飼糧中不同水平柚葉對生長肉兔生長性能、飼糧養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率和屠宰性能的影響

本試驗(yàn)旨在研究不同水平柚葉飼糧飼喂生長肉兔的實(shí)際效果,并推薦肉兔飼糧中柚葉的適宜用量。選用遺傳背景相同、體重相近、健康的35日齡法國伊拉商品兔120只,適應(yīng)期后按體重相近原則隨機(jī)分為4組(每組10個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)3只),分別飼喂含0(對照組)、6%(Ⅰ組)、12%(Ⅱ組)和18%(Ⅲ組)柚葉的4種能、氮、纖維基本相等的飼糧。適應(yīng)期7d,試驗(yàn)期28d。結(jié)果顯示:1)除Ⅲ組的平均日采食量顯著低于Ⅱ組(P<0.05)外,各組平均日增重和飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率無顯著差異(P>0.05);2)對照組和Ⅲ組飼糧中性洗滌纖維的全腸表觀消化率顯著高于Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組(P<0.05),Ⅱ組飼糧粗灰分全腸表觀消化率顯著高于對照組和Ⅰ組(P<0.05);3)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時,Ⅲ組活體重顯著低于Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組(P<0.05),對照組熱胴體重顯著低于Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組(P<0.05),Ⅲ組體長顯著低于其他3組(P<0.05),Ⅰ組和Ⅲ組大腿圍顯著低于Ⅱ組(P<0.05)。結(jié)果表明,飼糧中添加6%~18%柚葉對生長肉兔的生長性能、飼糧養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率和屠宰性能均無明顯不利影響,但本試驗(yàn)中用量以12%為宜。

近年來紫花苜蓿等優(yōu)質(zhì)牧草資源短缺及價格上漲已成為限制養(yǎng)兔業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要因素之一。因此,尋找合適的紫花苜蓿替代品勢在必行。樹葉類飼料來源廣、產(chǎn)量大且價格低廉,是紫花苜蓿的潛在替代物之一,國內(nèi)外已有一些相關(guān)報(bào)道。例如,飼糧中添加一定比例的辣木葉[1-2]、木瓜葉[3]、桑葉[4]、橄欖葉[5]或銀合歡葉[6]等,不僅對生長肉兔生長性能無明顯不良影響(有時還會提高生長性能和養(yǎng)分表觀消化率),而且還能降低飼料成本,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。目前我國柚類水果種植面積居世界之首,柚葉年產(chǎn)量達(dá)百萬噸[7-8]。然而,關(guān)于柚葉作為家兔飼料原料使用尚未見報(bào)道。因此,本研究旨在考察飼糧中不同水平柚葉對生長肉兔生長性能、飼糧養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率和屠宰性能的影響,為柚葉用作家兔飼料原料提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
1.1 試驗(yàn)材料
柚葉:于2013年5月采摘自四川省犍為縣龍孔鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)戶。鮮嫩柚葉采摘后,自然曬干、粉碎后備用。風(fēng)干柚葉的總能(GE)、消化能(DE)、干物質(zhì)(DM)、粗蛋白質(zhì)(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纖維(CF)、粗灰分(Ash)、鈣(Ca)、總磷(TP)、中性洗滌纖維(NDF)、酸性洗滌纖維(ADF)、酸性洗滌木質(zhì)素(ADL)含量(實(shí)測)分別為17.32MJ/kg、6.52MJ/kg、90.82%、13.83%、2.55%、20.90%、11.56%、1.46%、0.43%、28.00%、20.50%和10.77%。
動物:遺傳背景相同、體重相近[平均體重為(1042.88±73.06) g]、健康的35日齡斷奶法國伊拉商品兔,購自四川省成都市欣欣兔業(yè)有限公司。
1.2 試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)
試驗(yàn)采用單因素試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)。適應(yīng)期(7d)后將120只法國伊拉商品兔按體重相近[平均體重為(1179.25±53.74) g]原則隨機(jī)分為4組(每組10個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)3只),分別飼喂含0(對照組)、6%(Ⅰ組)、12%(Ⅱ組)和18%(Ⅲ組)柚葉的4種能、氮和纖維基本相等的試驗(yàn)飼糧,試驗(yàn)期為28d。試驗(yàn)飼糧參照《NutritionoftheRabbit》[9]推薦的生長肉兔營養(yǎng)需要量及《中國飼料成分及營養(yǎng)價值表(2012年第23版)》配成,詳見表1。各試驗(yàn)飼糧均制成直徑為2.5mm的顆粒料。

1.3 飼養(yǎng)管理
試驗(yàn)在四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)動物營養(yǎng)研究所教學(xué)科研試驗(yàn)基地進(jìn)行。動物飼養(yǎng)于兔舍內(nèi)的60cm×60cm×45cm網(wǎng)籠中,舍內(nèi)溫度(22.93±2.47) ℃,相對濕度(75.53±9.12)%,自然光照和通風(fēng)。動物常規(guī)免疫接種和管理;每日于08:00、12:00、16:00和20:00飼喂,自由采食和飲水;每日記錄動物的健康狀況及喂料量、剩料量和灑料量(因家兔有刨料習(xí)慣);試驗(yàn)第1天和第29天時清晨空腹稱重。
1.4 檢測指標(biāo)與方法
1.4.1 生長性能
平均日增重(average daily gain,ADG)=(末重-初重)/正試期天數(shù);
平均日采食量(average daily feed intake,ADFI)=總采食量/正試期天數(shù);
飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率(feed conversion rate,FCR)=總采食量/(末重-初重)。
1.4.2 健康狀況
發(fā)病率(%)=(試驗(yàn)中發(fā)病的動物數(shù)/試驗(yàn)開始時的動物數(shù))×100;
死亡率(%)=(試驗(yàn)中死亡的動物數(shù)/ 試驗(yàn)開始時的動物數(shù))×100;
健康風(fēng)險指數(shù)(%)=(試驗(yàn)中發(fā)病和死亡的 動物數(shù)/試驗(yàn)開始時的動物數(shù))×100。
1.4.3 飼糧養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率
適應(yīng)期結(jié)束后,自各重復(fù)選取1只健康動物單籠飼養(yǎng)進(jìn)行消化試驗(yàn),參照家兔消化率體內(nèi)測定的歐洲參考方法[10]執(zhí)行,采用國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中推薦的方法測定GE、DM、CP、EE、Ash、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL、Ga和TP含量。
飼糧養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率(%)=[(食入飼糧養(yǎng)分含量-對應(yīng)糞中養(yǎng)分含量)/食入飼糧養(yǎng)分含量]×100。
1.4.4 屠宰性能指標(biāo)
參照Blasco等[11]的方法,測定熱胴體重、冷胴體重、屠宰率、參考胴體重、總?cè)庵丶绑w長、大腿圍和腰周長等屠宰性能指標(biāo)(參考胴體重為冷凍胴體減去頭、肝、腎、胸膛器官和頸部后的重量)。
1.5 數(shù)據(jù)處理與統(tǒng)計(jì)分析
數(shù)據(jù)用Excel 2003處理,用SPSS 19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對發(fā)病率、死亡率和健康風(fēng)險指數(shù)進(jìn)行χ2檢驗(yàn)或Fisher精確檢驗(yàn),其余數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行方差分析和Duncan氏法多重比較。發(fā)病率、死亡率和健康風(fēng)險指數(shù)結(jié)果用百分?jǐn)?shù)表示,其余數(shù)據(jù)以平均值±標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差表示。P<0.05表示差異顯著,P>0.05表示差異不顯著。
2.1 飼糧中不同水平柚葉對生長肉兔生長性能和健康狀況的影響
由表2可知,除Ⅲ組ADFI顯著低于Ⅱ組(P<0.05)外,各組的ADG、ADFI和FCR均無顯著差異(P>0.05)。但綜合來看,以Ⅱ組生長性能較好。同時,通過χ2檢驗(yàn)和Fisher精確檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),各組的發(fā)病率、死亡率和健康風(fēng)險指數(shù)也無顯著差異(P>0.05)。

2.2 飼糧中不同水平柚葉對生長肉兔飼糧養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率的影響
消化試驗(yàn)期間干物質(zhì)采食量和排糞量可見表3。同時由表3可知,Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組飼糧NDF全腸表觀消化率顯著低于對照組和Ⅲ組(P<0.05),Ⅱ組飼糧Ash全腸表觀消化率顯著高于對照組和Ⅰ組(P<0.05)。除CF和GE外,其余養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率以Ⅱ組最高。
此外,由表4可知,飼糧中不同水平柚葉可不同程度地提高飼糧各氨基酸全腸表觀消化率(P>0.05)。

2.3 飼糧中不同水平柚葉對生長肉兔屠宰性能的影響
由表5可知,Ⅲ組活體重顯著低于Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組(P<0.05),對照組熱胴體重顯著低于Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組(P<0.05),Ⅲ組體長顯著低于其他3組(P<0.05),Ⅰ組和Ⅲ組大腿圍顯著低于Ⅱ組(P<0.05)。其余各指標(biāo)雖然組間無顯著差異(P>0.05),但試驗(yàn)組明顯優(yōu)于對照組。綜合所有屠宰指標(biāo)看,以Ⅱ組屠宰性能較好。
3.1 飼糧中不同水平柚葉對生長肉兔生長性能、飼糧養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率及健康狀況的影響
生長肉兔作為非反芻草食動物,有消耗多種天然牧草、樹葉等的能力。Prasad等[4]報(bào)道,用含桑葉的飼糧飼喂生長肉兔,總增益、ADG和FCR等較基礎(chǔ)組有優(yōu)勢。Ajayi等[12]和Aderinboye等[3]報(bào)道,飼糧中添加野生向日葵葉和木瓜葉,不僅對生長肉兔生理狀態(tài)沒有不利影響,且能提高生長性能和養(yǎng)分表觀消化率。在本試驗(yàn)中,6%、12%柚葉組在一定程度上提高了生長肉兔的ADFI、ADG,并降低了FCR,改善了生長肉兔的生長性能。與此同時,飼糧中添加柚葉還不同程度地改善了飼糧養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率。這可能是因?yàn)椋?)柚葉作為中草藥能提高生長肉兔的免疫性能[13],加強(qiáng)機(jī)體健康,改善生長性能;2)柚葉中柚皮苷為苦味物質(zhì)[14],在一定含量范圍內(nèi)為生長肉兔所喜食,同時柚皮苷等類黃酮物可提高盲腸內(nèi)有益菌的活性,使得生長肉兔對飼糧養(yǎng)分的消化力提高;3)柚葉揮發(fā)油含檸檬醛、石竹烯等成分[15],具有特殊的芳香氣味,可能會刺激生長肉兔進(jìn)食;4)飼糧中纖維來源不同也會影響生長肉兔的生長性能和消化力[16]。

一般而言,家兔的健康狀況(通過死亡率、發(fā)病率和健康風(fēng)險指數(shù)反映)與其所進(jìn)食的飼料原料無明顯關(guān)系[17-18]。本試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),飼糧中添加不同水平柚葉對生長肉兔健康狀況并無明顯不利影響,暗示不同柚葉組動物的健康狀況差異可能是由動物自身狀態(tài)所致,而與飼糧中是否添加柚葉無關(guān)。同時,動物的健康狀況對生長性能影響較大。本試驗(yàn)中18%柚葉組雖然FCR和養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率非4組中最低,但由于ADFI受到動物健康狀況等影響而顯著低于其他3組,致使ADG低于其他3組,抑制了18%柚葉組試驗(yàn)兔的生長發(fā)育。
3.2 飼糧中不同水平柚葉對生長肉兔屠宰性能的影響
目前,諸多研究發(fā)現(xiàn)中草藥對動物屠宰性能有改善作用[19-20]。本試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),所有試驗(yàn)組全凈膛屠宰率和半凈膛屠宰率等屠宰性能指標(biāo)均高于對照組,表明飼糧中添加一定水平的柚葉對生長肉兔的屠宰性能有改善作用。Henry等[21]在家兔飼糧中加入柑橘果皮也得出相似結(jié)論。
體長、腰周長和大腿圍對衡量家兔生長發(fā)育具有重要的參考價值。本試驗(yàn)中,12%柚葉組線性測量值總體上為4組中最優(yōu),與前面的生長性能結(jié)果相符,可能是因?yàn)楹?2%柚葉的飼糧對生長肉兔而言適口性更佳,更容易被接受。同時,本試驗(yàn)中12%柚葉組兔皮重輕于其他3組,可能與用于皮毛生長的粗蛋白質(zhì)等養(yǎng)分較其他組少有關(guān)。
飼糧中添加一定水平的柚葉可不同程度地改善生長肉兔的生長性能、飼糧養(yǎng)分全腸表觀消化率和屠宰性能,本試驗(yàn)以添加12%效果最佳。

Effects of Different Levels of Pummelo Leaves in Diets on Growth Performance, Total Tract Apparent Digestibility of Nutrients in Diets and Slaughter Performance of Growing Rabbits

The aim of this study was to investigate the actual feeding effects of diets containing different levels of pummelo leaves for growing rabbits and recommend the best level of pummelo leaves in rabbit diets. A total of 120healthy and 35-day-old French IRA rabbits with the same genetic background and similar weight were used in a randomized design, which consisted of four groups and ten replicates in each group, three rabbits in each replicate after adaptation period. Four groups were fed different diets that had similar nitrogen, energy and fiber and the levels of pummelo leaves in the diets were 0(control group), 6%(group Ⅰ), 12% (group Ⅱ)and 18% (group Ⅲ), respectively. The adaptation period lasted for 7d and the experimental period lasted for 28d. The results showed as follows: 1) except for the average daily feed intake of growing rabbits in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ (P<0.05), the average daily gain and feed conversion rate of growing rabbits in control group and experimental groups had no significant differences in this study (P>0.05). 2) The total tract apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in diets in control group and group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.05), and the total tract apparent digestibility of ash in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in control group and group Ⅰ (P<0.05). 3) At the end of this experiment, live weight in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.05), hot carcass weight in control group was significantly lower than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.05), body length in group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in other groups (P<0.05), and thigh circumference in groups Ⅰand Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ (P<0.05). In conclusion, the diets containing 6% to 18% pummelo leaves have no adverse effects on growth performance, total tract apparent nutrient digestibility and slaughter performance of growing rabbits, and the best level of pummelo leaves in rabbit diets is 12%.[ChineseJournalofAnimalNutrition, 2016, 28(4):1145-1151]
