Those of the ego we can live without. However， there is a knowing that resides much deeper. Needs of the soul require attention if you're to ever know peace.

我們往往認(rèn)為自己的欲望是負(fù)面的東西，這些來自本我的情緒是我們可以克服的。然而，其實(shí)我們內(nèi)心深諳另一個(gè)道理。那就是，來自心靈的欲望也需要得到自己的關(guān)注，只有這樣你才能獲得內(nèi)心的平靜。
