German utility E.ON will pay a dividend of 50 cents a share for 2015. But Chief Financial Officer Michael Sen warned there was no guarantee such a policy would continue， given all-time low wholesale electricity prices， the drop in the oil price and uncertainty about who will pay for Germany's nuclear exit. "We see clouds gathering on the economic front，" Sen said. "We must draw our conclusions from this and consider carefully what the consequences are for our internal financing strength， investment budget and dividend payouts."

The point is that this would induce a lot more replacement demand， it would also ensure that better pollution norms are there because some of these vehicles are old. Having said that， I think while this is a direct benefit to the industry， the second part is to see that the economic self revives. So， investment led growth is going to be very critical in the Budget， we are hoping that the goods and services tax （GST） one way or the other gets implemented within a defined timeframe， there are incentivisation for capital investment also.

Although numerous health insurers have expressed financial concerns over the Affordable Care Act exchanges， Cigna's CFO has gone against the grain. "We knew those early years on the exchange would be volatile. We expected a plan where we would lose money these past few years， and by golly， we've delivered on that plan，" said Cigna CFO Tom McCarthy. "We expect to lose money again in 2016，" he added. "That， to me， does not undermine the long-term attractiveness of the market. I do expect that over time， the market will evolve to be attractive for the industry generally， and for Cigna in particular."
