        高性能離子交換膜構(gòu)效關(guān)系、多離子傳導(dǎo)機(jī)理及其制備方法的研究年度總結(jié)報(bào)告

        摘 要:在前期研究基礎(chǔ)上,成功開發(fā)出不同結(jié)構(gòu)的膜材料,包括非氟離子交換膜、非氟多孔離子傳導(dǎo)隔膜及部分含氟隔膜材料等,并對(duì)其構(gòu)效關(guān)系、成膜工藝進(jìn)行了初步研究。2013年度圍繞離子交換膜氧化穩(wěn)定性降解機(jī)理以及多孔離子傳導(dǎo)膜的構(gòu)效關(guān)系和非氟離子傳導(dǎo)膜規(guī)模放大工藝以及放大過(guò)程中的基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)問(wèn)題展開研究。闡明了非氟離子交換膜的降解機(jī)理、掌握了高選擇性、高電導(dǎo)率和高穩(wěn)定性多孔離子傳導(dǎo)膜的構(gòu)效關(guān)系,為液流電池離子交換膜的研究提供理論指導(dǎo)。在原創(chuàng)性提出多孔離子傳導(dǎo)隔膜的基礎(chǔ)之上,成功解決了非氟多孔離子傳導(dǎo)隔膜離子選擇性與傳導(dǎo)性地矛盾,開發(fā)出高選擇性、高穩(wěn)定性非氟多孔離子傳導(dǎo)隔膜。建立了高性能低成本離子傳導(dǎo)膜的合成路線和工藝,確立膜材料的規(guī)模放大工藝,在一定程度上解決商業(yè)化全氟磺酸離子交換膜價(jià)格昂貴、離子選擇透過(guò)性差等缺點(diǎn),加快了液流電池的商業(yè)化進(jìn)程。

        Abstract:Based on our previous studies, membranes with different structures were successfully developed, including non-fluorinated ion exchange membrane, non-fluorinated porous ion conducting membranes, partially fluorinated membranes, and a fundamental study on the structure-property relationship and membrane preparation technology was conducted. In 2013, a series of researches were focused, including the degradation mechanism of ion exchange membrane, the structure-property relationship of porous ion conducting membrane, scaling technology of non-fluorinated ion transport membrane and basic scientific issues during the scaling process. The degradation mechanism of non-fluorinated ion exchange membrane was clarified, and the structure-property relationship of porous ion conducting membrane with high selectivity, high conductivity and high stability was mastered, offering the theoretical support for the development of membranes for flow battery. Based on the concept of porous ion conducting membrane we developed, the conflict between ion selectivity and ion conductivity of non-fluorinated porous ion conducting membrane was successfully resolved, and membrane with high selectivity and high stability was developed. The fabrication technology of ion conducting membrane with high performance and low cost was established, which to some extent overcomes the defects of high cost and low ion selectivity of commercially perfluorinated ion exchange membrane and accelerates the commercialization of flow battery.
