        湍流多相混合與氣化反應耦合機理、過程強化及火焰結構特征研究

        摘 要:經過該年度的實施,已完成了研究任務,上述預期目標均已實現(xiàn),主要完成情況如下:(1)調試、升級了PIV測試平臺,配置了平面激光誘導熒光(PLIF)系統(tǒng),新購置了PhotronFastcam SA2高分辨率高速相機。(2)研究了激勵作用下軸對稱撞擊流和平面撞擊流的流場形態(tài)及撞擊面振蕩規(guī)律,獲得了激勵頻率、振幅和噴嘴出口湍流強度對撞擊面振蕩的影響規(guī)律,研究結果為湍流撞擊流的混合機理和強化手段研究提供了參考。(3)利用光場相機與高溫內窺鏡相結合,結合數(shù)字圖像處理技術,對不同工況下的柴油撞擊火焰高度及脈動頻率進行研究,建立了多噴嘴對置式氣化爐內火焰三維溫度場,獲得了氣化火焰撞擊高度,為大型氣化爐的安全穩(wěn)定運行提供了理論指導。(4)運用優(yōu)化的PTV算法,獲得了復雜對置撞擊射流中顆粒運動行為的定量測量。利用國家超算中心平臺,實現(xiàn)了氣固兩相對撞流的大規(guī)模直接數(shù)值模擬?;跓崃W第二定律分析了撞擊流的不同流態(tài)。(5)采用附加邊界應力的格子Boltzmann方法(LB-EBF),進一步研究了不同顆粒數(shù)目、顆粒流體密度比及顆粒容積率下的慣性顆粒群沉降的運動規(guī)律,發(fā)展了兩類三維不可壓縮多松弛格子Boltzmann模型,并實現(xiàn)了單相撞擊流以及運動顆粒兩相流動格子Boltzmann模擬的GPU并行化。

        Abstract:On the basis of the work of the third year, the subject undertaker - the researcher of the East China University of Science and Technology, and Huazhong University of technology centre on the goals around the issue, and give full play to their respective advantages, and work closely to carry out more in-depth research work, and had staged progress and laid a solid foundation for the final completion of the research tasks. A second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Petrochemical Association and a first prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award were obtained. The turbulent multiphase flow system were in-depth studied experimentally, theoretically and numerically, and a breakthrough was achieved in theory revealing the flow stability of turbulent impinging jets, and a number of innovative academic achievement were achieved, and the results have important reference value to the multi-nozzle gasifier design and optimization.
