不經(jīng)意間，案頭的日歷又翻到了最后一個(gè)月，時(shí)間又將贈(zèng)與每個(gè)人一道歲月的年輪。

每到年終歲尾，總會(huì)讓人思緒萬(wàn)千，想著這一年收獲了多少，又失去了多少。還未來(lái)得及細(xì)細(xì)思索，2018年就已悄然從指尖滑過(guò)。

對(duì)于一座城市而言，同樣需要回望，只為更好、更遠(yuǎn)地前行。

回望2018，這一年無(wú)疑是力爭(zhēng)上游的一年；這一年，是全面貫徹黨的十九大精神的開(kāi)局之年；這一年，重慶定下了未來(lái)五年的發(fā)展方向，也是按照市委五屆三次全會(huì)的要求，全力實(shí)施“三大攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)”“八項(xiàng)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃”的開(kāi)局之年。

盤(pán)點(diǎn)成績(jī)梳理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，振奮精神繼續(xù)前行。

所以，這一次，我們把目光投向了進(jìn)展得如火如荼的“八項(xiàng)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃”，走進(jìn)仙桃數(shù)據(jù)谷、十八梯、隆鑫、南彭公路保稅物流中心、合川草街等地，試圖透過(guò)八個(gè)細(xì)小的案例，去還原“八項(xiàng)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃”之于重慶的意義。

2018接近尾聲，而“五年計(jì)劃”的征程尚遠(yuǎn)，往后的4年，我們不僅要力爭(zhēng)上游，還要更上層樓，把各項(xiàng)工作落細(xì)落小落實(shí)，把黨的十九大的精神全面落實(shí)在巴渝大地上，交出更加精彩的答卷。

Without notice, the calendar on desk is turned over to the last month again, and time will give everybody a new annual ring again.

Every time, at the end of a year, a thousand thoughts will come to our minds, thinking about how much have been gained in this year, while how much have been lost.Year of 2018 has just slipped from your fingertips before we could think about it.

For a city, it also needs to retrospect, just to move forward better and farther.

Looking back at 2018, it is undoubtedly a year of striving for the best; this year marks the first year for the full implementation of the spirit of the 19th Party Congress,as well as the first year to fully implement the "three major battles" and "eight action plans" in accordance with the requirements of the Third Plenary Session of the Fifth Committee of Chongqing Municipal Committee; also, in this year, Chongqing has set the direction of development for the next five years.

We should take stock of our achievements, sort out our experience, and keep moving forward with high spirits.

Therefore, we set our eyes on the burgeoning "eight action plans" this time, into XianTao BigData Valley,Shibati, Longxin, Nanpeng Highway Bonded Logistics Center, Hechuan Caojie and other places, trying to restore the meaning that the "eight action plans" gives to Chongqing through eight detailed cases.

2018 is drawing to a close, and the journey of the "fiveyear plan" is still a long way off. In the next four years, we will not only strive for the best, but also strive for a higher standard. We will carry out various tasks in a more detailed way, fully implement the spirit of the 19th Party Congress on the land of Chongqing and deliver more splendid results.
