The traditional rotary and flat screen printing machine will remain the mainstream in printing, which can achieve all-digital operation and real-time monitoring of the patterns to ensure stable register precision. Tenters are equipped with digital energy consumption monitoring system to reduce exhaust emissions. The setting machine is equipped with the recovery and purification equipment of the waste and heat for the maximum use of waste heat, reducing production energy consumption. Intermittent dyeing and printing equipment will continue to develop low bath ratio technology to study the low water consumption technology in washing process after dyeing.
