An unforgettable vacation in Phuket Thailand

In the last winter vacation， I went to Phuket（普吉島） with all my family. Phuket is located in（位于） the southern part of Thailand（泰國(guó)）. When my hometown Chengdu is in cold winter， Phuket is still in warm summer. The weather there is a little hot， especially at noon.

Phuket has several beaches（海灘） around the sea and it is famous for（以……而聞名） its beautiful scenery（風(fēng)景）. So most of time we went to the beaches in the afternoon. I liked to play on the beach very much. Sometimes I picked up the shells（貝殼） on the shore； sometime I played games on the sand with my friends. Besides the weather and beaches， I loved the food there as well. Unlike the spicy（辛辣） food in my hometown， most of food there are quite sweet， which is just to my taste（口味）.
