懸崖下的花田梯田,在歷史的雨露中滋長出千年的美景;大巴山腹地的秋風,染紅了萬畝山頭的風光;深秋的窯灣,清爽、唯美、干凈、靈動;海拔千余米上的三塘蓋,一個被譽為“天之下,云之上”的人間仙境,一張4A級景區(qū)的圖紙在這里徐徐展開……
在重慶的鄉(xiāng)村,我們尋到了久違的藍天白云、綠水青山、田園牧歌,心曠神怡,一幕幕顧盼生輝。游客一天天多起來,農(nóng)民們漸漸意識到,當“旅游”遇到“鄉(xiāng)村”,兩者順理成章的“結(jié)盟”,讓他們脫貧致富的路越走越寬。那些他們習以為常的山水草木、粗茶淡飯,更符合城里人對“美”的定義。
發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游既是順勢而為,是鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略中的重要手段和途徑,也是對鄉(xiāng)村之美的重新雕琢——雕琢的不僅是風光景致,更是鄉(xiāng)土生活。
截至目前,重慶12個區(qū)縣被認定為“全國休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游示范區(qū)”,15個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)村落成為“全國美麗鄉(xiāng)村”。
2017年1至11月,我市休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游接待1.55億人次,經(jīng)營收入450億元。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)村旅游成為促進農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新動能。
2018年,重慶推出四大舉措大力發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游,提升基礎設施水平、開發(fā)鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)品、實施鄉(xiāng)村旅游商品“后備箱”工程,大力實施旅游扶貧,推動深度貧困鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)旅游發(fā)展,助推脫貧增收。
雕刻鄉(xiāng)村之美,從貧困走向持久的富足,鄉(xiāng)村旅游將有更大擔當。
Flower and terraced fields under the cliffs grow to be superb scenery, with the nourishment of times;Autumn flushes hundreds of mountain top in the hinterland of Daba Mountain. In late autumn, Yaowan is endowed with clarity, grace and brightness. Santanggai,over a thousand meters above sea level, is a place praised as a fairyland under the sky and above the cloud, unfolding a blueprint of a 4A level scenic spot.
In the countryside of Chongqing, we found the long-lost blue sky, green hills and clear waters. The intoxicating arcadian lifestyle blew us away. As the number of tourists increased, villagers realized that tourism and countryside must be integrated. Only by doing so can they shake poverty and become better off. Mountains, waters and plain food that are normal to them are def i ned by city dwellers as aesthetic view.
Rural tourism development is not only in tune with the times, but an important means to revitalize rural areas. Besides, tourism helps reshape the beauty of countryside, including scenic beauty and the beauty of life.
Up to now, 12 districts and counties in Chongqing have been granted as “National Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism Demonstration Area” while 15 towns and villages as “National Beautiful Village.”
From January to November in 2017, leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Chongqing received 155 million tourists, with the revenue totaling 45 billion Yuan,which has become a new driving force in rural economic development.
In 2018, four measures were introduced to develop rural tourism, including upgrading infrastructure,developing rural tourism products and providing aftersale service for products. Implementing pro-poor tourism and its further development helps farmers get rid of poverty and increase income.
Rural tourism undertakes more responsibilities of reshaping countryside, alleviating poverty and providing a long and prosperous life for farmers.
