Gao Zhengshi， with pen name of“Zhengshi”， is member of Chinese Calligraphers Association and member of Chinese Artists Association， director of Chinese Painters and Calligraphers Association， and vice director of Art Committee of Chinese Culture Development and Promotion Council etc. He has devoted himself to the calligraphy for more than 30 years and achieved great success. Many of his artworks have been selected into various exhibitions and won grand prizes.

高正石，筆名正石，1977年入伍到北京海軍某部，1981年提干后任宣傳干事、文化干事、黨委秘書、宣傳處長、海軍某部政委等職，現(xiàn)任海軍某學院政治部主任（正師大校軍銜）。畢業(yè)于北京師范大學中文系、解放軍藝術學院美術系，現(xiàn)為中國書法家協(xié)會會員、中國美術家協(xié)會會員、中國書畫家協(xié)會理事、海峽兩岸關系協(xié)會書畫交流分會理事、中國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)促進會書畫藝委會副主任。

30年來一直對書法如癡如醉學習，得到過張道興、余明海、丁振來、劉炳森、邵秉仁、白煦等軍內外書法名家的指教。國畫曾得到周永家、李寶林、程大利等軍內外大家指導。作品入選改革開放三十周年中國畫作品展、全軍紀念新中國建立六十周年美術作品展、全國第十一屆美展等重要展覽。
