摘 要:針對風(fēng)電場出力隨機(jī)性、難預(yù)測性的特點建立了風(fēng)電調(diào)峰容量需求模型,基于well-being分析原理,采用基于Kantorovich distance(KD)的forward場景削減技術(shù)選取典型風(fēng)電出力場景對其隨機(jī)性建模。基于調(diào)峰容量需求模型,該報告提出了一種實用的含大型風(fēng)電場的電力系統(tǒng)調(diào)峰運行特性分析方法,定量分析了風(fēng)電場接入對系統(tǒng)調(diào)峰容量需求及運行特性等方面的影響。應(yīng)用提出的模型對一個典型算例系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了接入風(fēng)電后的調(diào)峰運行特性模擬計算及分析,結(jié)果證明該文所提方法,其計算結(jié)果精度較高,且大大降低了計算的復(fù)雜性,有利于系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃人員從整體上直觀、清晰地分析風(fēng)電對系統(tǒng)調(diào)峰壓力及運行特性的影響,便于應(yīng)用于工程實際。

Analysis on Peak Load Regulation Operation Characteristics of Power System Integrated with Large-scale Wind Power

Abstract:The variability and uncertainty of wind power output bring great difficulty to the quantitative analysis of the operation characteristics for peak load regulation of power system integrated with high penetration of wind power. For the random nature of wind power, the paper establishes a peak load regulation capacity requirement model for wind power. Based on the peak load regulation capacity requirement model for wind power, a methodology for analyzing peak load regulation operation characteristics of power system with a high penetration of wind power is proposed. The methodology makes it possible to quantitatively analyze the influences of wind power integration on the peak load regulation capacity requirement and operation indices. The case studies were carried out for a system, and the results verified the effectiveness and accuracy of the presented model.
