Born in Dongtai City， Jiangsu Province in 1957， Zhou Tiping graduated from university in 1962. Now he is the director of China Literati and Calligraphers Association， director of Henan Masters Painting and Calligraphy Research Society， executive director of Nanjing Yangtze River Academy of Painting and Calligraphy as well as the honorable chairman of Wu Daozi Art Gallery etc. In recent years， he has participated in various exhibitions at home and abroad， wining grand prizes. Many of his artworks have been selected into famous collections of China.

周惕平，1937年出生于江蘇東臺。1962年大學畢業(yè)后到部隊做新聞宣傳工作。1978年調入徐州工程兵學院，任宣傳處處長、學員大隊政委，大校軍銜?，F為中國文人書法家協會理事、河南名家書畫藝術研究會理事、南京長江書畫院常務理事、畫圣吳道子藝術館名譽館長。

幾年來，書法作品在北京、天津、上海等書畫大賽中獲特等獎、一等獎、優(yōu)秀獎90余次。作品收集于《紀念改革開放30周年全國政協禮堂書畫大賽作品集》《2008夕陽與圣火同輝》《紀念建國60周年翰墨頌偉人全國書畫大賽獲獎作品選》、迎接世博會的《中華世博題贈大典》、慶祝中國共產黨成立90周年的《中國書畫名家經典》、慶祝香港回歸15周年的《光輝的歷程》、迎接黨的十八大勝利召開的《歷史的頌歌》、2014北京APEC峰會《丹青歌盛世、翰墨頌中華》。2015年紀念中國人民抗日戰(zhàn)爭勝利70周年大閱兵《抗戰(zhàn)頌·愛國心·強國夢—中華翰墨書畫名家大典》，作品獲金獎，并在香港、首爾等地巡展。2016年巴西里約奧運會中國當代書畫名家書畫展作品“寶劍鋒從磨礪出，梅花香自苦寒來”在奧運會展出后，在紐約、溫哥華等地巡展。作品毛澤東七絕“為廬山仙人洞照題”在聯合國成立70周年期間展出。（責編 曲秀英）endprint
