在城市更新的背景下，吉兆營清真寺翻建工程極大地改善了當(dāng)?shù)啬滤沽值淖诮袒顒优c社會交往場所的條件。設(shè)計(jì)采用空間重塑、舊物新用的方法，以本土化的設(shè)計(jì)語言延續(xù)了歷史的記憶，同時(shí)提供了清真寺新的空間體驗(yàn)，展現(xiàn)了伊斯蘭文化與中國江南地域文化的有機(jī)結(jié)合?！?/p>

In the era of urban modernization, the reconstruction of Jizhaoying Mosque has significantly improved the condition of a place where local Muslims engage in religious ceremonies and social activities. The design hinges on reformation of space and innovative reuse of old construction materials. The architects exploit a localized design language to preserve historical memories and create a new spatial experience, showing an organic combination of Islamic culture with local cultures in a region south of the Yangtze River. □
