摘 要：（1）空間信號(hào)精度提升總體設(shè)計(jì)。在最大程度兼容北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，從提升系統(tǒng)發(fā)播的空間信號(hào)精度方面，論證給出系統(tǒng)服務(wù)性能提升的指標(biāo)分配與可行性分析、明確空間信號(hào)精度提升系統(tǒng)接口設(shè)計(jì)、完成空間信號(hào)精度提升總體設(shè)計(jì)，指導(dǎo)課題2（北斗空間信號(hào)精度提升關(guān)鍵技術(shù)）的工程實(shí)現(xiàn)。（2）地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)總體設(shè)計(jì)。研究北斗地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)影響服務(wù)精度的各種因素、實(shí)現(xiàn)定位精度5 m的指標(biāo)分配、設(shè)計(jì)并論證地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信號(hào)體制、完成地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)偽衛(wèi)星布設(shè)方案與時(shí)間同步方案研究。指導(dǎo)課題3（北斗地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)）的工程實(shí)現(xiàn)。（3）系統(tǒng)集成與試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。完成北斗空間信號(hào)精度提升系統(tǒng)集成方案設(shè)計(jì)、空間信號(hào)提升試驗(yàn)方案設(shè)計(jì)、地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)布站方案的設(shè)計(jì)、地基增強(qiáng)示范系統(tǒng)集成方案設(shè)計(jì)、地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)試驗(yàn)方案設(shè)計(jì)；實(shí)現(xiàn)空間信號(hào)提升系統(tǒng)集成、地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成、搭建整個(gè)北斗服務(wù)性能提升試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)；組織開展UERE優(yōu)于1 m、定位精度優(yōu)于5 m的技術(shù)指標(biāo)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證，形成示范演示試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。（4）基于北斗的PNT體系架構(gòu)及應(yīng)用研究。該研究?jī)?nèi)容主要開展基于北斗的PNT體系需求分析、PNT體系應(yīng)用模式及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究、PNT標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系研究。最終形成“基于北斗的PNT體系構(gòu)架及應(yīng)用研究報(bào)告”。該年度主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為空間信號(hào)精度提升總體設(shè)計(jì)、地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)總體設(shè)計(jì)、地基導(dǎo)航信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)偽衛(wèi)星布設(shè)方案與時(shí)間同步方案研究和基于北斗的PNT體系需求分析。

Abstract： （1）the overall design space to improve the precision of the signal Compatible in the greatest degree based on the Beidou satellite navigation system， from the aspects of space to improve the precision of system signal broadcast， analysis， demonstrate the feasibility and performance index distribution service system are given a clear spatial signal precision enhancement system interface design， to complete the space signal accuracy to improve the overall design， guide topic 2 （key technology the accuracy of signal space the engineering realization of lifting）. （2）the overall design foundation navigation signal network Study on the ground navigation signal influence factors， service precision positioning accuracy of 5 meters of the index distribution， design and demonstration foundation navigation signal network signal system， finished the foundation network pseudo satellite navigation signal layout scheme and time synchronization scheme research.
