——追夢(mèng)人顧志強(qiáng)

小說(shuō)《擇天記》中的主角陳長(zhǎng)生，所修習(xí)的教義名為“順心意”，一切順應(yīng)天道，按自己的心意而為，這需要大智慧和大堅(jiān)忍。北海天隆三千海項(xiàng)目的締造者，正在為實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢(mèng)想而努力著的顧志強(qiáng)，似乎也是生活在自己制定的規(guī)則中，以非主流的姿態(tài)，懷揣著初心，在這凡俗中做著自我的修行……

When I saw Gu Zhiqiang, he was chatting excitedly with clients on the second-fl oor balcony of the golf clubhouse in the Horizon, smoking and drinking tea. Gu saw me and welcomed me warmly. After giving me a cigarette, we started to talk just like old friends knowing each other for years.

Since Gu has spent almost half of his time in Beihai city every year and stepped up great efforts in this project, he had a lot to talk about, on Beihai and also about the Horizon.

Houses that can stand for centuries

The Horizon is not an esoteric word in the property industry. Six years ago when the project was fi rst opened to the public, Gu raised an advanced concept of “the hereditary representative of dwellings lasting for centuries”, which attracted great public attention at that time.

What kind of architecture can be inherited for hundreds of years? The Horizon has offered a series of statistics as the answer: the pile foundation for high-rise buildings is 36 meters deep and for villas it is 26 meters. The shear-wall structure has been adopted in 1800-million-square-metre exterior walls of the high-rise buildings with sea views, and all exterior walls are with 3-centimetre-thick dry hanging stones. Villas are all made up of rare rocks with the service life of about 300 years.

When talking about these amazing statistics and precise details, Gu took them for granted with his face of mild. Later he said proudly that “maybe we will not exist in one hundred years, but my buildings will still be here. To some extent, it could be my legacy left to the planet”.

Some industrial insiders turned their noses at Gu's behaviour in the Horizon, especially under the background that fast retailing mode has been the mainstream in the market.

Gu admits that he is beyond the mainstream.However, he still insists establishing a kind of architecture that can be inherited for centuries. As a property developer, Gu eyes more on generations living in his houses. He treats it as the base line of the initiators and practitioners of Chinese-style way of life.

Vocational memories that can be inherited

When talking about inheritance, Gu holds his own insights. He believes that, when the family's material quality of life has been raised into a certain level, its need for spirit will be levelled up respectively, with more focus on spiritual fortunes.

“You cannot expect your children to stay in the same place as you. When they grow up, they will leave home and set up their homes. It is meaningless when you leave them a big house and they move out.”

However tough the material heritages are, they will fade away fi nally. Only the spiritual things,for instance, customs and way of life that can remind people of happy memories, will last long.Hence, only such houses with spiritual inheritance can make people have such thoughts that bring descendants back to their former residence again and again. In order to fulfi l this, a house that can last for centuries should be built fi rst, as the carrier for this kind of intangible heritage.

Gu has a dream to build such houses that can arouse residents' impulsion to bring descendants back to Beihai, and to the Horizon.

Gu invested over 20 billion Yuan, and planed a beach palace with the area of over 3000 acres and 2.3 kilometre-long beach. In the palace, you can enjoy yourself with a high-standard golf course, a fi ve-star hotel, a yacht club and also a health club.

Now the Horizon has become a 4A scenic area in Beihai city. But it is not enough for Gu.

When talking about the future plan of the Horizon,Gu exhibited his enthusiastic passion as a dreamseeker. He plans to upgrade the Horizon into a super coastal tourism resort combining leisure tourism with vocational living that can be compared with Disneyland. Besides the beach, a golf course and an amusement park, people can even fi nd a man-made volcano and a high-end health care

centre in it.

Of course, Gu admitted that he may face lots of challenges and disputes. But judging from his confi dent words, these may be not a problem for him.

This may be the fact. As a pure dream-seeker, Gu does not need to worry too much about opinions from the outside world. He just needs to strictly follow his own rules and keep his original intention.When he fi nally achieves his goal, he will succeed.

第一眼看到顧志強(qiáng)，他正在天隆三千海高爾夫球會(huì)所的二樓露臺(tái)上，抽著煙喝著茶與客人高談闊論。見(jiàn)記者從門廊里進(jìn)來(lái)，起身握了握手，互通姓名后從容落座，丟過(guò)來(lái)一根煙。在煙氣和茶香繚繞中，大家就像傳統(tǒng)東北人坐炕頭拉家常一樣聊開(kāi)了。

——對(duì)于每年有超過(guò)一半時(shí)間待在北海，在這個(gè)房地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目上投注了大量心血的顧志強(qiáng)來(lái)說(shuō)，談北海、談天隆三千海，的確就是和拉家常一樣，熟悉、親切。

可以屹立百年的房子

天隆三千海在房地產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)并不是一個(gè)生僻的詞匯，六年前剛開(kāi)盤(pán)的時(shí)候，顧志強(qiáng)就已經(jīng)提出了打造“百年民居傳承代表”的超前理念，引發(fā)了極大的關(guān)注。

什么樣的建筑可以傳承百年？面對(duì)質(zhì)疑，天隆三千海給出了理直氣壯的答案：高層樁基礎(chǔ)36米；別墅樁基礎(chǔ)26米深；180萬(wàn)平方米海景高層外墻全部采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，外墻全部干掛3公分厚的石材；別墅全石材打造，珍貴巖石咬合砌筑而成，使用年限可達(dá)300年……

顧志強(qiáng)在重提這些驚人的數(shù)字和建筑細(xì)節(jié)的時(shí)候，那張樸實(shí)長(zhǎng)者的臉上并沒(méi)有露出什么自矜的神色，而是一臉平淡，仿佛本應(yīng)如此，不是什么值得夸耀的東西。但接下來(lái)的話還是透露了他對(duì)自己作品的自豪：“一百年之后，我們大家都不在了，但我的房子還在，這算是我在地球上留下了一點(diǎn)痕跡。”

在快銷經(jīng)濟(jì)占主流地位的當(dāng)下，一些房地產(chǎn)的業(yè)內(nèi)人士對(duì)顧志強(qiáng)在三千海項(xiàng)目上采取的非商業(yè)性的做法并不以為然。顧志強(qiáng)承認(rèn)自己不合主流，但在他看來(lái)，他想要打造的是一個(gè)能夠傳承的百年建筑，作為開(kāi)發(fā)商，他關(guān)注的不僅僅是成本和利潤(rùn)，更是一個(gè)家庭幾代人的生活。絕不能留有遺憾，這是他作為中國(guó)家族度假生活的開(kāi)創(chuàng)者和實(shí)踐者需要堅(jiān)守的底線。

可以傳承的度假回憶

關(guān)于傳承，顧志強(qiáng)有自己的見(jiàn)解。他認(rèn)為，對(duì)于家族來(lái)說(shuō)，物質(zhì)生活質(zhì)量提升到某個(gè)層次之后，對(duì)于精神生活的需求就會(huì)產(chǎn)生質(zhì)的飛躍，轉(zhuǎn)而更重視那些非物質(zhì)的，精神層面的財(cái)富。“你不能期待你的兒女也和你一樣，總是生活在同一個(gè)地方，他們長(zhǎng)大之后要離開(kāi)原來(lái)的家，組建自己的家庭……給他們留一個(gè)太大的房子，他們卻搬到別的地方住去了，實(shí)際上并沒(méi)有太大的意義。”

物質(zhì)的遺產(chǎn)無(wú)論多么耐久，始終會(huì)逐漸流失，消亡，真正能傳承下來(lái)的必然是精神層面的東西，比如那些能帶來(lái)美好幸?；貞浀牧?xí)慣以及生活方式。只有這種滲入到家族血脈中的生活方式，才能夠把人的心留住，讓他們產(chǎn)生回溯、尋根的沖動(dòng)，帶著自己的后輩，一次又一次回到自己曾和祖輩共度美好時(shí)光的地方。一個(gè)能存續(xù)百年的度假居所，正是這種可傳承的非物質(zhì)遺產(chǎn)的最佳載體。

讓后輩們能夠帶著對(duì)于美好回憶的向往，回到北海，回到天隆三千海，是顧志強(qiáng)心中最大的期望。近200億的投資規(guī)劃，打造出3000畝海上行宮、2.3公里銀灘，一線精華海景、18洞國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高爾夫球場(chǎng)、五星級(jí)酒店、游艇會(huì)、保健養(yǎng)生會(huì)所……為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)夢(mèng)想，顧志強(qiáng)抱有一種近乎偏執(zhí)的堅(jiān)持，幾乎是不惜工本。

天隆三千海如今已經(jīng)通過(guò)申請(qǐng)，成為北海市的一個(gè)4A級(jí)景區(qū)，在談到項(xiàng)目的遠(yuǎn)景時(shí)，顧志強(qiáng)流露出一種追夢(mèng)者獨(dú)有的狂熱。在顧志強(qiáng)的規(guī)劃中，未來(lái)的天隆三千海將會(huì)在原有設(shè)施的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)一步升級(jí)成為一個(gè)媲美迪斯尼樂(lè)園、集旅游休閑與度假居住功能于一身的超級(jí)濱海旅游度假地。這里不僅有沙灘、高爾夫球場(chǎng)、游樂(lè)場(chǎng)，甚至還會(huì)有人造火山、干細(xì)胞醫(yī)療保健中心……宏大的規(guī)劃意味著這又將是一筆巨大的投資，可能遇到更多的客觀困難和阻礙，也可能會(huì)面臨更多的爭(zhēng)議。但從顧志強(qiáng)充滿自信的言語(yǔ)中，這些似乎并不是需要糾結(jié)的問(wèn)題。
