        雷普索爾辦公園區(qū)位于門德斯-阿爾瓦羅站邊,項(xiàng)目的出發(fā)點(diǎn)是在馬德里市中心建造一座辦公園區(qū)。建筑體量占據(jù)了地段的邊緣,環(huán)繞著一片開闊的景觀花園。

        我們的核心目標(biāo)是創(chuàng)造出類似于修道院中“回廊院”的氛圍。

        新辦公園區(qū)將由4座建筑組成,圍繞著內(nèi)庭院布置。這是項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)之一。

        退臺(tái)交錯(cuò)式的構(gòu)成方式創(chuàng)造出強(qiáng)烈的、富有表現(xiàn)力的體量效果。主剖面展現(xiàn)了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層及其四周鋼梁的關(guān)系。建筑外立面完全由玻璃幕墻覆蓋,形成弓型截面。鋼梁的截面寬度僅20cm,使內(nèi)表面得以充分展現(xiàn)。

        整個(gè)園區(qū)建筑面積約130,000m2,場(chǎng)地面積32,000m2,將包括4座建筑,內(nèi)庭院則是共享空間及常規(guī)的綠化。

        新建筑可以容納4000人辦公,兩層地下停車場(chǎng)可停泊2000輛車。

        建筑開敞空間的中心是面積10,000m2的中央庭院,種滿了茂盛的本地松木。在這里,公司的4000多名員工可以自由地會(huì)面、放松,享受25m寬的疊水池帶來的涼爽,或是欣賞樹池中的裝飾性景觀。

        在建筑的上部樓層,由爬藤植物遮蔽的平臺(tái)提供了私密的室外空間,同時(shí)在西班牙的炎炎夏日中改善建筑的微氣候環(huán)境。

        所有設(shè)計(jì)元素都與建筑結(jié)構(gòu)相協(xié)調(diào):大尺度的鋪地板材、樹池、水池以及樹木莫不如此。

        為了達(dá)到LEED認(rèn)證的可持續(xù)性高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),我們選取了適應(yīng)氣候的樹種、漫射性的材料、帶有蓄水池的水管理系統(tǒng)以及細(xì)致的采光方式。□(黃華青 譯)

        Campus Repsol located in Mendez Alvaro,with the basic idea of the project to build a business campus in the heart of the city of Madrid. The buildings occupy the perimeter which opens up space for a landscaped garden in the center of the plot.

        The main aim was to create an atmosphere similar to a "cloister" of a monastery.

        Te new headquarters will be composed of four buildings allocated around an interior courtyard that will be one of the key points of the project.

        The composition of stepping forth and back volumes creates a strong and expressive volumetric play. Te main section shows how the typical foors are framed by steel beams.

        The completely glazed envelope creates bow sections. Te steel beams have a very thin section of 20 cm which allows the boxes to be appreciated.

        The entire construction contains a gross floor area of 130,000 m2 which will be placed on a plot area of 32,000 m2 and will have the four buildings,the interior will have shared spaces and common landscaped areas.

        The new building will have capacity to house 4,000 people and a two-storey underground car park for 2,000 vehicles.

        Core of the open spaces is the 10,000 m2 central courtyard shaded by mature native pine trees. It offers various opportunities to meet, relax or savour the coolness of the 25m wide water casquade or the view on the decorative planting of the raised planting beds for the over 4,000 employees.

        On the upper levels of the building, terraces shaded by climbers provide intimate outdoor spaces and improve the microclimate during the heat of the Spanish summer.

        All elements are designed in correspondence with the structure of the building: Large scale paving slabs, planting beds, water basin and the trees.

        Selection of plant species adapted to the climate,light reflecting materials, water management with cisterns and careful lighting help to meet the high standards of LEED? certifcation for sustainability.

        宋曄皓:雷普索爾辦公園區(qū)就其規(guī)模來說非常巨大,而且為了達(dá)成可持續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),做出了符合LEED標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的應(yīng)對(duì)性設(shè)計(jì)。我非常好奇這個(gè)案例最終獲得的是LEED鉑金級(jí)認(rèn)證還是認(rèn)證級(jí)認(rèn)證? 這里面技術(shù)體系的集成和利用,差別非常大。至少?gòu)哪壳白顬槌R姷目稍偕茉吹拇硇问健怆姲宓睦脕碚f,并沒有在這個(gè)案例中有所體現(xiàn)。

        同樣明顯的是,遮陽系統(tǒng)的模糊性。滿布建筑周邊的垂直框架體系,具有很強(qiáng)的形式特征,如果布置在東西兩側(cè),也兼具室外遮陽的功能。如果是南向的垂直框架,則只能是以建筑師的設(shè)計(jì)控制為出發(fā)點(diǎn)的產(chǎn)物了。建筑的遮陽系統(tǒng)似乎是依賴于室內(nèi)的卷簾,內(nèi)遮陽無論如何不是效率最高的遮陽方式。當(dāng)然本案例的節(jié)點(diǎn)完成度非常高。

        范路:在雷普索爾辦公園區(qū)項(xiàng)目中,設(shè)計(jì)師以4座建筑圍合內(nèi)庭院,試圖創(chuàng)造出一個(gè)現(xiàn)代的“回廊院”空間?!翱谧中汀变摿嚎蚣茼嵚膳帕?,“包裹”了4座建筑,是最突出的形式語言。它們形成了環(huán)繞內(nèi)院和建筑外立面的雙重柱廊,并扮演了遮陽構(gòu)件的角色。在鋼梁框架“外皮”內(nèi)部,建筑形體錯(cuò)動(dòng)退讓,形成了內(nèi)外過渡的平臺(tái)空間。而內(nèi)院設(shè)置了樹木水池,平臺(tái)上種植了爬藤植物,這帶來了涼爽的微氣候和私密性的空間氛圍。

        SONG Yehao: Repsol Office Park is very huge in scale. It has made responsive design that meets the requirements of the LEED standards to achieve sustainable design objectives. What I am curious about this case is that whether it was finally certified by LEED on platinum level or on certifed level. Tere is a great difference of the two levels in terms of the integration and use of technological system. At least the use of photovoltaic panels, the most common form of renewable energy sources, has not been expressed in this case.

        The ambiguity of the sun shading system is obvious, too. Te vertical frame system surrounds the buildings with strong formal features. If the system is arranged in east and west sides, the function of outdoor sun shading also works. If the vertical frameis southward, the starting point of design can be only subject to the architect's control. The sun-shading system of the building is probably dependent on the indoor roller shutters. Te indoor sun-shading system is not the most efcient way. Of course, the completion of the case on detailing is at a high rate.

        FAN Lu: In the project of Campus Repsol, four buildings are composed to allocate around an interior courtyard to create a modern "cloister" space. The steel frames with hollow square shape are arranged rhythmically and become envelopes of four building blocks. Tey act as sunshade elements and colonnades around inner courtyard and outer facades of Campus Repsol, and appear as the most prominent formal language. Inside the steel frames, stepping forth and back volumes bring about terraces which function as the transitional spaces. Natural elements are designed in correspondence with the structure of the buildings-planting beds, water basin and the trees in courtyard and climbers on terraces, which improve the microclimate and provide intimate outdoor spaces.
