先行者，荒原播綠；布道者，此水為源。在濰坊峽山寸草不生的礦坑上，一座座“玻璃房子”拔地而起，大棚里一叢叢有機蔬菜半漂浮在水面上，等待著農(nóng)戶采摘。

三年前，華以農(nóng)業(yè)有限公司董事長王春林和他的團隊創(chuàng)新了中央控制系統(tǒng)、水培種植單元等技術(shù)，為中國農(nóng)村提供了一個健康持久的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式，如今向著做世界一流農(nóng)業(yè)設(shè)施供應(yīng)商的目標(biāo)，王春林將把華以技術(shù)傳播到更遠方。

懷著對故鄉(xiāng)的眷戀

2002年，剛滿19歲的王春林只身赴馬來西亞求學(xué)。帶著父母的期望與遠道求學(xué)的責(zé)任感，王春林認(rèn)真聽好每一堂課，認(rèn)真對待每一場考試。繁忙的課業(yè)之外，他靠到酒吧駐唱和做乒乓球教練賺取生活費。漂泊的留學(xué)生活讓他懂得了人生的不易，也奠定了成功創(chuàng)業(yè)的基石。在馬來西亞英迪大學(xué)兩年的求學(xué)之后，王春林赴英國赫特福德大學(xué)深造，之后回到北京工作。

5年海外留學(xué)經(jīng)驗為王春林帶來了國際化的視野和開拓創(chuàng)新的勇氣與情懷，在他日后的工作履歷中功不可沒。他先后任國內(nèi)最大的蔗糖素生產(chǎn)企業(yè)——捷康三氯蔗糖制造有限公司南美大區(qū)、亞太大區(qū)市場總監(jiān)，負(fù)責(zé)覆蓋30多個國家的市場運作和產(chǎn)品推廣；憑借豐富的市場營銷和商業(yè)管理經(jīng)驗，涉足建材出口、食品添加劑、金融、農(nóng)業(yè)等行業(yè)，熟悉國外科技轉(zhuǎn)移和項目融資流程。不到30歲，王春林已是北京年薪百萬的企業(yè)高管。

然而高薪和備受認(rèn)可的工作業(yè)績并未使王春林滿足于“舒適圈”。懷著對家鄉(xiāng)濰坊的鄉(xiāng)情和熱愛，出于對個人價值和社會價值追求的夢想與情懷，王春林于2013年12月從北京回到濰坊創(chuàng)業(yè)，投資創(chuàng)辦了濰坊市華以農(nóng)業(yè)科技有限公司。

礦坑上的有機農(nóng)業(yè)

華以農(nóng)業(yè)科技有限公司創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊有著多年的涉外工作經(jīng)歷，創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊成員之一郭磊就多年從事海外高技術(shù)引進工作。2008年冬天，王春林結(jié)識了同樣有創(chuàng)業(yè)夢想的加拿大籍華商僑領(lǐng)房永欣和前外交官郭磊，三人一拍即合，決定聯(lián)袂創(chuàng)業(yè)。經(jīng)過幾個月的聯(lián)系和談判，他們從海外引進了RFS水培技術(shù)，并最終在北京成功示范，引發(fā)了多地對項目濃厚的合作興趣。于是，公司決定將該項目產(chǎn)業(yè)化。

2014年1月，華以落戶濰坊市峽山生態(tài)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展區(qū)。峽山區(qū)太祖山區(qū)域是一片礦區(qū)，寸草不生，人跡罕至。要在礦坑上搞農(nóng)業(yè)在一般人看來簡直是無稽之談，王春林卻沒有退縮，僅一期大棚的建設(shè)，他就在礦坑上睡了一年。通過研發(fā)的高度投入，精準(zhǔn)的質(zhì)量要求，華以農(nóng)業(yè)種植的蔬菜一經(jīng)上市，就被多家高品質(zhì)客戶預(yù)定，2016年華以獲得供港資質(zhì)。經(jīng)過三年的建設(shè)，峽山已是一排排拔地而起的蔬菜大棚，實現(xiàn)了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的工業(yè)化、科技化，成為真正的“農(nóng)業(yè)科技工廠”。

如今隨著這個規(guī)劃面積3千畝的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的撥地而起，華以農(nóng)業(yè)成為海外高科技現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化中轉(zhuǎn)站，成功在山東諸城、黃島，貴州大方，河北滄州，西藏日喀則等地簽約落地項目近30萬平方米，并不斷拓展著“技術(shù)服務(wù)、智能設(shè)施供應(yīng)、智慧農(nóng)業(yè)解決方案”的業(yè)務(wù)版圖。

將技術(shù)傳播到更遠方

跟隨“一帶一路”的腳步，華以農(nóng)業(yè)先后與阿聯(lián)酋、卡塔爾、菲律賓、韓國等國家的政府、企業(yè)簽署合作意向和協(xié)議，形勢一片大好。而王春林卻陷入思考：如何讓華以技術(shù)在海外真正落地？

2017年11月，在峽山區(qū)政府的推動下，華以農(nóng)業(yè)分別與阿聯(lián)酋僑聯(lián)主席包有增和阿聯(lián)酋商會常務(wù)副會長張祥春在峽山區(qū)座談，對推廣國產(chǎn)水培種植項目在阿聯(lián)酋國家落地達成一致。2018年3月，華以農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)阿聯(lián)酋山東商會之邀赴迪拜考察。訪問中，王春林為技術(shù)落地找到了新出口。

由于阿聯(lián)酋氣候炎熱，全年有一大半時間不適于農(nóng)作物生長，可耕種土地面積也很少，蔬菜種植大部分要依靠既費電又費水的溫室大棚，投資成本相對較高，因此阿聯(lián)酋仍需要從國外大量進口蔬菜、水果等農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，以滿足國內(nèi)消費者的需求。王春林表示“華以農(nóng)業(yè)與阿聯(lián)酋迪拜酋長國合作事宜已達成意向，通過向迪拜輸出華以農(nóng)業(yè)的技術(shù)，爭取將首個落地項目建設(shè)成國際示范項目?！?/p>

Their forerunners greened the wastelands; their preachers regarded water as the source.On the grassless pits in Xiashan,Weifang, a number of “Glasshouses”rise abruptly from the ground. In the greenhouses, organic vegetables are semi-floating on the water surface,waiting to be picked by the farmers.

Three years ago, Wang Chunlin,Chairman of Sino-Israel Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., and his team made innovations on such technologies as the central control system and the hydroponic cultivation unit, providing a healthy and lasting agricultural development mode for rural China.Now, Wang Chunlin will spread Sino-Israel Technology further, with the goal of becoming a world-class agricultural facility supplier.

Longing for His Hometown

In 2002, 19-year-old Wang Chunlin went to Malaysia alone for study. With his parents’ expectation and a sense of responsibility for studying abroad,Wang Chunlin listened carefully to every lesson and took each exam seriously. Besides busy schoolwork, he earned living expenses by serving as a bar singer and table tennis coach.The wandering life of studying abroad made him understand the hardship of life, and laid a foundation for his successful startup. After two years of study at INTI, Malaysia, Wang Chunlin went to the University of Hertfordshire for further study, and then returned to Beijing for work.

5years ofoverseas study experience gave Wang Chunlin an international outlook and the courage and feelings of exploration and innovation, and contributed a lot to his subsequent work experience.He successively served as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of China’s largest sucralose manufacturing enterprise –JK Sucralose Inc. (South America and Asia Pacific), and was responsible for its market operation and production promotion covering over 30 countries. With rich experience in marketing and business management,he entered construction material export,food additives, finance, agriculture and other industries, and familiarized himself with foreign technology transfer and project fi nancing processes. Before he was 30, he had become a senior executive in Beijing with an annual salary of RMB 1 million.

However, the high salary and highly-recognized work performance did not make Wang Chunlin stay in his comfort zone. With nostalgia and passion for his hometown Weifang,because of the dream and feelings of pursuing personal and social values,Wang Chunlin returned from Beijing to Weifang to start a business in December 2013, when he invested and founded Weifang Sino-Israel Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.

○2018年3月，王春林一行拜訪了迪拜皇室MERAAS集團，就雙方合作進行了務(wù)實交流，期待盡快啟動合作，推動區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。In March 2018, the delegation headed by Wang Chunlin visited Meraas Group, a royal group of Dubai, and carried out pragmatic exchanges on bilateral cooperation, looking forward to starting cooperation as soon as possible so as to promote regional industrial development.

Organic Agriculture on Pits

The startup team of Sino-Israel Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd.has many years of work experiences involving foreign interests. Guo Lei, one of the team members, has been engaged in overseas high-tech importation for years. In the winter of 2008, Wang Chunlin got acquainted with Fang Yongxin, a Canadian-Chinese merchant leader, and Guo Lei,a former diplomat. The three of them hit it off instantly, and decided to jointly start a business. After several months of contact and negotiations,they introduced the RFS hydroponic technology from abroad, and finally achieved a successful demonstration in Beijing, enabling the people from various places to develop a keen cooperation interest in the project.Then, the Company decided to industrialize the project.

In January 2014, Sino-Israel Agricultural Technology settled in Xiashan Ecological Economic Development Zone, Weifang. The Taizu Mountain area in Xiashan is a mining area, which is barren and unfrequented. It seemed nonsensical ordinary people to develop agriculture on a pit. However, Wang Chunlin did not retreat. To complete the greenhouse construction of Phase I, he stayed on a pit for a year. Through high investment in R&D and precise quality requirements, the vegetables planted by the Company were reserved by a number of high-quality clients once they appeared on the market. In 2016,the Company obtained the qualif i cation for supplying vegetables to Hong Kong.After three years of construction,there are now many rows of vegetable greenhouses in Xiashan. It has realized industrialized and technology-based agricultural production, becoming a real “Agricultural Sci-Tech Factory”.

Nowadays, by virtue of the modern agricultural park with the planned area of 3,000 mu (1mu=0.0666667 hectares), the Company has become a transfer station for technology transformation of modern overseas high-tech agriculture, and successfully realized nearly 300,000 square meters of projects in Zhucheng and Huangdao(Shandong), Dafang (Guizhou),Cangzhou (Hebei) and Shigatse(Tibet). Besides, it continues to expand its business domain of “Technical Services, Intelligent Facility Supply and Smart Agriculture Solutions”.

Spread Technology Further

Following the footsteps of the “Belt and Road” initiative, the Company has signed cooperation intentions and agreements with the governments and enterprises of such countries as the UAE, Qatar, the Philippines and South Korea, with a booming situation. However, Wang Chunlin kept considering how to put Sino-Israel Technology into practice abroad in a real sense.

On November 3, 2017, driven by the Xiashan government, the Company had an informal discussion with Bao Youzeng, Chairman of the UAE Overseas Chinese Federation, in Xiashan, and reached a consensus on jointly promoting the implementation of the domestic hydroponic cultivation project in the UAE. In March 2018,the Company was invited to visit Dubai. During the visit, Wang Chunlin found a new export for technological implementation.

Due to the hot climate of the UAE, it is unsuitable for crop growth for much of the year. And there is only a small area of arable land.The growing of most vegetables has to rely on greenhouses that consume much electricity and water,with relatively high investment costs. Therefore, the UAE needs to import vegetables, fruit and other agricultural products from abroad so as to meet domestic demand. “The Company has reached a cooperation intention with the UAE, striving to build the first implementation project into an international demonstration project by exporting its technology to Dubai.”

The Company plans to popularize the agricultural technology of advanced facilities with independent intellectual property rights in the Middle East, and help the UAE government to gradually reduce the reliance of its agricultural product market on imported commodities.“Our move complies with the‘Belt and Road’ initiative, lays a good foundation for the all-round cooperation between related UAE units and our Company, and will open a new chapter for China-UAE cooperation,” said Wang Chunlin.
