AccorHotels Unveils the First Low Carbon BBCA Labelled Hotel： JOJOE Paris

建筑是雅高酒店集團(tuán)可持續(xù)發(fā)展項目“21世紀(jì)地球”的主要任務(wù)之一，作為該可持續(xù)發(fā)展項目的一部分，雅高在第二屆 BBCA 展覽上宣布建造首家低碳建筑認(rèn)證酒店 --巴黎JOJOE酒店，該項目將滿足認(rèn)證的四項標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：可持續(xù)建筑、嚴(yán)格控制的運營、碳儲存和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)。雅高酒店集團(tuán)物業(yè)部門酒店投資（HotelInvest）將通過該項目推出并調(diào)整建設(shè)流程，以證明能源過渡現(xiàn)在可以輕松實現(xiàn)。新酒店預(yù)計將在 2018 年下半年開業(yè)。

JOJOE 充分融合私人租賃、酒店和青年旅館的優(yōu)勢，是雅高推出的全新住宿概念。該酒店將成為JOJOE品牌在巴黎的首家開放式空間。酒店選址靠近巴黎郊區(qū)讓蒂伊保羅-瓦揚-古圖里爾路迅速發(fā)展的巴黎大學(xué)學(xué)生宿舍區(qū)。將占地近 6，000 平方米，為客人提供 569 個床位，設(shè)有一家可容納多達(dá) 150 人的酒吧餐廳，以及一個大型室內(nèi)花園和綠意盎然的露臺。為傳達(dá)品牌理念，酒店將采用開放空間和室內(nèi)外無縫連接設(shè)計，鼓勵旅行者和當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裰g的出行和交流。

As part of its sustainable development program Planet 21， which makes buildings a key priority， AccorHotels announced， at the second BBCA exhibition， the construction of the first Low Carbon Building-labelled hotel， the JOJOE Paris. The project will have to meet the label's four criteria： sustainable construction， controlled operation， carbon storage and the circular economy. HotelInvest， AccorHotels' property division， will use this project to roll out and adjust the construction processes that will prove that energy transition is now an accessible reality. The new establishment is due to open in the second half of 2018.

JOJOE is AccorHotels' new hospitality concept which blends the best of the private rental， hotel and youth hostel formats. This will be the brand's first open-house in Paris. It will be located close to the rapidly developing Paris University student residence district in Gentilly， a suburb of Paris， on rue Paul Vaillant Couturier. The establishment will be spread over nearly 6，000m2， offering guests 569 beds， a bar restaurant for up to 150 people as well as a large indoor garden and green terraces. Reflecting the brand's DNA， it will feature open spaces and a seamless indoor-outdoor design that encourages mobility and exchanges between tripsters and townsters.
