Graduated from the Department of Chinese traditional painting， Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1990， Xu Jingru now is the President of Beijing Yixuan Art Academy， Vice-President of Qufu Confucius Cultural and Art College， and professor of School of Fine Arts of Suzhou College. Prof. Xu is the member of Chinese Artists Association， and member of Anhui Society of Traditional Chinese Painting.

Xu Jingru has held individual exhibitions in foreign countries such as the UK， Thailand， Malaysia， Australia， and cities including Beijing， Hongkang， Taipei， Chengdu， Hefei， Qufu， etc. Xus artworks have been collected by Chinese and foreign museums and individuals， and the artwork “Fun of Spring”is collected by former American President Bill Clinton. His works have been displayed at national exhibitions and won a number of awards. The Collection of Xu Jingrus Flower and Bird Painting and the Collection of Xu Jingrus Paintings have been published.

許敬如，安徽蕭縣人，1946年生。中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，安徽省中國(guó)畫(huà)學(xué)會(huì)創(chuàng)作理事。畢業(yè)于中央美術(shù)學(xué)院中國(guó)畫(huà)系。北京藝軒畫(huà)院院長(zhǎng)，曲阜孔子文化藝術(shù)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)，宿州學(xué)院美術(shù)學(xué)院教授。

曾在英國(guó)、泰國(guó)、馬來(lái)西亞、澳大利亞等國(guó)舉辦個(gè)展；在北京、香港、臺(tái)北、成都、合肥、曲阜等城市舉辦個(gè)展及聯(lián)展。

作品被國(guó)內(nèi)外博物館及巴西、意大利、加拿大、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、美國(guó)及東南亞等國(guó)藏家及友人收藏，其中《春趣》被美國(guó)前總統(tǒng)克林頓收藏。作品多次入選文化部、中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)等單位舉辦的展覽并獲獎(jiǎng)。出版《許敬如花鳥(niǎo)畫(huà)作品集》《許敬如畫(huà)集》等。

2008年被授予“共和國(guó)藝術(shù)家”榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)，2009年被授予“人民藝術(shù)家”榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)。

1988至1989年，北京煤炭管理干部學(xué)院，國(guó)畫(huà)研修生班，學(xué)生。

1989至1990年，中央美術(shù)學(xué)院，中國(guó)畫(huà)系花鳥(niǎo)畫(huà)專(zhuān)業(yè)，大專(zhuān)，學(xué)生。

1992至2006年，安徽省淮北國(guó)畫(huà)院，美術(shù)創(chuàng)作，二級(jí)美術(shù)師。

1992年，加入安徽美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)，美術(shù)創(chuàng)作，會(huì)員。

2006年，宿州學(xué)院美術(shù)學(xué)院，任教，教師。

2012年，宿州學(xué)院美術(shù)學(xué)院，任教，教授。

2014年，中國(guó)美協(xié)，美術(shù)創(chuàng)作，會(huì)員。
