每個(gè)人心中真該有一幅世界地圖

國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人一個(gè)月時(shí)間內(nèi)先后訪問美國(guó)、英國(guó)都獲得了巨大成功。而在達(dá)成的各項(xiàng)外交成就中，也不乏重慶的身影。譬如中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人訪美時(shí)還特意指出，美國(guó)加州和中國(guó)重慶可圍繞信息產(chǎn)業(yè)深化合作。重慶與世界的交流和交融，正在整個(gè)時(shí)代全球化和整個(gè)國(guó)家中華民族偉大復(fù)興的大背景下，以前所未有的速度奔跑著。

世界，現(xiàn)在距離本屬于內(nèi)陸城市的我們是如此之近。觸手可及，召之即來，呼叫即往。

毋庸諱言的是，接下來的這種交流和交融，只會(huì)更多，只會(huì)越來越多。一葉可知秋：在重慶從事日常外事工作的同志們，這段時(shí)間想必就密切感受到了各項(xiàng)任務(wù)的加重；而從媒體采訪的角度來看，出席越來越多涉外新聞發(fā)布會(huì)和中外城市交流活動(dòng)也正在成為一種新的常態(tài)。

諸如此類的種種變化，應(yīng)當(dāng)是每個(gè)有夢(mèng)想的中國(guó)人都樂觀其成的?；乜礆v史，早在100多年前，中華老字號(hào)瑞蚨祥的創(chuàng)始人、一代大商孟洛川就高喊過：每個(gè)中國(guó)人心中要有一幅世界地圖，那曾是中國(guó)商人立志要做全球生意的中國(guó)夢(mèng)；被稱為“中國(guó)近代睜眼看世界第一人”的林則徐，100多年前組織翻譯了《四國(guó)志》（亦稱《四洲志》），讓國(guó)人真正第一次知道世界是這么大，那曾是中國(guó)官員不甘自絕于世界的中國(guó)夢(mèng)。

當(dāng)下，這更是時(shí)不我待的剛性需求。順勢(shì)而為，時(shí)機(jī)的重要性毋庸置疑。在前段時(shí)間被眾人推崇的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)投資干貨分享中，美國(guó)一位風(fēng)投大佬如此總結(jié)到：創(chuàng)業(yè)成功最重要的是什么？我先以為是“想法”，后來是“團(tuán)隊(duì)、執(zhí)行力、適應(yīng)能力”，再后來是“商業(yè)模式”、“融資”，最后我才發(fā)現(xiàn)，其實(shí)是“時(shí)機(jī)”（Timing）。眼下，這就是重慶的機(jī)遇。我們的記者在參與市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與外賓的會(huì)見中，就多次聽到了“機(jī)不可失”的表述；在中外嘉賓的對(duì)話交流中，也多次聽到了“黃金時(shí)代的黃金機(jī)遇”的暢談。

但在弄潮時(shí)代之前，我們真的準(zhǔn)備好了嗎？

“主動(dòng)擁抱世界”心態(tài)的準(zhǔn)備，無疑是第一位的。著名財(cái)經(jīng)作家吳曉波在新近發(fā)表的《誰在驅(qū)動(dòng)今天的潮流》中是這樣說的：在今天，很多人為潮流所焦慮，然而你若細(xì)想，每一個(gè)對(duì)時(shí)代還有好奇的人，都不可能自居于潮流之外。至于世界地圖。很少有人知道，目前按慣例采用的“橫麥?zhǔn)贤队暗貓D”其實(shí)是1969年一個(gè)地圖愛好者制作的，地球各國(guó)大小比例都嚴(yán)重失真。因此在新時(shí)代的“睜眼看世界”中，我們不光是看，更要強(qiáng)調(diào)“做中學(xué)”，真實(shí)地實(shí)現(xiàn)與世界的互聯(lián)互通。

所以，每個(gè)重慶人心中都該有一幅真正的世界地圖，它勢(shì)必將有助于這座內(nèi)陸開放型城市在國(guó)際化的潮流中乘風(fēng)破浪、高歌猛進(jìn)，迎來更大的發(fā)展。

World Map Inside of Everyone

During just but one month， president Xi has made his state visits to America and Britain， which turned out to be great successes. Chongqing， there is no doubt to say， has played its own part in the diplomatic achievements. Take an example， when visiting the United States， our leader has specifi ed that the cooperation of information industry can be deepened between the state of California and Chongqing. Under the backdrop of the globalization in our era and the national rejuvenation， Chongqing is interacting and embracing the world at an unprecedented pace.

The outside world is just one step away from Chongqing， an inland metropolis. It is within our reach， and responding to our call.

Suffi ce it to say， the channels of our next interaction and communication will be expanded to new fronts. One can see the whole picture by a leopard's spot： for one thing， the staff in the foreign affairs must have felt the intensity of the schedule； for the other， the media must have taken the increasing foreign press conferences and Sino-Foreign city interaction activities as a new normal.

Such changes should be exactly what every Chinese that has ideals is willing to see. Looking back，about one century ago， the “Silk Crocodile” Meng Luochuan， founder of the Chinese time-honored brand-Ruifuxiang， had shouted loudly--there should be world map inside of every Chinese--that was the manifestation of the Chinese dream for the Chinese merchants doing global business； Lin Zexu， “the fi rst who opened his eyes to behold the world in modern China”， had organized a group of people to do the translation of “ The Encyclopaedia of Geograph”， which had exposed the Chinese people to the wild world for the fi rst time---that was the Chinese dream embraced by the Chinese offi cials who were not resigned to fall far behind.

At present， we are entering an era featuring of rigid demand for golden opportunities. Going with the trend and seizing the opportunity is of transcending importance. Recently， in the appealing tips sharing for Internet investment， an American VC baron has put his words in a nutshell—what's the deciding factor for starting a business？ I thought it was “Ideas”， and later I changed my mind to “teamwork， executive force，and adaptability”， to “business patterns， fi nancing”； fi nally， it dawned on me that actually the factor is Timing. The moment comes as the timing for Chongqing. Our journalists have heard about the expressions for “seize the timing” many times in city leaders' meetings with foreign guests； and they have talked over “the golden opportunity in the prime time” a lot in their dialogues.

But are we ready for the new era？

Ready for “Embracing the world” is what the time leaves to us. The renowned fi nance author Wu Xiaobo has stated in his lately-released article that， today， many people feel anxious about the raging trend； but if you think it closely， no one can be the exception sidestepping the trend if he is a bit curious about the era. In terms of the world map， I believe that few know that the current “Horizontal Projection Map” by convention was made by an atlas amateur in 1969， whose proportions for countries are distorted. Therefore， in the new era of “opening eyes to see the world”， we are not supposed to put our focus in seeing it anymore but shift our focus on “l(fā)earning while practicing”， building the channels to interconnect with the world.

So， there is supposed to be a world map inside of everyone in Chongqing， which is bound to help the open inland metropolitan take leaps in the international trends and embrace further development.
