“十三五”期間，化纖機(jī)械產(chǎn)品將以提升技術(shù)水平、提高穩(wěn)定性、安全性、節(jié)能降耗和環(huán)保為主要發(fā)展方向，而精細(xì)化、高效率、數(shù)字化、智能化、高精度和可靠性等方面仍是未來(lái)的研發(fā)重點(diǎn)。在細(xì)化常規(guī)產(chǎn)品的同時(shí)，發(fā)展與特種纖維、功能性纖維工藝相匹配的設(shè)備及成套工程技術(shù)，降低消耗，減少污染，將成為新的趨勢(shì)。

目前，化纖自動(dòng)化設(shè)備受到了大家的關(guān)注，研究用機(jī)器人等智能裝備代替人工完成卷裝外觀檢驗(yàn)、搬運(yùn)和包裝入出庫(kù)等工作，提高卷裝質(zhì)量和工作效率，實(shí)現(xiàn)化纖長(zhǎng)絲生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)數(shù)字化全自動(dòng)化；開(kāi)發(fā)包括聚合、紡絲、后加工、成品檢驗(yàn)包裝的全流程智能化生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)裝備和相關(guān)技術(shù)，使化纖機(jī)械全流程向數(shù)字化、智能化方向發(fā)展正在成為新的主流。
