Now there's a new social media challenge designed to make women feel shitty about their bodies. Despite the challenge's popularity， here's why not to get caught up in it. In 2012， the average U.S. woman's waist size was 37.8 inches. The short side of an A4 sheet③sheet 英 ［?i?t］ 美 ［?it］ n. 薄片，紙張；薄板；床單vt. 覆蓋；蓋上被單；使成大片 vi. 成片流動；大片落下 adj. 片狀的of paper measures 8.3 inches — less than a quarter of the average American woman's waist. Hiding your waist behind an A4 sheet of paper isn't something everyone — or even the average U.S. woman — is able to do.

That being said， whether you're able to do it isn't even important. Some waists are wide and some waists are narrow —it's true. Forget fat shaming and skinny shaming — all waist sizes are gorgeous，people.

現(xiàn)在社交網(wǎng)絡上又有了一種新挑戰(zhàn)，其設計就是為了讓女人覺得自己的身材糟透了。名為“挑戰(zhàn)A4腰”的活動在微博發(fā)酵，要求女人用一張打印紙的寬來衡量自己的腰圍。令人無語的是，這種挑戰(zhàn)像病毒一樣火速躥紅。
