，體驗(yàn)親水游樂項(xiàng)目，是避暑休閑的不錯(cuò)選擇。此外，漂流也是避暑納涼的寵兒，合川鷲峰峽漂流可享露營(yíng)、燒烤多重體驗(yàn)；巫山當(dāng)陽(yáng)漂流，深度感受峽谷特色風(fēng)光；忠縣東溪不僅有漂流比賽，還有勁歌熱舞、啤酒狂歡，童趣體驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目、農(nóng)家長(zhǎng)桌宴及農(nóng)耕文化體驗(yàn)和展示；豐都南天湖鎮(zhèn)、暨龍鎮(zhèn)除了漂流，還有羊肉美食樂享……

夏日，還是賞荷的好時(shí)節(jié)，賞花美事貫穿各條旅游線路。九龍坡華巖荷花展、大足荷花旅游文化節(jié)、梁平荷花詩(shī)詞會(huì)等眾多以荷花為主題的節(jié)會(huì)來(lái)襲，賞荷花、睡蓮，荷花旗袍秀、攝影展、書畫展，品生態(tài)荷花宴，觀荷抒懷，泛舟采蓮……耍事目不暇接。

依山傍水，重慶優(yōu)越的地理環(huán)境培育出了各色香氣宜人的瓜果。夏日碩果枝頭，江津、巴南、北碚等12個(gè)區(qū)縣紛紛策劃了采摘旅游活動(dòng)。

采摘游，體驗(yàn)豐收樂趣

合川有香提多葡萄采摘節(jié)；北碚靜觀鎮(zhèn)、偏巖古鎮(zhèn)迎來(lái)果蔬采摘季；梁平曲水鎮(zhèn)、合興鎮(zhèn)、蔭平鎮(zhèn)采高山李子；巴南天坪山體驗(yàn)脆冠梨采摘；開州厚壩鎮(zhèn)樂摘火龍果；武隆火爐鎮(zhèn)脆桃入籃……鮮果采摘季，邊玩邊吃。

“巴渝文化”也在炎炎夏季升騰起滾燙的溫度。按照修舊如故建設(shè)的南岸彈子石老街，首屆重慶南濱國(guó)際戲劇節(jié)等系列活動(dòng)精彩呈現(xiàn)。此外，還有傳承至今的民俗展演，醉人心神的藝術(shù)節(jié)，動(dòng)感雅致的音樂季、音詩(shī)會(huì)，精致華美的漢服文化表演、華服秀，唇齒留香的美食節(jié)……各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)人文匯聚，凝聚思想共識(shí)，擦出璀璨的精神火花。

梁平雙桂堂廟會(huì)參佛禮佛送幸福；江津塘河鎮(zhèn)川主廟會(huì)進(jìn)香禮佛、川劇及塘河非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)表演；沙坪壩磁器口景區(qū)文藝表演，民俗體驗(yàn)；銅梁龍景區(qū)欣賞新疆達(dá)瓦孜、龍族部落升級(jí)版，舞稻草龍、筍殼龍等表演；豐都鬼城七半月祭祖文化節(jié)（中元節(jié)），有祭祖大典和盛大法會(huì)，放河燈、孔明燈等活動(dòng)，一個(gè)接著一個(gè)……

A place dubbed as “A City of Mountains and Rivers”,tourism in Chongqing is built upon the local mountains and rivers.

Going up the mountain, camping and staying the night outdoors. Jiufeng Gorge in Hechuan, Huaba in Qijiang, Jinfo Mountain and Shanwang Ping in Nanchuan,Zishui in Kaizhou, Xinglong in Fengjie ... sunrises, love songs, barbecues, beer and carnivals, evening singing and dancing over bonfires--festivities by the minorities,etc.. from June to October, people indulge in the assortment of activities.

Hechuan grape-picking festival; Jinguan Town,Pianyan Ancient Town, Beibei District, the fruit and vegetables picking season; Qushui Town, Hexing Town, Yinping Town, Liangping County, alpine plums picking; Tianping Mountain, Ba’nan District, crisp pear picking; Houba Town, Kaizhou District, dragon fruit picking; Huolu Town, Wulong County, crispy peach picking...It is a fresh fruit picking season for eating and having fun.
