長(zhǎng)沙濱江文化園包括：博物館和城市規(guī)劃展覽館、圖書館、音樂廳。

1 尊重城市文脈

項(xiàng)目位于湘江與瀏陽河交匯的新河三角洲，“頑石”和“沙洲”作為創(chuàng)作的構(gòu)思原型，引入大地景觀元素融入到城市形態(tài)之中，重塑了新河三角洲的大地肌理與地表形態(tài)。

2 隱喻城市精神

建筑向洲頭奔去的動(dòng)勢(shì)以及從大地中崛起的形象，象征湖湘文化中勇往直前、倔強(qiáng)不屈的性格特點(diǎn)，通過整體建筑形態(tài)的隱喻與城市精神形成呼應(yīng)。

3 營(yíng)造城市場(chǎng)所

設(shè)計(jì)以“開放共享，交流舞臺(tái)”為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，為市民文化生活打造一個(gè)城市客廳?！?/p>

Riverside Cultural Park in Changsha is consisted of Museum and City Planning Exhibition Hall, Library and Concert Hall.

1. Respecting urban context:Since the project is located in the delta which was fown by river, this design brings architecture as an element of the landscape. The shape is derived from sedimentary gravel which was cut by water, forming a harmonious coexistence with the environment.

2. Metaphorical city spirit:The architecture heads to delta and the tower rises from earth, symbolizing the bravery and unyielding character in Hunan culture.The form echoes local context by architecture formation metaphor.

3. Creation of a city place:As a new landmark of Changsha culture, the design breaks original isolated park concept. Permeating into city as an open public space, it provides an interchange culture activity place for citizens.□
