主題國機(jī)制,讓印尼站在“聚光燈”下

近年來,通過東博會主題國機(jī)制的“聚光燈”,主題國印尼精心策劃展覽并舉辦主題國系列活動,在第7屆東博會上對本國進(jìn)行了深層次、更多領(lǐng)域的推介,各國客商借此得到了更為豐富和全面的有關(guān)印尼的信息。
印尼擔(dān)任東博會主題國的2010年,正值中國—東盟自貿(mào)區(qū)成立、中國與印尼建立外交關(guān)系60年。在此特殊背景下,各方對這次東博會表現(xiàn)出極大重視,本屆主題國印尼更不例外。
第7屆東博會期間,印尼不僅對推介的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了精心準(zhǔn)備,同時作為東博會主題國,印尼還連續(xù)舉辦多場高規(guī)格活動,包括“印尼副總統(tǒng)布迪約諾與中國企業(yè)CEO圓桌會議”、第四屆中國—印度尼西亞能源論壇、印尼國家推介會等;多名高級別政要出席,其中包括時任副總統(tǒng)、貿(mào)易部和工業(yè)部部長,以及印尼工商會館等多個主要商會的負(fù)責(zé)人。
對于一般的觀眾而言,各國的“魅力之城”(以下簡稱“魅城”)是能直接反映一個國家魅力的展示方向之一。印尼當(dāng)年的“魅城”是梭羅市,其展示面積擴(kuò)大到了270平方米,比上年的印尼“魅城”增長了50%。
據(jù)當(dāng)時印尼“魅城”展區(qū)工作人員吳蜜介紹,印尼政府對出任東博會主題國非常重視,精心準(zhǔn)備,搭建了展示印尼深厚文化底蘊和巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力的“魅城”展區(qū),將最能代表梭羅市文化特色的皮影戲、蠟染及面具帶到了東博會,盡力展示梭羅市的文化,吸引中國的游客到梭羅市旅游。
在主題國機(jī)制的“聚光燈”下,東博會參展客商還能夠在主題國系列活動中,進(jìn)一步加深對印尼的了解。2010年10月21日,印尼國家推介會在中國廣西南寧國際會展中心舉行。這次推介會由印尼投資協(xié)調(diào)署和印尼貿(mào)易部出口發(fā)展總司主辦,中國和印尼政要、商家約200人出席。
推介會上,出席嘉賓相繼介紹了中國廣西與印尼在經(jīng)貿(mào)、金融等領(lǐng)域合作的機(jī)遇。其中,印尼貿(mào)易部出口發(fā)展總公司總司長赫斯蒂·殷達(dá)·克雷斯納麗尼在推介會上指出,印尼能為中國提供很多機(jī)會和資源,在信息、制造業(yè)、技術(shù)方面都有很大的合作前景;梭羅地方建設(shè)署司長阿濃·英特羅·蘇山多則熱烈歡迎中國企業(yè)參與投資合作。出席推介會的廣西壯族自治區(qū)人大常委會副主任劉新文認(rèn)為,通過印尼國家推介會,相信廣西與印尼將迎來更大的合作局面。
中國—印度尼西亞能源論壇也借印尼成為東博會主題國的東風(fēng),將會址定在廣西南寧。這次論壇對提高印尼和中國能源礦產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略意義,雙方通過論壇實施了許多具體合作。
除相關(guān)部門推介的實用專業(yè)信息外,各國的政府部門負(fù)責(zé)人以及參加展覽的客商在會期內(nèi),還得到了近距離接觸印尼國家政要的機(jī)會。
時任印尼副總統(tǒng)布迪約諾十分重視第7屆東博會。2010年10月20日,他在中國的政治中心北京,受到了時任中國國家副主席習(xí)近平的接待。而就在前一天,這位東盟第一人口大國的副總統(tǒng),剛剛在中國南部邊境省份廣西,參加完東博會的系列活動。
在印尼方面的組織下,布迪約諾還參加了19日舉行的“印尼副總統(tǒng)布迪約諾與中國企業(yè)CEO圓桌會議”。在這場別開生面的會談中,中國企業(yè)家們就雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系和共同關(guān)注的重大項目,與印尼時任副總統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了零距離的交流。
當(dāng)天另一時段舉行的東博會印尼國家館開館儀式結(jié)束后,布迪約諾還與時任廣西壯族自治區(qū)主席馬飚,以及另外幾位中方的政府要員參觀了梭羅“魅力之城”展廳。布迪約諾乘興將一個木雕臉譜送給馬飚,馬飚表示將送到廣西民族博物館陳放,讓更多的中國人民、廣西人民認(rèn)識和了解印尼文化。
通過主題國系列活動中與印尼領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的近距離接觸,人們得到了更加直接地獲取印尼資訊的渠道;面對面的交談也不斷增進(jìn)著人們與這個國家之間的情感溝通。如今,中國與印尼互為全球貿(mào)易中的重要伙伴。以出口額計算,中國2016年是印尼第二大出口目的地,并已經(jīng)成為該國非油氣產(chǎn)品的第一大貿(mào)易伙伴,雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系仍在穩(wěn)步深化當(dāng)中。

2010年10月19日,第7屆中國—東盟博覽會,印度尼西亞展廳
In recent years, under the mechanism that each of 10 ASEAN member states is requested to be the country of honor at annual CAEXPO in turn,the country of honor would plan an exhibition and hold an array of events with their own features. Indonesia, the country of honor at the 7thCAEXPO in 2010, launched an in-depth selfpromotion concerning multiple areas,thus making the country more known by exhibitors and visitors from other parts of the world.
The year 2010 marked the founding of ASEAN-China Free Trade Area and the 60thanniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Indonesia and China. Against that background, both the 7thCAEXPO and Indonesia attracted wide attention.
During the 7thCAEXPO, Indonesia prepared well for its self-promotion and held high-level events like the roundtable conference joined by then Vice President of Indonesia Boediono and Chinese businesses’ CEOs, the 4thIndonesia-China Energy Forum and Promotion Conference of Indonesia. Participants included many senior government officials, then Vice President, then Minister of Industry, Republic of Indonesia, and then Minister of Trade,Republic of Indonesia and principals of chambers of commerce like KADIN Indonesia.
What impresses visitors most at CAEXPO is the “City of Charm”,which can give expression to the charm of the the country of honor. At the 7thCAEXPO in 2010, Surakarta(Indonesia) was chosen to be the “City of Charm” with an exhibition area of 270 square meters, an increase of 50%over the previous year.
Indonesia designed the exhibition area featuring Indonesian culture and economic potential. Surakarta’s Wyang Kulit, batiks and masks at the exhibition have impressed Chinese visitors and aroused their interest in visiting Surakarta.
Through joint efforts made by BKPM(Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board) and BPEN Indonesia (National Export Development Agency), the Promotion Conference of Indonesia was held at the International Convention and Exhibition Center in Nanning, Guangxi on October 21, 2010, gathering about 200 participants from both government and business sectors of Indonesia and China.
At the conference, both sides introduced the opportunities for cooperation in such areas as trade, economy and finance.Hesti Indah Kresnarini, Department Chief of BPEN, indicated that there will be a promising future for cooperation in information, manufacturing and technology as Indonesia can provide many opportunities and resources for China. Drs Anung Indro Susanto, Chief of Construction Department of Surakarta,encouraged Chinese business to invest in Surakarta. Mme. Liu Xinwen, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region believed that Indonesia and Guangxi would embrace more cooperation due to the promotion conference.
Enjoying the tailwind of Indonesia’s role of the country of honor at 7thCAEXPO,the Indonesia-China Energy Forum was set to be held permanently in Nanning,
Guangxi. The Forum is of great significance to the further development of both countries’ minerals and energy industries as it enabled the two sides to sign a group of cooperation projects.
Then Vice President of Indonesia Boediono attached great importance to the 7thCAEXPO. He was welcomed by then Vice Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on October 20, 2010,following his participation in the 7thCAEXPO in southern China’s Guangxi,which borders Vietnam.
He also attended the round table, together with CEOs of Chinese businesses, on October 19, 2010. At the forum, he joined the discussion with Chinese CEOs on bilateral business ties and major cooperation projects.
After the launching ceremony of Indonesia Pavilion on the same day,then Vice President of Indonesia Boediono visited the City of Charm Surakarta Exhibition Hall, together with then governor of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Mr. Ma Biao and some other Chinese government officials. Boediono sent a carved wooden mask with distinctive Indonesian feature to Mr. Ma Biao, who later promised that this piece of carved wooden mask would be exhibited in the Guangxi Museum of Nationalities to display Indonesian culture to more Guangxi people.
To date, the two countries have been each other’s major partner for international trade. In terms of export volume in 2016, China has been Indonesia’s largest trading partner in terms of non-oil- andgas products and the second largest export destination. The bilateral business ties are steadily deepening now.
