The status，influence and historical interpretation of The Doctrine of The Mean

The Doctrine of the Mean is generally thought to be written by Tzu － Si．The idea of the Golden Mean originates from the concepts of middle path，middle practice and fairness in Yi and the opinion of“keep the middle”in the Book of Documents．As Confucius regarded the Golden Mean as the highest virtue and proposed the idea of“impartial”，the idea began to become a practical wisdom．The interpretation of The Doctrine of the Mean has experienced four stages:the theory of virtue，the theory of politics，the disposition theory and the orthodoxy．

Research on the integration model of medical resources under the background of new medical reform

In the theoretical circle，the research on the allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas can be divided mainly into three aspects:the value evaluation of urban and rural medical resources allocation;the factors affecting the allocation of urban and rural medical resources;and the institutional arrangements to optimize the allocation of urban and rural medical resources．In practice，the major problems existing in urban and rural medical resources are:the allocation of medical resources is inefficient，the total amount of medical resources is insufficient and the distribution is unbalanced，and the resources shortages coexist with waists．The integration of medical resources provides a new perspective for solving problems．Therefore，this paper proposes that institutional arrangements be made from four aspects:the health financing system，the supply system of health care goods or services，the cultivation and attraction system of rural health human resources，and the operation and service mode of medical treatment combinations．

The history of China should not be equated with the history of the Han nationality

In the history of ancient China，the Han nationality had the largest number of people，the earliest origin of civilization and the fastest development of culture，which had been leading the trend of Chinese history．However，we cannot replace the history of China with the history of the Han nationality，since the word“China”in ancient China not only refers to the Chinese Han nationality and its regime，but also refers to the ethnic minorities who entered the Central Plains region，the cultural minorities who“understand rites”，and the ethnic minorities under the jurisdiction of the Han nationality state or the state regime in the Central Plains．In ancient China，the Han nationality refers to a single nationality only，while“China”includes not only the Han nationality but also the minority nationality of“China”．Therefore，the history of the Han nationality cannot replace the history of“China”．

The political dimension of Lu Xun’s spirit and the integrity penetrated it with political significance

There is an ideological theme involving many important political issues in Lu Xun’s thought．However，this important political dimension has barely been effectively studied in terms of politics till now．On the other hand，there is a deep philosophical framework in the basis of Lu Xun’s spirit，which makes all of Lu Xun’s thinking demonstrate a kind of integrity with far－ reaching political consequences．His real attitude to enlightenment，the underlying dialogue between his thought and the political philosophy of liberalism，his criticism on the inner conflicts of modernity，and his understanding of the limit of joining political struggle，etc．，relate to this kind of integrity．In contrast with Lu Xun’s integrity，many of his rivals of that time，including Hu Shi，all show“righteous hypocrisy”in various ways．Because of mixing too many practically unjustifiable political claims with their comments on Lu Xun，the so － called elites nowadays who want to criticize Lu Xun’s political tendency，seem to be much more hypocritical and dishonest．

Ferocious beauty or vigorously firmness?A question on Li Zehou’s“ferocious beauty”

In 1980s，Li Zehou described the aesthetic quality of bronzy wares in Shang dynasty as“ferocious beauty”and this explanation has been widely accepted．However，in view of the recent research results，the paper argues that first，Li Zehou’s argument on“ferocious beauty”was based on the name of“taotie pattern”，but this name is not credible，so the greedy，terrible meaning of natural appearance which the“ferocious beauty”represents disappears too．Secondly，the view of“ferocious beauty”didn’t include the intrinsic examination of religious feelings．The purpose of bronzy wares was to offer sacrifices to ancestors and the gods，so they wouldn’t show ferociousness and terror．Thirdly，the main pattern of bronzes in Shang dynasty is the Chinese dragon which is the composition of gods，ancestors and animals;and its ground pattern has plentiful sense of touch and aesthetic meanings．In my opinion，the“ferocious beauty”is the historical view of a specific period which has limited the study of bronze culture in Shang dynasty．Contrary to Li Zehou，I think the cultural image embodied in the bronzes of Shang dynasty should be characterized as“vigorously firmness”．

On the mechanism that overseas merger and acquisition effects the optimization and upgrading of China’s industrial structure

With the acceleration of the“going out”of Chinese enterprises，overseas merger and acquisition has become an important way for China to participate in international division of labor and cooperation．So what is overseas M＆A effect on the optimization and upgrading of domestic industrial structure?Using the panel data of prefecture－level city from 2003 to 2015，this paper examines the impact of overseas M＆A on the optimization and upgrading of China’s industrial structure from two dimensions of the rationalization and high degree of industrial structure．The study found that:first，overseas M＆A have significantly promoted the rationalization and high degree of industrial structure;secondly，further sub － regional sample examination showed，the promotion of overseas M＆A to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is greater in the central and western regions than in the eastern region．Thirdly，for different levels of cities，overseas M＆A only promote the high degree of industrial structure in the first and second tier cities．It has played a role in promoting the rationalization and height of the industrial structure of the three － tier cities．Therefore，to promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure，while actively encouraging enterprises to“go out”，the space layout of overseas M＆A should be further optimized．It is of great policy significance for China to enter the upsurge of overseas M＆A．
