        Research on evaluation index limiting value method for thermal efficiency of water jacket furnace in oilfield

        Abstract:Heating furnace is one of the main energy-consuming equipments in oilfield.Efficient operation of the heating furnace is of great important to energy-saving&consumption-reducing of oilfield.How to reasonably evaluate the energy efficiency of heating furnace is the precondition of heating furnace run efficiently.In this paper,we consider water jacket furnace as research object.In the classification of water jacket furnace, considering the influence factors of load rate,we analysis and compare two kinds of classification limiting value methods,get the best classification method.Finally,we can conclude that the function relation between the load rate and the limiting value of efficiency.And taking it into the load rate,we can get efficiency limiting value under different load.

        Test research on back pressure for oil pumping well of Sabei oilfield

        Abstract:From liquid production,energy consumption and rod tube life of oil pumping well,conducted has been the test research on reasonable back pressure for oil pumping unit.According to the influence of back pressure on the production cost and combining with the ground transformation cost,the numerical model for oil pumping system has been established.The reasonable range on wellhead back pressure for different year’s oil wells can be calculated by using computer programs.The wellhead back pressure can be increased by controlling the valve for production.According to test data analysis,the energy consumption increases to more than 5.1% when the wellhead back pressure is greater than 0.8 MPa.The back pressure is higher,energy consumption is higher.Therefore,in order to ensure the reasonable operation of oil pumping well system within lower energy consumption,the wellhead back pressure should be controlled below 0.8 MPa.Reasonable limit for rod pump wells wellhead back pressure was determined through theoretical study and field test.A scientific basis for the construction and reconstruction of surface engineering can be provided in the future and has better social and economic benefits.

        Design on a pulse pressure source for calibrating anti-shock pressure gauge

        Abstract:A pulse pressure source is needed during anti-media pulse inspecting according to SY/T 6817—2010“Anti-shock pressure gauge calibration method”.The pulse pressure source will produce a frequency of(60±5) times per minute and a vibrate amplitude which is a sine pulse pressure and not bigger than 10%of the test pressure.The pulse pressure source can produce a sine pulse pressure by a piston reciprocating motion,the piston is driven by a camshaft of 250 W geared motor.Under meeting the requirements of above frequency and vibrateamplitude,it includes below features:adjustable vibrate amplitude,smaller volume,lower power-consumption, lower noise etc.The pulse pressure source suits for small lab anti-shock pressure calibrating.Because there is multi-function connector in the pulse pressure source,it can calibrate various anti-shock pressure gauges for oil-drilling.

        Influence factor analysis on ground efficiency for oil pumping unit

        Abstract:Oil pumping unit is the main energy-consuming equipment in oilfield.It is widely used because of its reliable structure and is about 65%of artificial lift equipments.Currently the main types of oil pumping unit used commonly is a conventional beam pumping unit.For the ground part of beam pumping unit,there are three kinds of factors affected the ground efficiency,such as transformer and motor,belt and gear box,balance block adjusting.According to the efficiency curve of transformer and motor,the reasonable running range of electrical system is over 30%of load rate.1.7 cm deflection can be given by analyzing the characteristics of belt gear box. Thereasonableadjustingrangeforbalanceblockisbetween 93% and97%.Theenergy-saving & consumption-reducing,the production cost-reducing can be realized by studying and analyzing the factors affected the ground efficiency.

        Study on liquid-producing law and intermittent pumping system for low yield wells in Ulson oilfield

        Abstract:Ulson oilfield belongs to three-low oilfield.Based on inherent characteristics of oil reservoir,it is determined that the oil well is low yield and the water-injecting well is low-injecting.With declining of oil well production,the contradiction between the formation liquid-supplying capacity and production parameters of oil pumping well is more and more serious.Intermittent pumping and inadequate liquid-supplying have been found in some wells.If a full-day production will be taken in this part of wells,the energy waste can be caused and the life of oil pump can be affected.The working status of pump can be improved and energy-consumption for oilfield can be reduced by using intermittent pumping technology.According to low-yield parameters non-matching of Ulson oilfield,the research on liquid-producing law and reasonable intermittent pumping system has been conducted in low-yield well.The production benefits for low permeability oilfield can be increased and the production cost for oilfield can be saved by using this technology.

        Research on improving the heating furnace efficiency of transfer station

        Abstract:Efficiency-increasing of heating furnace is the key energy-saving work of oilfield.In order to improve the efficiency of the heating furnace,the research on efficiency-increasing of heating furnace has been conducted in Lamadian oilfield.Reasonable boundaries for various heating furnace parameters can be determined by studying the related specification and data.The heating furnace efficiency testing work has been developed.The relevant data has been obtained.The relationship between heating furnace air coefficient,exhausting smoke temperature,load rate and efficiency has been studied.The effect of load rate and excess air coefficient on efficiency has been analyzed quantitatively.Through increasing the heating exchanging efficiency,reducing the heating loss of exhaust smoke,the heater efficiency can reach 85.76%,the average efficiency can be increasedby 3.38%.

        Research and application on self-washing process for heavy oil well

        Abstract:Well-washing is using high temperature and high pressure fluid to dissolve and wash the grease adhered in the valve and pump barrel,to achieve cleaning wellbore and formation plugging of the solution.Field well-washing(general cleaning and high temperature heat washing)need be completed by the professional team, has higher cost and smaller operation feasibility.If measures can be developed for replacing tank well-washing and operated by workers themselves when the production decline,the test pump leakage before well-washing,it not only can reduce potential costs,but also can increase oil production.Self-washing for oil pumping well can meet these needs.

        Energy-saving effect evaluation on frequency conversion control technology for oil pumping well

        Abstract:The motor running track and the pumping unit running status can be made more reasonable by optimizing the motor speed,reducing the peak power output and the fluctuation range of the motor.Finally the energy-consumption for oil pumping well lifting can be reduced,the deep well pump working status can be improved and the efficiency of the oil pumping well system can be increased by using the technology.It combines with the measured data to analyze the technology effect,sums up some experiences and provides the reference for the further promotion of frequency conversion control technology in the oilfield.

        Effects and evaluation on sludge reduction unit in produced water treating station of Putaohua oilfield

        Abstract:With the increasingly severe environmental situation,it becomes a problem to be solved to improve the efficiency of waste water treatment processes and reduce sludge discharge.Combining with two kinds of sludge treatment process effects in Putaohua oilfield (sludge thickening tank + centrifuge and sludge concentration tank+stack snail machine),analyzing comparatively field data,determining the application scope of the two kinds of processes,and improving the sewage treatment process efficiency and water quality compliance rate,the sludge recycling problems in oily waste water treatment process can be effectively solved. Combined with analysis results,working ideas and suggestions on improving sludge discharge process have been proposed,the sustainable development of oilfield can be realized.

        Integrated energy-saving&environment-protecting production system for power station and oil recovery station

        Abstract:In order to solve the oilfield production problems,make up the energy-using unicity for oil production stations and achieve the purpose of energy-saving&consumption-reducing,the integrated production system for power stations and oil recovery station has been used innovatively.The power station has been built on the basic of original production station.The power can be generated by surplus natural gas in power station and can beused for oil recovery station.The needs on the production and the life of the power station can be met by the waste heat recovery system.The higher station pressure can be solved by the integration mode of power station and oil production station,237.6×104kWh/a of power can be produced in power station.The power-consumption cost for oil production station and the environment pollution can be reduced by using the technology.A self-sufficiency production system can be built by combining the power stations and oil production stations.The production can be continued without other energy-supplying.

        Energy-saving application of fuzzy control in the heating furnace of crude oil stability unit

        Abstract:Automatic control scheme for the heating furnace of BeiⅡ-1 crude oil stability unit use PID control mode.The corresponding branch entrance flow can be adjusted according to outlet temperature.Faster PID control reaction can result in unreasonable four road entrance oil allocation of heating furnace,larger four road exit temperature difference,easy cause partial burning and a coking phenomenon,and increase the fuel gas consumption of heating furnace.Through the fuzzy control for the heating furnace outlet temperature and branch oil-taking,the basic theory on oil distribution controlled by lower outlet temperature difference has been established.According to four pipelines temperature difference,the oil inflow can be adjusted.After using fuzzy control,the oil inflow can be distributed reasonably,four pipelines temperature difference can be controlled within the required range,a partial burning and a coking can be avoided,the gas-consumption for heating furnace can be reduced and the energy-saving&consumption-reducing can be realized.

        Application of tower oil pumping unit in Jidong oilfield

        Abstract:In Jidong oilfield,because of the well depth increasing,worse mining conditions,land resource constraints,some problems on the adaptability are exposed in the beam pumping unit,such as higher energy-consumption,bigger weight,larger area and it can not meet the requirements on bigger suspension point load,long stroke,low speed working conditions.In order to solve these problems,the tower oil pumping unit has been batch used since 2010.Because it covers smaller area,the tower oil pumping unit applies to densely wells and narrow site condition;based on long stroke and low speed characteristics,the life of rod and pipe can be prolonged by reducing eccentric wear of rod and tube.Because tower oil pumping unit has higher load,longer stroke,lower speed,parameter easy-adjusting and energy-saving,it has a broad application prospect.

        Effect analysis and current situation on the heat pump recovery waste heat in oilfield

        Abstract:For energy-saving&emission-reducing and improving energy efficiency, the waste heat from production process can be recycled by heat pump in Daqing oilfield in recent years.The waste heat from liquid-producing and circulating cooling water can be recycled by using electric compression heat pump for the building heating.Dozens of heat pump projects have been put into operation and the better energy-saving effects have been obtained.According to the practical engineering calculation,if the waste heat from oilfield produced water can be reused effectively,billions of production cost(Yuan)can be saved per year.

        Study on optimizing energy-saving operation of natural gas shallow cooling connecting cryogenic unit

        Abstract:BeiⅡ-2 cryogenic is one of five new shallow cooling connecting dry gas cryogenic separation plants. Considering problem of rich gas source supply difficulty,the research has been conducted from increasing heavy componentsoforiginalgas,changing shallow cooling operation condition,optimizing main operation parameters.The optimal operation scheme on capacity and energy-consumption of device has been determined. The increasing light hydrocarbon yield and reducing the energy-consumption of BeiⅡ-2 separation plant can be realized.

        Application of automatic start and stop controller in oil well pressure monitoring for low permeability oilfield

        Abstract:With the development of oilfield,because of low yield oil wells with low flow pressure,low pump efficiency,low liquid-supplying,the intermittent pumping production is the most effective mode for these oil wells.In order to find out the regular pattern of intermittent pumping production for oil wells,the automatic start and stop controller for monitoring downhole pressure of oil well is developed.The controller is mainly composed of the downhole pressure gauge,the insulation test cable,the eccentric blowout prevention box and the ground controller.The downhole pressure changes can be monitored by the pressure gauge.The signal can be transferred to the ground controller by insulation test cable.The oil well start or stop can be controlled by this controller.The energy-consumption data on oil well can be recorded by the metering software of controller.The intermittent pumping oil production adaptability can be evaluated by using these data.Two oil wells have been tested.After the oil well start and stop has been controlled accurately by the controller,51.6 kWh/d of power can be saved. The better economic benefits and social benefits can be achieved by using this technology.

        Abstract:The current data can be backed in real time and the current balance can be calculated in real time by constructing digital oilfield.Through reasons analysis and solving one by one,about 13 percent points of the overall balance rate have been increased by a contrast between current collected by data and current tested by person.The better results have been achieved.The digital collection equipment,the modular model,up and down location determination and RTU box connecting wire and other factors can influence the digital balance accuracy of oil pumping well.

        Abstract:To improve the qualified rate of sewage quality,optimize the quality of injection water,improve the water-injecting qualified rate,the integration running of water-draw-offstation and sewage water station is managed.According to the water quality testing,the objection can be confirmed by using node management.The water quality can be reached and the water qualified rate can be improved by controlling the sedimentation, filtration,dosing and equipment management.The source-water quality qualified rate from sewage water treatingstation has been improved by 30%,20%of the filtered water quality qualified rate has been increased by one year hard work.

        Metering transmission difference control on light hydrocarbon pipeline transportation

        Abstract:As a derivative product of petroleum products,light hydrocarbon is composed of carbon and hydrogen. Firstly,they are composed of the heavy component separated from compressed natural gas,the density of them is 0.58~0.64 t/m3.Secondly,they are composed of the light component separated from heated crude oil,the density of them is 0.62~0.69 t/m3.Both of the two methods are physical processes.Based on using the mass flow meter with 0.2 uncertainty,the light hydrocarbon pipeline transportation has been introduced briefly,and the transmission difference causes for light hydrocarbon metering have been analyzed and the solution on avoiding and reducing transmission difference has been put forward in this paper.
