摘 要: 傳統(tǒng)大型建筑項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng)存在抗壓性能、信息統(tǒng)計(jì)效率不高等問(wèn)題。因此,設(shè)計(jì)一種高性能的大型建筑項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng),其根據(jù)大型建筑項(xiàng)目中各機(jī)關(guān)的信息管理權(quán)限,使用MVC模式設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的可視化模塊、處理模塊和管理模塊,并利用可視化模塊進(jìn)行大型建筑項(xiàng)目信息的過(guò)濾、定位和顯示工作。如果用戶需要修改大型建筑項(xiàng)目信息,可視化模塊將調(diào)用處理模塊為用戶提供修改服務(wù)。管理模塊為處理模塊的信息修改工作提供指導(dǎo),保證信息的準(zhǔn)確與完整。修改好的信息將連同其余大型建筑項(xiàng)目信息,在管理模塊中進(jìn)行整理、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分類和信息共享。系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)為其持續(xù)運(yùn)行提供保障。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)具有較強(qiáng)的抗壓性能和較高的信息統(tǒng)計(jì)效率。

Design and optimization of information management system for
large?scale construction project

Abstract: Since the low compressive performance and low information statistics efficiency exist in information management system of the traditional large?scale construction projects, a high?performance information management system for large?scale construction projects was designed. According to information management permission of each office for large?scale construction projects, the visualization module, processing module and management module are used in MVC pattern design system. The visualization module is adopted to filter, locate and display the information of large?scale construction projects. If a user needs to modify the information of a large?scale construction project, the processing module will be called by the visualization module to provide a modification service for the user. The information management module provides guidance of information modification for the processing module to guarantee the accuracy and completion of information. The modified information along with the rest information of the large?scale construction project is processed in the management module in the aspects of sorting, statistics, classification and information sharing. The system optimization design provided safeguard for its continuous running. The experimental result shows that the designed system has strong anti?compression performance and high efficiency of information statistics.

0 引 言
全球經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的持續(xù)上升為建筑領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了曙光,我國(guó)的大型建筑項(xiàng)目也不斷增多。比起普通建筑項(xiàng)目,大型建筑項(xiàng)目的施工時(shí)間更長(zhǎng)、建筑耗材應(yīng)用更廣,并且更易受不良地域特征和自然災(zāi)害的損傷,為此,建筑領(lǐng)域需要借助信息管理系統(tǒng)去促進(jìn)大型建筑項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)[1?3]。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,傳統(tǒng)大型建筑項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng)的抗壓性能和信息統(tǒng)計(jì)效率已無(wú)法滿足建筑領(lǐng)域?qū)Υ笮徒ㄖ?xiàng)目信息的需求,建筑領(lǐng)域正迫切需要一種高性能大型建筑項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng)[4?6]的出現(xiàn)。
1 大型建筑項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
1.1 大型建筑項(xiàng)目的信息管理權(quán)限分配設(shè)計(jì)
大型建筑項(xiàng)目中信息管理的映射面較廣,主要包括大型建筑項(xiàng)目的提出機(jī)關(guān)、設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)關(guān)、施工機(jī)關(guān)、辦公機(jī)關(guān)、采購(gòu)機(jī)關(guān)和財(cái)務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)。這些機(jī)關(guān)均會(huì)直接或間接地進(jìn)入到大型建筑項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)中,并產(chǎn)生雜亂、龐大的信息。因此,所設(shè)計(jì)的大型建筑項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng)需要先對(duì)這些機(jī)關(guān)產(chǎn)生的信息進(jìn)行信息管理權(quán)限的分配,避免無(wú)用信息的流入影響系統(tǒng)信息統(tǒng)計(jì)效率。圖1為大型建筑項(xiàng)目中各機(jī)關(guān)信息管理權(quán)限分配圖。
