該項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)的是一棟有配套公共和商業(yè)設(shè)施的住宅樓。所有設(shè)計(jì)元素旨在探討和解決目前重要的城市問題，并關(guān)注于對已有城市基體的融合、補(bǔ)充和提升。

這棟35層的高層綜合體，其中有32層為住宅，公共和商業(yè)設(shè)施則位于底部三層。設(shè)計(jì)提案考慮了位于地面層的KLCC SURIA（商業(yè)零售和休閑娛樂綜合體），以及在已有的商業(yè)實(shí)體和提議的新商業(yè)空間之間建立視覺連接的需求，進(jìn)而得以全面評估城市規(guī)劃于地面層的影響。

The design brief called for a residential tower with supporting communal and commercial facilities. All design components address the significant urban concerns and integrate,complement and enhance the existing matrix of the city.

The proposal is a high-rise development of 35 storeys, 32 of which contain residential units,with communal and commercial facilities located on the lower three levels. The proposal examines the impact of urban planning on the ground level by acknowledging the presence of KLCC SURIA, a retail and entertainment complex, and the need to establish a visual connection between this existing entity and the proposed new commercial spaces.
