Odette by Rostang the Urban Inn
巴黎盧浮新橋安珀酒店的餐廳命名為Odette,同1923客房一樣,是對Céline albar女士祖母的致敬,而執(zhí)掌這家餐廳的是卡洛琳·羅斯坦和索菲·羅斯坦,在法國餐飲業(yè)聲望卓著的羅斯坦(Rostang)家族的第六代經(jīng)營者。對細(xì)節(jié)的注重、對工作的熱愛、對家族遺產(chǎn)的傳承,這些共同的價值觀使安柏家族和羅斯坦家族有了本次合作。
Odette餐廳是繼米其林二星的Maison Rostang等6家餐廳之后,羅斯坦家族在巴黎執(zhí)掌的第7家餐廳,定位為同時面向酒店住客和本地人的城市餐廳,采用最新鮮的應(yīng)季食材制作正宗巴黎式的一日三餐,讓客人享受賓至如歸的體驗并重拾分享食物的習(xí)慣。
位于酒店一層臨街的Odette餐廳與酒吧相連,設(shè)計上的最大特色是對木制材料的廣泛運用,木質(zhì)地板、木紋桌面、木制的高腳吧椅、裝飾墻面的豎木板和蔓延至天花板的木紋曲線,打造出一個親切自然的就餐空間。照明掩藏在一束束細(xì)銅管之內(nèi),餐廳小圓桌和吧臺吧椅采用銅質(zhì)收邊,通過氣質(zhì)相近的銅質(zhì)材料來搭配木材更顯得無拘無束。
小圓桌兩兩一組相靠,或直接部分拼接在一起,吧臺前的吧椅親密地擺成一排,座位的布置著意營造出一種親密熱鬧的氛圍,入住酒店的商旅或游客與本地人鄰桌而坐,聚在一起享用正宗的巴黎美食,呈現(xiàn)出地道的巴黎體驗。
The restaurant of Maison Albar Hotel Paris Céline is called Odette, also a tribute to the grandmother of Céline Albar. As the heads of the restaurant, Caroline Sophie Rostang are the sixth generation of family restaurant owners. Due to their attention to detail, love for the work and the family legacy, these two families started this cooperation based on mutual values.
Restaurant Odette is the seventh restaurant run by the Rostang family in Paris, after opening six Michelin two-star Maison Rostang restaurants. The positioning of the restaurant is to create three meals of authentic Parisian cuisine using fresh ingredients, for the guests to feel at home and enjoy sharing food again.
Street-facing restaurant Odette on the ground floor is connected to the bar. The design feature is the use of wooden material, including floor, table surface, high barstool, wall decoration and wooden curves spiraling all the way to the ceiling, and all have created a natural dining experience. The lighting is hidden inside strands of narrow brass tubes, and the small round table and barstools are also framed with brass material, showing the carefree spirit created through this wood and brass material combo.
The small roundtables are paired up or matched together directly, the barstools are lined up closely before the bar, a set up that has created an intimate vibe, allowing the staying guests or tourists to sit next table with the locals, and enjoy authentic Parisian cuisine together, showing authentic Parisian experience.
