摘 要:該報告圍繞信息服務(wù)運行支撐平臺的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及醫(yī)療信息服務(wù)兩部分展開。在構(gòu)建信息服務(wù)平臺方面,主要研究了平臺的體系結(jié)構(gòu),研究了信息服務(wù)的檢索、聚合、演化、評測、執(zhí)行監(jiān)控等模塊的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),實現(xiàn)了一個集成的信息服務(wù)支撐平臺。在服務(wù)檢索方面,我們從服務(wù)的情景入手,研究了情景敏感的服務(wù)檢索;在服務(wù)聚合方面,我們從語義、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、事務(wù)等多維屬性入手,設(shè)計了支持并發(fā)需求與服務(wù)關(guān)聯(lián)的服務(wù)聚合方法、基于混合博弈的服務(wù)聚合方法;在服務(wù)演化方面,我們采用自頂向下與自下向上的研究方法,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了支持演化的流程引擎和面向用戶的需求變化管理平臺;在服務(wù)評測方面,研究了服務(wù)質(zhì)量的動態(tài)預(yù)測方法與可信模型;在執(zhí)行監(jiān)控方面,我們采用AOP技術(shù)設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了監(jiān)控引擎。最終我們實現(xiàn)了一個滿足用戶多維需求的可伸縮、可擴(kuò)展的信息服務(wù)平臺。在醫(yī)療信息服務(wù)的研究方面,面向用戶的多樣化和個性化需求,以實現(xiàn)跨組織的醫(yī)療信息服務(wù)協(xié)同為目標(biāo),設(shè)計了電子健康檔案服務(wù)、公眾醫(yī)療就診輔助服務(wù)、醫(yī)療轉(zhuǎn)診服務(wù)、醫(yī)療隨訪服務(wù)和醫(yī)療服務(wù)流程。電子健康檔案服務(wù)為每個人建立一個健康檔案,實現(xiàn)個體化程度上的健康管理,這樣無論是在基層就醫(yī)或者到大醫(yī)院就醫(yī),醫(yī)生馬上就可以知道患者病史,避免了很多重復(fù)的醫(yī)學(xué)檢查,并有針對性地進(jìn)行醫(yī)療診治準(zhǔn)備;公眾醫(yī)療就診輔助服務(wù)為個人用戶提供預(yù)約掛號、疾病自檢功能;醫(yī)療轉(zhuǎn)診服務(wù)利用信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源及共享數(shù)據(jù)交換平臺,將醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)與社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行連接,為轉(zhuǎn)診對象的診前預(yù)約、就診過程及診后服務(wù)全過程提供相關(guān)信息支持;醫(yī)療隨訪服務(wù)主要用于建立糖尿病、高血壓病人康復(fù)情況、生存情況、長期療效、各種治療方案的全面的醫(yī)療檔案,通過這個醫(yī)療隨訪平臺,醫(yī)生、醫(yī)院、病人可以長期地相互協(xié)作,促進(jìn)糖尿病、高血壓等慢性病的防治和治療;醫(yī)療服務(wù)流程通過對相關(guān)醫(yī)療信息服務(wù)的組合來構(gòu)造支撐不同醫(yī)療分工協(xié)作機(jī)制的各類應(yīng)用,同時以第三方的角度實現(xiàn)對所有醫(yī)療信息服務(wù)的統(tǒng)一管理和監(jiān)控,并面向各類醫(yī)療協(xié)作應(yīng)用提供統(tǒng)一的部署和運行支撐。

Abstract:The report is organized around the key technologies of the operating platform and medical information services. In the construction of platform, we study a series of problems, including the architecture, service retrieval, service composition, service evaluation, service evolution, service execution monitoring, et al.(1) service retrieval: we start from the context of service and design a service retrieval system.(2) service composition: we start from the multi-dimension properties which include semantic, QoS and transaction. A service composition approach supporting concurrent requests and service association is proposed. To solve the problem of multi-object service composition, a hybrid-game method is presented.(3) service evolution: we analyze the change from top to down, and realize a workflow engine supporting service evolution.(4) service evaluation: the prediction method and trust model of QoS are proposed.(5) execution monitoring: the AOP technique is adopted. Finally, we set up an integrated information service platform. In the research and development of medical information services, we aim at the services collaborative cross different medical organizations. The electronic health records service, public health clinic support service, medical referral service, medical follow-up service, and medical service process are designed.(1)The aim of electronic health records service is to build a health record for everyone, so the doctor can immediately know the patient's history and avoid a lot of duplicate medical examination, and to prepare and carry out medical treatment.(2)Public health clinic support service provides support for making an appointment and illness self-test function.(3)Medical referral service uses of the information of network resources and the data exchange platform to support the whole medical referral process.(4)Through the medical follow-up service, the doctors, hospitals, patients can collaborate to prevent and cure diabetes, hypertension and other chronic disease.(5)Medical service process supports different types of medical applications through a combination of relevant medical information services, while the third-party manages and monitors all the medical information services.
