60年孜孜不倦努力，使公司在化纖長(zhǎng)絲后加工設(shè)備的技術(shù)水平和生產(chǎn)規(guī)模均接近國際先進(jìn)水平，產(chǎn)品關(guān)鍵技術(shù)達(dá)到世界領(lǐng)先水平，并成為我國紡織行業(yè)假捻變形機(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的第一起草單位和中國紡織機(jī)械行業(yè)唯一評(píng)定的假捻變形機(jī)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)中心。

60年的技術(shù)積累和服務(wù)沉淀，樹立了宏源品質(zhì)，鞏固了宏源產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)地位。在大多數(shù)企業(yè)感到市場(chǎng)低迷的時(shí)候，宏源公司的市場(chǎng)銷售并沒有受到太大影響，是什么成就了宏源60年的輝煌，是什么打造了宏源的品牌？針對(duì)這些問題，本刊記者對(duì)宏源公司副總經(jīng)理陳志宏進(jìn)行了專訪。

《中國紡織》：公司最近生產(chǎn)、訂單情況如何？ 您認(rèn)為出現(xiàn)這種情況的主要原因是什么？

陳志宏：公司最近的生產(chǎn)和訂單相對(duì)來說比較平穩(wěn)，但是后期市場(chǎng)新上項(xiàng)目的信息不是很多。宏源公司在紡織業(yè)內(nèi)已經(jīng)服務(wù)了近六十年，無論是產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)還是市場(chǎng)分布都有良好的基礎(chǔ)，多年來我們秉承“客戶滿意是我們不斷追求”的理念，根據(jù)客戶需求不斷來調(diào)整產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)方向，做好售后服務(wù)和生產(chǎn)安排，得到了海內(nèi)外很多客戶的支持與認(rèn)可，所以，我們能夠在市場(chǎng)低迷期間保持正常運(yùn)營。

《中國紡織》：目前，全國各個(gè)行業(yè)正在進(jìn)行供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革，強(qiáng)調(diào)工匠精神，但對(duì)消費(fèi)者來說，物美價(jià)廉是始終追求的目標(biāo)，您覺得物美價(jià)廉和工匠精神矛盾嗎？

陳志宏：工匠精神不單代表著一種新的生產(chǎn)理念，它也代表著整個(gè)企業(yè)、整個(gè)行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的方向，更是每一位企業(yè)管理者追求夢(mèng)想的個(gè)人修養(yǎng)和生活態(tài)度的體現(xiàn)。在市場(chǎng)普遍競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的條件下，價(jià)格是最初級(jí)和敏感的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)要素，也是最直接的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)手段。紡機(jī)產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)需要大量的資金和人力的投入以及時(shí)間的積累，并不能一蹴而就。 一味的追求低價(jià)，勢(shì)必會(huì)影響到長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的企業(yè)研發(fā)投入和企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的潛力。合理的市場(chǎng)價(jià)格，是保證整個(gè)行業(yè)健康發(fā)展的重要因素。

《中國紡織》：您如何看待紡機(jī)的智能化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)？公司在產(chǎn)品定位和開發(fā)方面應(yīng)該如何融合這種趨勢(shì)？

陳志宏：智能化發(fā)展是近幾年來各個(gè)領(lǐng)域點(diǎn)擊率最高的關(guān)鍵詞，我們的紡織機(jī)械，是在原有機(jī)電一體化設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上，通過融入更新的數(shù)字化和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)，并將信息科學(xué)和人工智能等新思想新方法運(yùn)用到我們的產(chǎn)品中，是以自動(dòng)化為基礎(chǔ)的進(jìn)一步提升。

隨著我們國家人口紅利的逐漸消失，如果從推進(jìn)減員增效，緩解招工難，降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度等因素考慮，我們的紡機(jī)產(chǎn)品不斷提升發(fā)展是不可阻擋的趨勢(shì)。

宏源公司高速彈力絲機(jī)和粗紗機(jī)兩大系列產(chǎn)品以及化纖物流生產(chǎn)線的開發(fā)始終滲透著自動(dòng)化智能化的理念，從三年前開始投入研發(fā)的HY-9，HY-10多錠位自動(dòng)絡(luò)筒高速彈力絲機(jī)和HY498外置式自動(dòng)落紗粗紗機(jī)以及化纖物流生產(chǎn)線的開發(fā)都可見一斑。

Wuxi Hongyuan Electromechanical Technology Co.， Ltd. has gone through nearly 60 years with great difficulties，but it doesn’t shake the resolve of modernization of China’s textile industry；it always grasps the development trend of industry technology with 60 years of continuous innovation； it also gains the reputation of high-end electromechanical products of various textile machinery in the fields of chemical fiber， cotton and others， with 60 years of pioneering and enterprising.

The company is close to the international advanced level in technology level and production scale with 60 years of diligent efforts， and the key technology of the product has reached the world leading level， which becomes the first draft of false twisting machine standard in China’s textile industry， as well as the only R&D center of false twisting machine evaluated by China Textile Machinery Industry. So in order to probe into the reason of its 60 years of glory and its brands， the report conducts an interview with Chen Zhihong， deputy general manager.

China Textile： How are the production and orders recently？ What's the main reason for this situation？

Chen Zhihong： The production and orders are relatively stable， but the information of latter new projects is not a lot. With nearly 60 years of service in the textile industry， Hongyuan company has built good foundation both on product quality and market distribution. With the concept of “Customers’ satisfaction is our constant pursuit”， we constantly adjust the development direction of products and make good after-sales service and production management in accordance with customers’ demands， support and recognition of customers at home and abroad， so we can maintain the normal operation in the market downturn.

China Textile： At present， various industries are conducting supply front structural reform， and emphasizing the artisan spirit， but for consumers， high quality and inexpensive is always the target of customers. Is there any contradiction between reasonable price and artisan spirit？

Chen Zhihong： Artisan spirit represents not only a new production concept，but also transformation direction of the entire enterprise and the entire industry，even an embodiment of personal accomplishment and life attitude of each enterprise manager. Under the condition of the common market competition， the price is the most primary and sensitive competitive factors， and also is the most direct means of competition. The development of textile machinery products requires a lot of money， manpower and time， and can not be done overnight. The pursuit of low prices is bound to affect the long-term investment in R&D and the potential for sustainable development of enterprises. Reasonable market price is an important factor to ensure the healthy development of the whole industry.

China Textile： How do you see the intelligent development trend of textile machinery？ How will the company integrate this trend in product positioning and development？

Chen Zhihong： Intelligent development is the keyword with highest hit rate in all areas in recent years. On the basis of original electromechanical integration equipment， our textile machinery applies new ideas and new methods of information science and artificial intelligence to further improve automation， by integrating upgraded digitization， computer technology， and sensor technology. With the disappearance of demographic dividend，it is overwhelming to enhance the development， due to the factors of reducing staff to improve efficiency， easing labor shortage，and reducing labor intensity.
