A new age requires a new economy.A new economy calls for new driving forces.

To carry out the “Made in China 2025” strategy, Wuhan holds a key point in China’s innovation and pushes forward the construction of “the four bases,” which nurtures strategic emerging industries and new forces for economic growth.

National Memory Base

In February of 2016, the State Council approved Wuhan to build the first national memory base in China. This all-in-one base integrates memory product design,technology development, and wafer production, testing and marketing. It’s a trillion-scale industrial cluster in the form of “chip-display-intelligent terminal.”

In September of 2017, at Wuhan Future City in the east of the Optics Valley, the first phrase of this base was fi nished. It is the biggest hightech investment project in Hubei Province since 1949. Its overall investment will reach up to 160 billion yuan.

Clean Energy Vehicle Base

The world’s first model hydrogen energy automobile,and the clean energy vehicles designated for the 22nd U.N.Climate Conference were both born in Wuhan.

Wuhan continues to forge ahead in the worldwide wave of developing clean energy vehicles. A number of national famous new energy vehicle manufacturers have chose to build their plants in Wuhan.These companies are building sophisticated clean energy vehicle industrial clusters and the country’s biggest lithium battery and silicon cell industrial base.

Wuhan has become one of the leading intelligent transportation demonstration cities. A demonstration zone that covers dozens of kilometers is being constructed. An intelligent n e t w o r k-c o n n e c t e d industry that integrates communication technology,electronic technology, internet and vehicles is now forming rapidly.

貫徹落實(shí)“中國制造2025”戰(zhàn)略，近年來，武漢抓住產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的“牛鼻子”，圍繞四大基地建設(shè)，其戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新動(dòng)能，不斷孕育釋放。

國家存儲(chǔ)器基地

2016年2月，武漢獲得國務(wù)院批復(fù)，成立全國首個(gè)國家存儲(chǔ)器基地。它集存儲(chǔ)器產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)研發(fā)、晶圓生產(chǎn)與測(cè)試、銷售于一體，形成一個(gè)形成“芯片—顯示—智能終端”萬億產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。

2017年9月，光谷東部武漢未來科技城，國家存儲(chǔ)器基地項(xiàng)目一期工程一號(hào)生產(chǎn)及動(dòng)力廠房提前1個(gè)月封頂。這是新中國成立以來湖北省最大單體投資高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目，總投資高達(dá)1600億元。

新能源汽車基地

全球首臺(tái)常溫常壓氫能汽車工程樣車，第22屆聯(lián)合國氣候大會(huì)專用新能源車輛，都在武漢誕生。

面對(duì)全球新能源汽車的發(fā)展浪潮，武漢同樣奮勇前行。一大批國內(nèi)知名新能源汽車生產(chǎn)廠家，紛紛落戶建廠，要打造智能化新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，打造全國最大鋰電池、硅光電池產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。world-class cyber-security system where talent, innovation, and industry combine and develop together.

National Cyber-security Base

The national cyber-security base is also located in Wuhan. It is being constructed in two stages.The Cyber-security College,International Cyber-security Talents Community Center,Centrin Wuhan Supercomputing Center, Qidi Network Security Incubator, and other two projects are currently under construction.The base integrates globalleading cyber-security companies,industries and talents, forming a

National Commercial Space Base

Every dollar that is invested in the commercial space industry brings 7 to 14 dollars’ pay back.The general amount of global investment in the commercial space industry is 246.2 billion dollars. The Wuhan Commercial Space Industry Base is seizing this opportunity.

Wuhan is the third city that has been approved to set up a national space industry base after Shanghai and Xi’an. It will give priority to the development of the leading industries such as carrier rockets and launch services,as well as satellite platform,payload, and spatial information application services. On the basis of Kuaizhou rockets, the base will offer low-priced, fast, and fl exible commercial space development services for microsatellites.

At present, a final assembly and testing center for carrier rockets, with an investment of 1.7 billion yuan, is under construction in the base.?

建設(shè)國家網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全人才與創(chuàng)新基地，簡稱網(wǎng)安基地，國家支持落戶武漢。它分兩期規(guī)劃建設(shè)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全學(xué)院、國際人才社區(qū)、中金武漢超算（數(shù)據(jù)）中心、啟迪網(wǎng)安科技孵化園等六大項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)開工。

它集聚一批具有國際國內(nèi)一流水平的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)和人才，形成人才、創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的良好網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全生態(tài)體系。

國家商業(yè)航天基地

商業(yè)航天領(lǐng)域每投入1美元，可帶來7美元至14美元的回報(bào)，而全球商業(yè)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)總量為2462億美元。武漢商業(yè)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)基地，搶占的正是這一“風(fēng)口”。

繼上海、西安之后，國家批準(zhǔn)武漢設(shè)立第三個(gè)國家級(jí)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。它將優(yōu)先發(fā)展航天運(yùn)載火箭及發(fā)射服務(wù)、衛(wèi)星平臺(tái)及載荷、空間信息應(yīng)用服務(wù)等主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，以快舟運(yùn)載火箭為基礎(chǔ)，面向微小衛(wèi)星提供廉價(jià)快速、響應(yīng)靈活的商業(yè)航天發(fā)展服務(wù)。

投資約17億元的運(yùn)載火箭總裝總調(diào)中心項(xiàng)目已開工建設(shè)。?
