        Cooling consumption and power consumption is an important indicator of energy consumption of Rectisol unit. This paper uses the Rectisol simulation program to optimize the process flow. On the basis of ensuring the reliable technology and stable operation, under the premise of satisfying the process indicator of purified gas and the production requirement of Claus gas as well as the standard of exhaust emission, the optimized Rectisol process has the advantages of high effective gas recovery rate, low operating cost, high H2S concentration in Claus gas, energy saving and environment friendly etc., which can provide a reference for the future optimization of Rectisol process flow.

        State Equation of Non-Aqueous Electrolyte Solution

        In this paper, a non-aqueous electrolyte solution with methanol as solvent is used to study the state equation which can accurately describe the thermodynamic properties of non-aqueous electrolyte solution. This state equation includes two adjustable parameters. The equation of state maintains a good predictive power for the thermodynamic properties of non-aqueous electrolyte solutions at different temperatures and molarities without changing the adjustable parameters. The Helmholtus free energy in the equation of state is calculated by the perturbation theory. The solving process of the vapor pressure and solvent activity of the non-aqueous electrolyte solution is also described in detail.

        Coupling Study on Dehumidification and PM2.5 Removal

        In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of industrial exhaust gas with high humidity and difficult removal of PM2.5, a new method for removing PM2.5 from exhaust gas-wastewater multiphase cross-flow array is proposed. The exhaust gas flowing across liquid membrane column array, steam condensing drives PM2.5 to move to gas-liquid Interface. So that all the liquid column arrays become independent dehumidification and separation unit for PM2.5 removal and form series-parallel structure, the separation unit to establish water vapor and PM2.5 particle mass transfer differential equation, the particle removal rate is in direct proportion to water vapor mass transfer flux, deriving the exhaust condensate dehumidification and PM2.5 removal efficiency. The theoretical analysis shows that the removal efficiency of PM2.5 particles is proportional to the amount of water vapor removal, and the cross flow array inlet tail gas T=100℃, H=0.626kg/kg, gas-liquid interface Tw=20℃, 100-row cross-flow array form series - parallel structure of liquid membrane column group moisture removal, PM2.5 removal efficiencies are respectively 96% and 70%. The experiment of 20 (column)×100 (row) cross flow array is carried out, and the experimental value is slightly larger than the theoretical value.

        In order to meet the requirements of process operation, vessel manufacturing, installation, inspection and maintenance, opening in the pressure vessel is inevitable, thus the opening reinforcement is an important part of the design and calculation of the pressure vessel. In the "Pressure Vessel" GB150.3-2011 section 6.1.3 gives the requirements of no additional reinforcement for pressure vessel shell openings. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the requirements in the standard to help pressure vessel engineering designers better understand the content of the standard.

        According to the requirements of design and operation of wet flue gas desulfurization process system and its supporting desulfurization wastewater system of a thermal power plant, starting with the desulfurization wastewater extraction system, this paper carries out the analysis and design optimization. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of desulfurization wastewater discharge code and standard, reducing the chloride concentration of slurry inside the upstream desulphurization absorption tower, turning down the operating load of downstream desulfurization wastewater treatment process system and reducing the running failure rate of the entire flue gas desulfurization process system, thereby improving the economical efficiency of desulfurization system of the power plant.
