On February 2nd， China & Asia Textile Forum 2015 was held in Beijing， which was sponsored by China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textile and Apparel. The forum attracted more than 200 elites who are engaged in textile and apparel business from 18 countries as well as regions such as China， America， EU， South Korea， Vietnam， Cambodia， and Myanmar.

On this edition， the hot topics of industry development trend， Asia- Pacifi c trade cooperation， supply chain management and purchasing strategy， sustainable development， and cross border e-commerce were fully open to be discussed. On February 17th， 2015， iHemp Investment Co.， Ltd. held the twelfth meeting of the fi fth board， adopting the “proposal on planning major assets restructuring” to confi rm the planned major events as the major asset reorganization activities， which also confi rmed by Youngor.

Youngor is the dominant stockholder of iHemp， holding 78，454，576 shares of iHemp by February 27th， 2015， with shareholding ratio reaching 30.08%， which has market value of 673，924，800 yuan calculated with the closed price on the eve of suspension （January 19， 2015）， amounting to 4.84% of the annual audited net assets in 2013.

Burberry gave embrace to a new cross-border partner on February 23rd， 2015， on which day， Burberry webcasted London autumn and winter womens wear show on Line， an instant messaging software， and meanwhile Burberry also co-produced a cute video clips as well as several texture expressions with Line.

At the beginning of February， Burberry started global cooperation plan with Line， with the fi rst activity of creating offi cial account of Burberry on Line. The two sides will cooperate to provide LINE LIVE CAST （a webcast function） to Japanese users， in order to webcast womens wear fashion show of Burberry Prorsum during London Fashion Week.

On February 25th， China and South Korea initial completed and confirmed all agreement of FTA， until when all the negotiations were completed. It is learned that， with implementation of the agreement， most textiles and clothing products will enjoy zero tariff treatment， which will save annual tariff costs of around $ 40 million for Nantong textile and apparel export enterprises.

Pricing for 30-60 dollars， the domestic underwear brand Cosmo Lady， wanted to raise its status by investing in acquisitions. On March 3rd， Cosmo Lady announced the acquisition of Shanghai Ordifen Corporation by 92 million yuan， which means that Oudifen， the middleend and high-end brand will incorporate its mainland resource including design， manufacturing and distribution channels into Cosmo Lady.

Anli Artifi cial Leather Co.， Ltd. announced on the evening of March 9th that the company had gained the certification from the Nike（NIKE， Inc.） in the second half of 2014， becoming the worlds qualified suppliers for main material of Nike， and would launch business cooperation in the near future.

According to the announcement， Anli supplied products to manufacturing plants audited by Nike. Nike was a virtual operating enterprise， mainly responsible for product development as well as marketing and business operations， with manufacturing and retail distribution outsourcing to other companies.
