摘 要:當(dāng)前,微生物發(fā)酵過(guò)程研究正逐漸由胞外深入到胞內(nèi),由宏觀擴(kuò)展到微觀。建立能檢測(cè)并綜合利用細(xì)胞內(nèi)外的宏觀和微觀代謝信息的方法非常必要。我們探討并建立了微觀和宏觀相結(jié)合的綜合檢測(cè)和分析方法。同時(shí)我們還建立了利用通過(guò)同位素標(biāo)記實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)發(fā)酵過(guò)程階段的代謝通量的精確分析。

Abstract:Industrial systems bioprocess engineering by integrating the multi scale physiological metabolism information is more essential. In the present work, we established the methods for determing and analyzing the macro- and micro-metabolic information. In addition, the 13C-labeling experiments were developed and all the online parameters reflecting the physiological characters can be monitored and controlled.
