康巴藝術(shù)中心位于青海省玉樹(shù)州結(jié)古鎮(zhèn)，占地面積為0.94hm2，總建筑面積約為2.04萬(wàn)m2?？蛋退囆g(shù)中心是玉樹(shù)災(zāi)后重建項(xiàng)目，援建資金全部來(lái)自于社會(huì)援助，主要功能由玉樹(shù)州劇場(chǎng)、玉樹(shù)縣劇場(chǎng)、玉樹(shù)州劇團(tuán)、玉樹(shù)州文化館、玉樹(shù)州圖書(shū)館組成。

（1）尊重城市文脈：總體布局自由松散但錯(cuò)落有致，強(qiáng)調(diào)與塔爾寺、唐蕃古道商業(yè)街、格薩爾廣場(chǎng)等周邊城市元素的對(duì)位呼應(yīng)。從建筑的密度上與傳統(tǒng)城市肌理相吻合，步行街道的尺度也盡力與唐蕃古道商業(yè)街相協(xié)調(diào)。

（2）功能復(fù)合使用：本著經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保、節(jié)能3個(gè)方面原則。本項(xiàng)目嘗試將州劇場(chǎng)與縣劇場(chǎng)合并，將州劇團(tuán)的輔助功能區(qū)與大劇院的后臺(tái)區(qū)合并，將排練廳與室外演藝的功能合并，盡可能控制演藝中心的規(guī)模以及各功能區(qū)的通用性。

（3）院落和臺(tái)地：平面布局力圖通過(guò)再現(xiàn)院落空間的組合體現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)藏式建筑的空間精神。

并嘗試在建筑布局上體現(xiàn)臺(tái)地特征，建筑在體量上也逐層遞減。形成豐富的空間層次。

（4）色彩主題：這些豐富的色彩元素不僅表現(xiàn)在建筑外窗戶的色調(diào)上，也體現(xiàn)在室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的元素上。

（5）材料構(gòu)造：建筑主體外墻裝飾材料采用不同模數(shù)的混凝土空心砌塊磚通過(guò)鋼筋拉結(jié)自由疊砌，表現(xiàn)出與傳統(tǒng)石材壘砌墻面在構(gòu)造方面的契合：一方面再現(xiàn)了藏式建筑粗礦的表面肌理；另一方面減輕了外墻材料的自重和構(gòu)造難度，同時(shí)也降低了造價(jià)。

Kangba Art Center is located at Yushu County in Qinghai Province. It occupies an area of 0.94hm2. with gross building area of about 20,400m2. This building complex is composed of two theaters, a troupe office, a cultural center, and a library. The architectural density of Kangba Art Center is designed to fit into the traditional city texture. While the plan layout looks freely distributed, it is actually well arranged and closely connected to the landmarks in the nearby district. The design concept of Kangba Art Center is to reflect the traditional Tibetan building style of "courtyard and terrace".

康巴藝術(shù)中心設(shè)計(jì)始于對(duì)藏族文化的敬意和尊重，延續(xù)傳統(tǒng)城市肌理，重建地域聚落空間，表現(xiàn)出濃厚的民族建筑風(fēng)情與地域特色，在青海玉樹(shù)震后重建中創(chuàng)造出一座開(kāi)放、親民的街區(qū)式藝術(shù)中心，使城市空間與建筑空間完美交融，專業(yè)文化活動(dòng)與業(yè)余城市生活良性互動(dòng)。

同時(shí)，藝術(shù)中心與周邊城市廣場(chǎng)、水岸、小學(xué)和商業(yè)街以及遠(yuǎn)山上的結(jié)古寺銜接與對(duì)話，營(yíng)造出和諧共享的城市場(chǎng)所。而這種面向城市的態(tài)度在建筑內(nèi)部空間設(shè)計(jì)、形態(tài)控制以及材料、工藝、色彩的建構(gòu)中，轉(zhuǎn)化成一系列有邏輯、有質(zhì)量的建造技藝，使這組低造價(jià)、短工期、高原環(huán)境下的援建項(xiàng)目保持了高度的專業(yè)品質(zhì)以及深厚的人文情懷，更充分展現(xiàn)出豐富、自然、熱情、自在的康巴藏族的人文特色。從設(shè)計(jì)上來(lái)說(shuō)，康巴藝術(shù)中心是一個(gè)不可多得的優(yōu)秀作品；對(duì)于城市，康巴藝術(shù)中心更是一個(gè)承載生活、激發(fā)夢(mèng)想的空間，在朵朵白云與巍巍青山之間成就了一個(gè)藝術(shù)、文化、生活的理想場(chǎng)所。

Jury Statement

With respect for Tibetan culture, the design of Kangba Art Center carries on the traditional urban texture and rebuilds the regional settlement, displaying a strong ethnic architectural style and regional features. It is an open and friendly neighborhood art center built in the postearthquake reconstruction effort at Yushu, where urban space and architectural space are perfectly integrated, and professional cultural activities and spare-time urban life are interacting well with each other.

Meanwhile, the art center connects with and responds to the surrounding context, including city plazas, waterfront, the primary school, and commercial streets, as well as the Jiegu Temple on a distant hill, creating a harmonious urban place. This city-oriented attitude is transformed into a series of rational construction tectonics with highquality, which can be observed in the interior spatial design, the form arrangement, and the selection of materials, techniques, and colors. Although it is a low-cost project built in a short timeframe in the hard plateau environment, it presents high professional quality and rich cultural sentiments. Additionally, it also reflects the rich, natural, warm, and liberal characteristics of Tibetan people in Kangba. In design, Kangba Art Center is a rare and excellent work; for the city, it acts as a place to carry life and inspire dreams, creating an ideal setting for art, culture, and life in this beautiful landscape.
