John Postle:新加坡濱海灣金沙購物商城擁有超過80萬平方尺的餐飲與零售區(qū),是位于新加坡中央商業(yè)區(qū)首座大規(guī)模的時尚購物商場。商場聚集了超過170個一線奢侈品牌, 其中的15個品牌擁有雙層或三層店面,很多都是其在亞洲最大的店面。購物者可以期待知名國際品牌的新上市產(chǎn)品,并體驗全新的購物概念。
John Postle:The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore has more than 800,000 square feet of dining and retail districts. It is located in the central business district's first large-scale shopping malls. The shopping mall has gathered more than 170 luxury brands, including 15 luxury brands which have two-floor or three-floor stores, many of which are the brands' biggest stores in Asia. Shoppers can look forward to meeting international well-known brands, new brands and new shopping concepts.

John Postle:濱海灣金沙購物商城于2010年開業(yè),我們花費了將近三年的時間去開拓奢侈品領(lǐng)域。現(xiàn)在我們的重心將會轉(zhuǎn)移到市場營銷方面,尤其是開拓奢侈品童裝市場。在珠寶腕表領(lǐng)域,我們也不斷創(chuàng)新,為VIP賓客舉辦雞尾酒晚宴,使他們可以一邊鑒賞罕見獨特的珠寶,一邊和品牌達人交流。
John Postle:The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands opened in 2010, and we spent nearly three years expanding the field of luxury goods. Now our focus will shift to the marketing side, especially the development of the market for luxury children's wear. In the field of jewelry and watches, we continue to innovate, such as holding cocktail dinner parties for VIP guests so they may appreciate rare and unique jewelry and exchange with brands experts at the same time.

John Postle:中國市場對于濱海灣金沙來說是非常重要的。我們?yōu)I海灣金沙購物商城很重要的一部分就是高端奢侈品的零售,包括我們標志性的品牌雙層店鋪和三層店鋪。很多的品牌針對中國消費客群都有中文的服務(wù)人員,這也體現(xiàn)了品牌對于中國市場同樣非常重視。
John Postle:We are most certain that the Chinese market is very important for Marina Bay Sands. One important part of The Shoppes At Marina Bay Sands Singapore is the high-end luxury retail, including our iconic two-floor and three-floor brand stores. Many brands have Chinese service staff for Chinese consumers, which also shows the brands' high regard for the Chinese market.

HOTEL ELITE:Could you briefly explain the company's strategic plan in the next 3-5 years?
John Postle:目前來說,最重要的任務(wù)就是擴展零售店鋪的空間。想要在市場營銷方面取得成功,我們不但要引進更多的品牌,還要確保顧客能夠享有最奢華的購物體驗。未來,我們會繼續(xù)保持商城內(nèi)運營情況較出色的零售部分,奢侈品仍是我們持續(xù)關(guān)注拓展的重點。還有一方面就是顧客忠誠計劃,只要在商城購物,無論哪家品牌,我們都會去獎勵和回饋我們的忠實顧客。
John Postle:At present, the most important task is to expand the space of retail outlets. To be successful in marketing, we should not only introduce more brands, but also to ensure that the customers enjoy the most luxurious shopping experience. In the future, we will continue to maintain the good operating conditions within the mall, the luxury good is still the focus of our continued expansion. We will focus on the customer loyalty program. We will reward our loyal customers as long as they shop in our mall.
