Billions Lomon Created an Aircraft Carrier-grade Manufacturer

On October 28, “2016 Global Titanium Dioxide (Chloride Process) Application Forum & Lomon Billions Press Conference” opened in Zhengzhou. The one-year long Billions-Lomon merger project was formally completed. This signified the birth of Asia’s biggest and world fourth-ranking Titanium Dioxide enterprise. Chairman of Billions said at the Press Conference that, the merger of Billions and Lomon Titanium Industry was basically completed in September this year, the new company’s name changing formality was under way according to relevant procedures.

In 2015, the company’s annual output of Titanium Dioxide is 530,000 tonnes, the sales is 560,000 tonnes. Wherein domestic sales is 310,000 tonnes, export volume is 250,000 tonnes, respectively accounting for 23% and 15% in the market shares of domestic market and export market, making it an indisputable flagship enterprise.

The company’s advantage not only lies in production scale, it walked at the forefront in domestic industry in terms of new technology exploration. The company has initially grasped more advanced Chloride Process Titanium Dioxide production technology. This company’s Chloride Process production unit has accomplished continuous production, its longest continuous operation duration reached 15 days, single-month biggest output reached 5000 tonnes, output in the first nine months of the year reached 31000 tonnes. The company plans to expand 200,000 t/a Chloride Process Titanium Dioxide project in 2017. By the end of the “Thirteenth Five Year” period, the company plans to increase the percentage of Titanium Dioxide production by Chloride Process to 45%, and fulfill ultra large scale of 700,000 tonnes of Titanium Dioxide annual output through sulfuric acid method, and 600,000 tonnes of Titanium Dioxide annual output through Chloride Process.

Billions Lomon does not stop at the goal of becoming flagship in Titanium dioxide industry, what’s more it has developed the intention to evolve into a more competitive aircraft carrier fleet, so to speak. Centering on existing products, the company will plan to march toward military material production fields such as sponge titanium.
