10月30日傍晚，意大利駐重慶總領事館內(nèi)，總領事馬非同卸任送別會。這個來自亞平寧半島的男人，興許是重慶最有名的意大利人，出了名的熱情。

“重慶是我的第二故鄉(xiāng)，我要把重慶裝在心里帶回去?！币驗楹攘诵┚疲R非同臉紅紅的。他手拿話筒，目光與一張張熟悉的面龐交會，念著一個個熟悉的名字，一一貼面告別。

送別會后6小時，馬非同登上凌晨飛往意大利羅馬的航班，離開重慶。這趟重慶直飛羅馬的航班，是他任職意大利駐重慶首任總領事期間開通的。

四年的重慶時光就要劃下休止符，他用一場“派對”，歡樂告別，把標志性的笑臉刻在熟悉、喜歡他的人心中。

The evening of October 30th witnessed the farewell party for outgoing consul-general Sergo Maffettone in the Consul General of Italy in Chongqing. The man from the Apennines Peninsula might be the most famous Italian in this city for his enthusiasm.

“I am going back to Italy with Chongqing, my second home, in my heart.” said Maffettone, flushed by having some wine. He looked at every familiar face around,exchanging farewell with them.

Six hours after the party, Maffettone left Chongqing by the ぼight bound for Rome, Italy in the early morning.This direct ベght was ベrst put into operation during his tenure as the consul-general.

At the end of four years in Chongqing, he made a happy farewell “party”, leaving his iconic smile in the heart of those familiar and who loved him.

帶著歡樂說再見

Happy Farewell

送別會地點選在馬非同的辦公室，場面熱鬧，不失溫馨。一進門，屋頂上方飄著代表意大利國旗的紅綠白三色氣球。巨大的落地窗戶上，紫色的氣球?qū)懼?017.10.30 party”字樣。靠窗的地方有一個長方形餐臺，擺放著各式甜品、小吃、飲料和香檳。

沒錯，這就是一個“派對”現(xiàn)場。

2013年12月30日，意大利駐重慶總領事館正式成立，這是繼上海和廣州之后，意大利在中國內(nèi)地開設的第三個領事館。馬非同是這里的第一任總領事。送別會上，他笑臉盈盈，和每一個人打招呼、擁抱，和往常一樣樂呵呵的。他知道，分別是悲傷的，可他不想悲傷地說再見。

他有足夠的理由，心滿意足地告別。

領事館最初設立在洲際酒店，辦公室就兩個房間。上班第一天，只有他一個工作人員。一個月后，辦公室才有了3個人?，F(xiàn)在，領事館早已搬到了更大更寬敞的寫字樓，團隊有了30多人。

意大利的“身影”，在重慶漸漸活躍起來。

這幾年，意大利駐重慶總領事館一共在領區(qū)范圍內(nèi)接待了超過200個意大利代表團，向超過500家意大利企業(yè)介紹了領區(qū)所在地，還協(xié)助組織了近100個中國政商界代表團前往意大利考察訪問。

就在離開總領事崗位的這天，馬非同又辦成了一件大事，促成意大利歐菲集團落子重慶，拉開了意大利企業(yè)在中國西南地區(qū)整車和汽配業(yè)務樞紐戰(zhàn)略投資的序幕。他回國后的第二個月，歐菲集團的新工廠就要在兩江新區(qū)破土動工了。這意味著兩國在工業(yè)領域的合作更進一步。

The party was thrown in his office, lively and warm. Red, green and white balloons that stood for Italian flag floated on the roof. The purple balloon on the huge French window said “2017.10.30 party”. On the oblong table near the window placed a variety of desserts, snacks, beverages and champagne.

Exactly, it was the place for “party”.

Consul General of Italy in Chongqing, formally set up on December 30th, 2013 following Shanghai and Guangzhou, is the third city to set the consulate of Italy in China. Maffettone was the ベrst consul-general here.At the farewell party, he greeted everyone and gave them hugs with smile as usual. Though it was sad to leave, he did not want to say goodbye in sorrow.

He had good reasons to say goodbye with great satisfaction.

The consulate was originally set up in Inter-Continental Hotel with only two rooms as the office. He was the only staff on the ベrst day of work. It was after one month that the number increased to three. Now, the consulate has moved to a larger and commodious ofベce building and the group members have increased to over 30.

Since then, the “ベgure” of Italy started to be active in Chongqing.

In recent years, Consul General of Italy in Chongqing have received over 200 Italian delegations, introduced the seat area to over 500 Italian enterprises and assisted in organizing about 100 Chinese political and business delegations to investigate and visit Italy.

Just on the day before demission, Maffettone made another achievement that he motivated the establishment of the subsidiary company of Italian UFI in Chongqing, which kicked off pivot and strategic investment of Italian enterprises on cars and auto parts in south-west China. In the second month of his leaving, new factory of UFI has been ready for the construction in Liangjiang New Area. It drives the further Sino-Italy cooperation in the ベeld of industry.

不斷噴發(fā)新鮮的東西

Ever Emerging Fresh Things

2015年4月，意大利駐重慶總領事館新址搬到了渝中區(qū)的環(huán)球金融中心。透過馬非同辦公室的落地窗玻璃，兩江四岸的景色盡收眼底。臨別了，他在窗邊站了很久。短短幾年，重慶的變化快到讓他震驚，他說眼前的城市寫著“活力”二字。

“江北嘴的發(fā)展很快，風景在變。城市設計很漂亮，多了很多文化藝術館，國泰大劇院，南濱路的1891、江北嘴大劇院、川劇院……”關于重慶的變化，馬非同滔滔不絕。

“重慶的高鐵發(fā)展速度很快，像是沒有‘剎車’一樣，不斷提速，其他方面也在加速發(fā)展。”“高速”是他對重慶的又一印象，很深刻。

“回去之后，我會給更多意大利人介紹重慶，我已經(jīng)愛上這里。重慶和很多歐洲城市不一樣，它就像一座活火山，不斷噴發(fā)新鮮的東西，不會讓人覺得無聊。

“來到重慶之后，我變得非常愛吃辣，特別喜歡吃火鍋?；疱伿侵貞c的特色，代表著重慶的精神。我覺得我愛上了這個城市，這里的一切我都喜歡，我一部分已經(jīng)變成了重慶人?！?/p>

同樣滔滔不絕的，還有馬非同對重慶的愛。

他總是在人群中傳播歡樂，可這一刻，他突然嚴肅起來：“真的非常舍不得離開，可天下沒有不散的筵席?！?/p>

In April 2015, Consul General of Italy in Chongq-ing was moved to the World Financial Center, Yuzhong District. Through the French window of Maffettone’s ofベce, he could take a panoramic view of the two rivers (Yangtze River and Jialing River) and the sceneries around. He stood by the window for a long time before leaving, shocked by the very fast change of Chongqing in just a few years. In his words, Chongqing is a city full of “vitality”.

“Jiangbeizui has developed so fast and the sceneries change all the time. The city design is quite beautiful and many museums of culture and art have sprung up,such as Cathy Grand Theatre, the one in Nanbin Road 1891, Chongqing Grand Theatre in Jiangbeizui and the rebuilt Sichuan Opera Theatre.” Maffettone could speak unceasingly about the changes in Chongqing.

“Chongqing’s high-speed train is developing every fast, like no brakes. Not only high-speed trains but also other parts are speeding up.” “High-speed” was his deep impression of Chongqing.

“I love Chongqing and I will introduce her to many more Italians. Different from many European cities,Chongqing is just like a volcano, unceasingly erupting fresh things, which never makes you feel bored.”

“Since I came in Chongqing, I have been fond of spicy food, especially hot pot. As a specialty of Chongqing, hot pot stands for Chongqing’s spirit. All the things here are my love. I feel that I have already been half of a Chongqing citizen now.”

He could not stop his love of Chongqing.

He always transmits happiness in the crowd, but at this moment, he suddenly became serious, “I really don’t want to leave but all good things come to an end.”

以一頓火鍋作別重慶

Farewell to Chongqing with a Hot Pot

不過，筵席總是要有的。

送別會后，馬非同約朋友們?nèi)ビ灞彼пB城，在“渝宗”吃老灶火鍋。這是他第一次來重慶時吃火鍋的地方。登機前最后幾個小時，他選擇和朋友、同事一起度過。

在重慶的朋友圈里，人們習慣稱馬非同“老馬”。和老馬相處久了，很容易忘記他是意大利人這回事。

他的辦公桌上，電腦鍵盤是竹質(zhì)的，是他去四川眉山出差時買的。桌上還放著各式中國風的筆筒，有青花瓷的，有雕刻的，還有一個木質(zhì)的，是七年前他去北京大學學習中文的紀念品，一直留到現(xiàn)在。

“他很中國化”，愛玩微信、發(fā)朋友圈、吃火鍋，愛社交。翻看他微博，最近的一條竟然是給重慶小伙子王俊凱的生日祝福語:

“在重慶生活了四年，已經(jīng)愛上了這座火辣的城市！也希望你能越來越喜歡我的家鄉(xiāng)意大利！意大利歡迎你常來！也祝你18歲生日快樂！”

這就是老馬，一個地道的“重慶通”。

他還特愛交朋友，天性熱情豪爽，自然結(jié)識了各行各業(yè)的人。

楊長林和馬非同認識四年了。為了參加老馬的送別會，他乘坐從巴黎飛往重慶最早的航班，一下飛機，就直奔現(xiàn)場。“老馬很耿直、熱情，就像重慶人一樣，和他交流，非常愉快。當初我去羅馬考察項目，連續(xù)三天，他都陪著我，直到晚上兩三點也沒喊累，還非常積極地給我提建議?！睆哪菚r起，楊長林打心底里認定了這個外國朋友。

在馬非同幫助下，2018年，楊長林在羅馬的投資項目即將運行，包括溫泉、旅游、農(nóng)業(yè)等。他倆相約，明年春天在意大利見面。

這一夜之后，老馬和重慶的交集或許會有時空的位移，但注定不會消解。

A farewell dinner, however, is always in need.

After farewell party, Maffettone invited friends to eat “Yuzong Laozao” hot pot in Crystal Town, Yubei,where he had his ベrst hot pot in Chongqing. He chose to spend the last several hours with his friends and workmates before boarding the plane.

His friends in Chongqing nicknamed him “Lao Ma”. It’s easy to forget that he was an Italian when getting along with Lao Ma for a long time.

On his desk, there was a bamboo-made keyboard that was bought during his business trip in Meishan,Sichuan. There were also various pen containers of Chinese style made by blue and white porcelain, sculpture and wood. The wooden one he kept still was the souvenir for his learning Chinese in Peking University 7 years ago.

He was something of a Chinese, being fond of sharing Wechat Moment, eating hot pot and communicating.Leaf through his microblog, the last one should be the birthday wish to Chongqing boy Wang Junkai:

“Four years here shape my love for this hot city!I hope you can also love my homeland Italy more and more. Welcome to Italy often! And may you happy 18th birthday.”

This is Lao Ma, a Chongqing hand.

He also likes making friends. His nature of warmheart and frankness helps him get to know many people from a variety of professions.

Yang Changlin has known Maffettone for four years. In order to present his farewell party, he took the earliest flight from Paris to Chongqing and hurried up to the party. “Frank, warm-hearted, Lao Ma is like a Chongqing man, with whom communication is pleasant. I have inspected project in Rome before. He accompanied me for three days in a row even until 2 or 3a.m.without any complaint but gave me suggestion positively.” From then on, Yang Changlin conベrmed this foreign friend from the bottom of his heart.

With his help, Yang Changlin’s investment project in Rome will be put into operation in 2018, including hot spring, travel and agriculture. They made appointment to meet in Italy next spring.

After this night, the intersection of Lao Ma and Chongqing may be shift by time and space, but it w ill not be dispelled.
