摘 要:該研究從表征空間機(jī)構(gòu)可靠性的特征量的角度出發(fā),評估空間機(jī)構(gòu)的可靠性。在常用航天機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)品分析中,并不對每件產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行FMEA或FTA分析,而是對每種類型的機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行故障模式及其可靠性影響因素分析,旨在找出可能的故障模式及相應(yīng)的可靠性影響因素,為提煉共性故障模式、基礎(chǔ)的可靠性影響因素奠定基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)航天機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)與功能要求,該研究選取壓緊釋放機(jī)構(gòu)、天線指向機(jī)構(gòu)、太陽翼鉸鏈和行星減速器四種常用航天機(jī)構(gòu)為研究對象開展了可靠性試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)研究。結(jié)合任務(wù)剖面和服役環(huán)境,主要研究了各機(jī)構(gòu)的方案構(gòu)型、開展了故障模式及影響分析,建立了各類機(jī)構(gòu)的可靠性測試與評估指標(biāo)體系,確定了驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)可靠性試驗(yàn)方法。常用航天機(jī)構(gòu)可靠性測試與評估指標(biāo)體系建立為研究的后續(xù)工作奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract:According to structure and function, ordinary space mechanisms including press- release mechanism, antenna directing mechanism, solar panel hinge and planetary reducer are studied. Based on the mission and service environment, construction and failure model effect analysis(FMEA) are introduced and analyzed. The system of test and evaluation indicators is established. Reliability test procedure for drive mechanism is described. The establishment of the indictor system for ordinary space mechanisms has founded the theoretical basis for subsequent research on this subject.
