He Zhenxiang， born in Shaoyang， South Chinas Hunan Province in 1949， graduated from Zhongshan University with a major in Chinese Language and Literature. He is a member of Chinese Oil Painting Society and a member of Guangdong Provincial Association.

Adhering to amateur art creation for more than four decades， a hundred works of his have been selected for municipal， provincial and national exhibitions， and more than 40 works have received various awards. Mr. He has held four solo exhibitions and nine joint exhibitions.

In the past ten years， he has focused on the creation of the harbour theme， and many of his works have been selected for large-scale exhibitions hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Chinese Artists Association. The large-scale oil painting Shekou Port in the Pearl River Tide was selected into the “National Art Exhibition to Commemorate the 40th Anniversary of Chinas Reform and Opening up”organized by Chinese Artists Association and Guangdong Artists Association.

何禎祥，1949年10月出生，祖籍湖南邵陽，畢業(yè)于中山大學(xué)漢語語言文學(xué)專業(yè)?，F(xiàn)為中國油畫學(xué)會會員、廣東省美協(xié)會員。1982年受聘于深圳市美術(shù)廣告公司，曾任公司設(shè)計(jì)繪制部部長、公司副總經(jīng)理等職務(wù)。堅(jiān)持業(yè)余美術(shù)創(chuàng)作40余年，有上百幅作品入選市級、省級與國家級展覽，有40余幅作品獲得各種獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。舉辦個(gè)展4次、聯(lián)展9次。1997年7月在廣州舉辦由廣東省美協(xié)主辦的“星河展”（第49回）何禎祥油畫展。廣東衛(wèi)視“藝術(shù)星空”欄目制作藝術(shù)專集——何禎祥油畫藝術(shù)欣賞，獲得好評。近10年專注于海港題材的創(chuàng)作，有多幅作品入選由文化部和中國美協(xié)主辦的大型畫展。大型油畫作品《珠江大潮中的蛇口港》入選由中國美協(xié)和廣東美協(xié)主辦的“紀(jì)念中國改革開放40周年全國美術(shù)作品展覽”（中國美術(shù)館）。
